No problem for me since I was thin, but it may be a problem if youre pushing carts or have a disability aid. The reason it's so tight? Because of the variety -- Ive never seen a Ross store this well-stocked and with hot finds before. It's almost as though they read the surveys from people wanting more prestige fragrances and goods, or to get stock from indie brands. I was able to get a Marc Jacobs perfume I was dreaming of, and I saw some tropical flower hair clips which were previously only found at small boutique stores for marked up prices The cashier line was slow. Had the unfortunate luck of being behind people with an obnoxious amount of items. Expect a bit of a wait

Stopped by yesterday while I was in the area with family. I was a little bummed after reading the…read moremostly negative reviews here and Google. I have been to this one before when I used to live in the area, so it doesn't surprise me they don't have fitting rooms. Unfortunately, retail theft has become a major issue, & many businesses have had to adapt. I've shopped at several Rainbow locations over the years, including San Bernardino store & the former Broadway location in downtown L.A. Although that store has since closed, all experiences were okay. This location is one of the largest Rainbow stores I've seen, with a huge selection of clearance items, shoes, accessories, & playful (budget friendly) clothing. It reminded me of the fun fashion stores from the '90s and early 2000s, like Forever 21 and Q Fashion. The staff was Ok, they were obviously focused on loss prevention, which is understandable given the area. Overall, my experience was standard and would stop by again looking for affordable, trendy styles. After reading some of the reviews, I can see where the concerns came from, but hopefully better communication between customers, store staff & management, can help resolve those issues.

They playlist is always good while the store is really big there not much there but definitely enough to shop so not complaining. They fitting rooms are closed but I understand they do offer 7 day money back if you keep your receipt so that's good. Great plus size and clearance items good basics and they have lots of good accessories. Everything in the store fairly price and is definitely not good for my shopping problem but c'est la vie
