One of the best Dds I've visited. The are always stocked even during the holidays. The staff greets you, they are friendly and the cashiers are fast. Excellent prices. The biggest issue I have with this store and other DDs is that their aisle spacing is very tight so your are forced to leave your shopping cart outside the aisles and if you take long shopping that aisle and your cart is sitting there for 10-15 minutes - EMPLOYEES WILL TAKE YOUR CART and start putting your items back. This has happened so many times, it's frustrating particularly when you've been shopping for hours and your stuff gets put back! Please-please work on this so I don't have to take a cart babysitter! read more

Poor customer service what happen to acknowledging the customer, finishing their transaction before calling the next customer, handing you your receipt or placing it in your bag? Exactly why I stopped shopping at Dd's. You know it's bad when loss prevention is greeting customers instead of the employees. All the manager could say is sorry that's the way corporate trains us we are timed. This is mainly for the store employees and it's Lost & Found. My mom left her phone in a cart the other day. And miraculously, it didn't get stolen. Instead, someone brought it in to an employee, presumably. It was one of the newer iPhone XR models and my mom lost for a few hours before she remembered she had gone to DDs. So when we called and they said they had it, we were surprised. My mom came and was so grateful. When the employee opened their lost and found drawer, my mom saw multiple phones in there. So basically DDs, you guys are amazing for holding on to these items so dear to families!!! My mom is so ecstatic and grateful for DDs taking care of her phone which is full of precious photos! What can you say about dd's Discounts. It is a hit or miss. I always come to this one early morning. The store is neat and organized and you can find great deals. Later in the afternoon it tends to be a little to messy for me. If you're looking for deals definitely check them out. read more

Worst experience ever!!!! Just left this place first time there and I was totally profiled!!! The loss prevention stalked my girlfriend, sister and I! Totally followed us in the fitting room, and up and down the aisles! I will never ever ever return to this location again!! It took all my Strength not to go off or demand to speak to a manager! I understand "she's doing her job" but there was nothing suspicious about our activity! I can not believe the way I felt while I was in there! Do your self a favor and go to a different location!!! This is not the place you should expect to be the cleanest retail and that's why I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 because other then that this store had so much to offer with killer deals, I went in expecting to only buy one thing and I came out buying 8 items. Please do not shop at this store as they no longer refund your money with or without a receipt. They are forcing you to exchange or get a store credit. This tactic is forcing you to buy from them one way or another. This is not good policy or business practices. read more

Shame shame shame on you! How do you force a young mother to put her small child on your disgusting floor just to try something on? You have absolutely no accommodations for a person shopping alone with a small child. Not allowing something into the dressing room for the child such as a basket is absurd. Claiming that it's a safety hazard due to your anti theft poles on your baskets is asinine. What about the safety hazard of a small child on the floor of your filthy store? And then having an attitude like you don't care about losing the business or the customer or the sale will only lead you to failure. Maybe the fact that you treat your customers so poorly is why you have to worry so much more about theft than accommodation. I will never spend another penny at such a place and I will encourage everyone I know to do the same. There is way too much competition out there and your pathetic store will fizzle out and go away. Returning shopper - there are ALWAYS new arrivals with unbeatable prices to match. The staff is pleasant, full selections choose from!

This store is HORRIBLE! stuff is scattered everywhere, it's cramped with all the bins in the main isles. finding anything is a treasure hunt. then go to check out on a Saturday and ONLY 1 CHECKER?! really guys?
