Don't come in for the customer service because you will be disappointed. This has been the largest Rainbow I have been to and they have a decent clearance section. I came in to look for a particular item and they didn't have it so I stayed and browsed a bit and found a few items. The manager and the other associate had a full blown conversation while I being rang up and I was over charged for an item. I would suggest to keep the conversations to a minimum if you have to adjust pricing and you aren't good at multi tasking. Just spent $230 worth of clothes just for the older cashier with glasses (operator 1450LC) to stop and ask me "are those your rings?"... I have 2 carat diamond ring on with a 3 carat band that has diamonds wrapping fully around it. Not trying flaunt my ring but there is not a SINGLE ring in there that looks like a promise/ wedding ring. The ring selection in there is your typical cheap "turn your finger green" rings. So unless you want to get accused of stealing, do NOT wear your real diamond rings or any rings in the matter to this store. My family and I will be returning our clothes and NOT coming back here. read more

The managers at this store make it unbearable to shop in there. It's truly sad that they are associated with rainbow. I don't know names specifically but the 2 short, fat managers and the tall one with dry hair and glasses are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered! They pick and choose which customers to follow around the store as well as pick on employees. I go in there on a weekly basis and not only am I not helped I am talked about behind my back and then a big smile in my face when it's time to pay. The 2 fat managers do nothing but follow each other around the store and gossip. I have walked around them on multiple occasions and heard them talking about other employees. And the majority of employees here are black women so it really hurts to see black women treat others like this. Just a shameful display of what sisterhood is suppose to look like. The other manager is so condescending and seems to never be on the same page as everyone else. I have witnessed her lie on employees and undermine their work. SHAMEFUL! Other employees the ones I've encountered haven't been the best either. There's a Mexican girl there that is so 2 faced and such an ass kisser and another employee with a tired ass bun and darker skinned never wants to help customers. So my sister had bewn raving about this place for weeks....since it opened my sister has probably been one of their top customers. I was in the area and finally decided to check it out. Immediately upon entering I was stopped and asked to give up my "backpack" mind you I'm wearing a ONe strap shoulder crossbody bag that looks like a backpack because of the zippers. A backpack has two straps that you put on your back....I obviously gave her my purse without my wallet. Then I said to myself well okay they are trying to secure their store. I can't be mad at that ... I find a cute Jean's vest for this country western party I was heading to and got in line to pay. Then I noticed tons of people with BIG A$$ purses and little backpacks. So wait a second here....I'm a Latina coming in here with a smaller bag than other people yet she stopped me and didn't stop them. Keep in mind the registers are right by the front door so there was no way to miss them given they all say welcome when you walk in. I felt a little targeted because let's just say everyone that had large big bags and mini backpacks were not my ethnicity. And no I don't want to take it there but man was it blatantly obvious. So that turned me off big time.... I surely hope it had nothing to do with that but like I said it was obvious. Now let's talk about the store itself. For the most part it was clean and big. Their selections includes baby clothes, ladies clothes. Shoes, sandals and accessories from what I saw. Their prices are affordable and they have some good stuff in there if you're in a pinch like me and needed something quick. Definitely great for basics also, they have tons of spaghetti strap tanks and basic tops and bottoms. Overall I am sure I'll come back when I need something, and hopefully they target all people walking in with a "backpack"-like purse or a big huge purse instead of picking and choosing. This place is the worst store imaginable. I went with my friend who has shopped at Rainbow in San Bernardino in the past with a great experience, but we were by the store in Moreno Valley and she wanted to see what was available. As she was looking at some shoes at a display, a staff member told her that the shoes on display were not for sale and pointed her to the where the stock supply of shoes were located. After going through what was available, my friend asked one of two staff members if the shoes she was looking at were available in a size 6, the staff member told he the shoe wasn't available in a size 6. My friend continued looking through the available sizes to see what other sizes were available for a possible gift. The staff member repeated that the shoe was not available in a size 6 two additional times. My friend told the staff member that she was looking for other sizes to see if she could purchase them as a gift. The staff member walked away and started snickering and laughing with the other staff member at the front counter. As my friend moved to other parts of the store, the staff member sarcastically asked if my friend had found a size 6 in the shoes. My friend told her "No", and advised that she wasn't just looking for herself. Then she asked if the staff member was a manager, in which she replied "Yes". My friend went to the other staff member in the store and asked if she was a manager, and she also replied that she was a manager, and so was the other staff member. My friend told the second staff member that the other staff member was very rude to her and she was not happy with the way that she was speaking to her. As my friend started to depart the store, the two staff members were standing together at the store counter. The one staff member called out to my friend and stated sarcastically, "I hope you find a size 6", as they both laughed at my friend while departing the store. I was shocked at the treatment by the Rainbow staff members, who were also store managers. I later did a search for the store's reviews, and found it amazing that the reviews were similar and very bad. Apparently, Rainbow just doesn't care about the managers or employees at this store. There were no responses or apologies made to any of the previous reviews, showing that this place doesn't care. I guess this is the image that Rainbow likes. Rude and disrespectful treatment to visiting customers. I really hope this place closes down. We don't need a business like this in any local community. They should move this business into a parking lot and sell their stuff out of the trunk of a car. At least you know what kind of service to expect, but that would be disrespectful to people that sell their stuff from a car trying to make an honest living. We will never return to this location again. Probably never go to any Rainbow and make sure to discourage any friends or family from visiting any Rainbow location in the future. read more

I went in there this morning, and I purchased a small dog collar that was $6 and I wanted to pay cash and the girl on the register asked if I had the exact change and I told her no, then she asked if I had money on my card so I can pay that way and I told her no I want to pay cash. And she kept saying she didn't have change, so she started calling her "manager" to get change but she couldn't hear her. And she did call her several times, so then I just asked her to cancel my transaction and to give me back my money becuase I needed to leave and she stated she couldn't, so finally the manger came and asked her what was the problem, and the girl on the register made it seem like it was my fault because I needed to leave and I didn't have change. The manager gave me attitude and gave this ugly look and stated she was with another customer and couldn't leave that person . That will be the last time I go there. Customer service sucks. Management needs to be a little more professional and friendlier. I only gave them one star cus I had to, to post this. But I would not have given them any. read more

T R A S H . Trash managers, trash customer service, trash quality clothing! I bought a lace bodysuit, only to find it ripped and the underwire coming out. Tags were still attached. I checked the website to MAKE SURE I could return it. The site said nothing about bodysuits not being able to be refunded. So I went in only to be met with the nastiest attitude from the "manager". She told me I couldn't return it, no explanation as to why. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to, she said "I am the manager" in a rude tone. So I decided to call corporate (: Corporate told me I CAN return it, and if they had a problem to call corporate back while I'm in the store so they could talk to the manager. They also told me they are putting in a complaint to the district manager. I went back in today, explained that I called and the entire front end all of a sudden had an attitude? Another manager then said under her breath "ima call them back because I know they didn't say that" within earshot of me. They ended up returning my item and now I'm calling corporate again to put in ANOTHER complaint for their terrible customer service skills and their bad attitudes (: Save your time and go to Xpression, they have better options and WAY nicer employees! read more
