Christmas decor galore! I went into Kirkland's for the first time while shopping and I'm so glad I went to check it out. Once I was inside, all I could think about was, "Why didn't I come here sooner?" Not only did they have a lot of cozy Christmas decor but they also had some everyday items. From home and kitchen decor, and even stuff for your bedroom(s) and bathroom(s). They even sold furniture and lighting fixtures. But I'd say more than half of the store was Christmas-related. Think: Pier 1 Imports. The workers were all busy but helpful. A young man helped me look at something from one of the top shelves. Overall, I came out with more stuff than I needed - at a fraction of the cost! I'll be back again to check out more everyday items after the holidays. They have so many AWESOME home decor that my wife does not want to leave! We stopped by just to check it out and ended up buying several items that will be adding to our living room decor. The cherry on top is that we found a 25% off coupon online. Overall we are very satisfied with the items purchased, the service we received, and the great selection of items. read more

Ok. Why have I JUST found out about Kirkland's? No, there is no relation to Costco Kirkland products, but this place is INCREDIBLE! They are a home-goods and decor spot that has everything you need to style your home! And the best part is that their prices are more than decent! I walked around the store about a hundred times as I grabbed item after item. While their style is focused primarily on the current popular farmhouse theme, they have a lot of other different styles as well. They have light fixtures, blankets, signage, candles and candlesticks, potpourris, jars, frames, small accent furnitures, etc. I went crazy! The staff was super friendly and even directed us to a 25% coupon online. While this store is located next to several outlet / warehouse stores, it is NOT an outlet store. This review is based only on my interaction with this location's immature and unprofessional manager Ariana. I frequent this store because I like the home decor and feel the price's are reasonable, so I was very disappointed when I went to this store on 3/27 and my daughter tried to purchase a bit of wall art to gift to her boyfriend. It was apparently part of a set that was in the discounted section. Unfortunately because they couldn't find a way to price it we couldn't purchase it. The manager, Ariana had no customer service skills was rude and dismissive. As someone who has done customer service for over 30 years she would not last 2 min on my watch. It's a shame this person is supposed to set the example for others, but it's very obvious customer service is not this stores priority. read more

Pros: Beautiful home decorations, usually they always have a sale. When you go in ask for Elsa. She is awesome, very helpful and kind. Cons: Reason why it's not 5 stars is because the manager I think her name is Melanie or Melissa is always upset about something. I go here frequently and she's either scolding her workers in front of customers or she's rude to customers. I asked her about a sale and she didn't even turn to look at me she just answered( like I said I'm a FREQUENT customer) Never offers help. Trisha customer service made me feel welcomed and stayed longer than planned, purchasing more than I had planned. She was not just assisting me but the entire store answering questions, pulling things down from high unreachable places, checking in the rear to see if they had specific items in the back. Wow! I really liked this store and the people who work there, but when calling Customer Service to ask questions about an online purchase I was given the run around, yelled at and treated very rudely. When I started reading reviews of this store on another site I saw it only had a 1.2 rating out of 5 stars, most were about horrible customer service. This is not the way to keep customers. I will never do business with Kirklands again, there are plenty of other stores with similar products to shop at. read more

I visited the Moreno Valley location. I love their items some very unique I would say reasonably priced.

Awesome decorating items but be aware if you buy something on clearance and it doesn't work they will not exchange it for a working item! Buy at your own risk or ask to try it out before you leave the store. Very disappointed. read more

Nice merchandise , well stocked. Sales associates pleasant. I love all the scripture items and Monogramed Aprons. The price for the Monogramed Apron was around 10.99 give or take, that's reasonable. I had to ask for them, for some reason they were in the back storage area, Ifine with me , more for me ;) I will be back for sure! read more

I stopped by for the first time on Monday morning and I was greeted by two very friendly employees. They offered to take my items to the front and chatted with me occasionally as I browsed items. I ended up buying quite a bit and the cashier that rang me up went out of her way to make sure that I received all of the discounts that I was eligible for. I enjoyed my experience so much that I went to a kirklands the next day a little closer to home. Although I love their products, the employees at the Mira Loma location were not friendly at all and I had a horrible experience. I told them to take the products back and I will just stop by this store when I am in the area again. If management reads this, please recognize the two ladies that worked Monday morning 6/22/15 as they were beyond courteous and helpful (plus I had my 4 year old and 5 year old with me). I'll be back. Kimberly is extremely rude. We went in to return something that we had purchased and long story short gaby told us one thing over the phone and when we came in Kimberly was like no that's not our policy.. I'm like ok that's fine if she told us incorrect info but kimberly doesn't have to be so rude about it. No customer services skills what so ever and I think shes a manager. read more

Came on a whim because we were looking for some special pieces to fill our home with. We found a couple cool things. I love that it's a Christian store, and had so many cool frames with bible verses. I am amazed by this store!! I thought that this store was really expensive, so I never bothered going inside, but always wanted to since it smelled so nice all the time lol. I finally decided to check it out and am SO happy I did. They have the cutest stuff in store and GREAT prices too. I absolutely love this store but my last visit the cashier refused to give me an item for what it was priced it. Although we all know they have to honor what price it says, she would not give it to me for the price on the merchandise. She stated " they must of not changed the price". This new addition to Moreno Valley is quite awesome. We visited the store today for the very first time and we were amazed at all the neat stuff! Kirkland is a family friendly name that we see quite often at membership stores like Costco. It is a small business but it is packed with oodles of treasures that your whole family will enjoy. I grew up with Kirkland's in Oklahoma and knew it was a great place for some cheap, but fancy decor. When I saw this newly opened store off of the freeway on the way to my mountain pad I just had to stop. Picked up some great accessories on the cheap. They have a great selection of furniture, drapes, pillows and knick-knacks at a great price. They have some awesome candles that you could easily pass off as coming from a boutique on Montana Ave. in Santa Monica and your westside friends would never be any the wiser. read more

Wanted to purchase some items, but with only 3 associates working, couldn't wait for the only cashier to ring up the customer in front of mylife , since she had many items and the customer couldn't figure out how to ring up in several different transactions. I love this store I have gone to this location about three times. Once to purchased a clock when I called they put it on hold and offered to carry it to my car upon arrival. The second time was just to browse around (this was a Sunday and was pretty busy) the third time I went for vases and the associates were so friendly. The looked for the vases for me even helped pick what flowers to put in them. I told them I was in a budget and she helped me out so much. She even helped me take my things to my car. read more
