Their own deli meat / cheese section, sliced to order . Price anywhere from $7.99-$10.99 a lbs. For now the entire store is somewhat not quite organized, I can see they do try to have the likes items in one sections. throughout the store aisles , there is a direction signs pointing arrows to where to go . I interacted with two employees, one to ask where the wine section is located and the other was at the register. They both were pleasant and friendly . read more

This super Target is in Moreno Beach, located on Eucalyptus and Fir Avenues near Chili's with plenty of parking. The store is big, clean, organized, and fully stocked. Groceries, fresh flower bouquets, home goods, electronics, skin care, clothing, etc. Starbucks inside, which is a plus (but no seating area). Overall, I had a good shopping experience at this location. read more

This target is looking like the Walmart across the street. The employees do not want to help customers. Today I needed assistance with the portable chargers where they are locked up, no one came so I walked up to an employee who kept saying I'm off the clock I couldn't even finish my sentence she was just plain rude and had an attitude, she didn't want to hear the whole sentence. Just kept saying I'm off the clock but hung around the whole area where I needed help. She was young girl who has no work ethics and I doubt she would even help if on the clock. Never again will I choose to do delivery from Target. When I placed my order I was asked if they can come before the timeframe. I said yes. Then an hour later I got a text saying the shopper was on his way. Then an hour later I got a text saying my order was rescheduled. Then another hour later I received another text saying my order was rescheduled again. When I signed up for the 360 I was told my orders would be delivered within two hours. I had to call into care to see what happened to my order and was told there was no shopper for my order and I needed to add incentives to it to get a shopper. I was already charged $20 over what my order total was. Had them cancel the order and was told I would get my refund in 10 days. Looks like this delivery service is a scam. Shame on Target for getting involved with such an untrustworthy unreliable delivery service. read more

When I moved here 25 yrs. ago it was great but now it's bad, there self serve is always down never having enough cashiers and when the self check out goes down and you only have one cashier you should let people know by putting a sign outside, the line was so long no cashiers and the Latin short man was talking like a robot instead of a person, the receipt where not available no cashier and computer down, his statement was you can wait in line for a short time, he is a manager you should have gotten on the computer and started help. Every morning boxes are everywhere when you go to call for help no one comes you have to look for someone. Well guess what Walmart is right up the street 6 cashiers open and the self check out open, I was so happy we left Target and went to Walmart. Target get your act together! Went to target today and bought two bags Ian's cat food. There was a sign that said buy two get five dollar coupon. At check out I asked for my coupon. Blank stare examines reception rescans cat food and tells me no coupon but he would give me five dollars off. (All the while talking to himself under his breath, strange. This is a great Target. Came here on a Sunday afternoon and there was plenty of parking. This Target is huge. It's almost twice as big as other Targets I have been to. Just wow! This is the most unorganized Target I ever been to. In fact, it always looks like a disaster. I wish I was making this up. Every time I have gone here, it is always a complete disaster like a tornado swept through and put everything out of place. This can make a bad experience when you're looking for particular sizes of clothing. Their bathroom section does not have a lot of stock items so good luck in that department, as well as you'll need luck finding your size in clothing. If you're looking for essential items, you're sure to find it possibly as I found they keep these items well stocked. Also, there's homeless usually set up just outside their doors so that is odd. I never seen this at a Target. Immediately, when you leave you may be harassed by people outside asking for money for a fundraiser. This is annoying. So, you have to walk past two types of beggars that nickel and dime people. Not my most ideal shopping experience ever when I come here. read more

Why can't they build a Super Target in Riverside proper? I'm tired of the cluttered aisle kiosks and cramped quarters in almost every section, especially clothing. What's kinda' funny though is how many times I've driven past on the freeway and said "hey, we gotta' go there sometime!" Repeat many times over the years and one day, today, it actually happened! The parking lot is pretty big and so is the storefront. Walking in I immediately took a photo of the impressive row of cashier aisles flanked by two self-checkout sections. The next pleasant surprise was how bright and shiny and clean it is inside. No annoying kiosks or sense of claustrophobia (ever been to a Costco?) and section after section of nearly displayed items, wide rows and elbow room to spare. As I scouted the layout I found the grocery section to be quite good and well-stocked. The meats looked good and fresh, decent prices and selection, and a deli? Maybe the bakery was a bit generic but who cares at that point, this is potentially a one-stop shop! The management team was also alert when long lines formed at the registers and called in backup to relieve the problem. Impressive store, I only wish it was 10 miles closer to home. read more

The fact that these employees continue to get hired and continue to get paid to do absolutely nothing, with some sass sprinkled on top is mind-boggling. Went this morning to pick up some laundry items for my wife. I noticed the tide pods on the shelf and also the price was 17.99, there was a reduced tag also for 11.99 ea and with 3 you get a $10 gift card. So I took the three. When I went to pay the item came up as 17.99. Well that's what we would call bait and switch. But they were happy to adjust the price after showing them a photo I took. Terrible staff. The store Starbucks typically closes at 8 pm today. We arrived like 50 mins before to ask for a warm seasonal drink but the barista said their cappuccino machine was broken. This meant, according to her, that the cappuccino infused drinks could not be made. I asked for a simple coffee, which uses a brewer, and they said they couldn't make this either. This was after they made us wait for 5 minutes. All in all, they're just rude and seem to just want to cut out early. I totally get it. 3 employees and more motivation could be found in the self check kiosk. read more

Don't purchase gift cards from this store, they scammed me out of $300! On 8/24/23 I stood in line and requested a gift card from the back because all the signs stated "Please see cashier for physical gift card"! The cashier refused twice to provide me with a gift card from the back and told me to go to the front of the store to obtain one from the rack and then I'd have to get back in line. I pointed out every sign in each isle yet was still told to go obtain one. As I looked through the cards the manager was checking people out with his phone device and I filed a complaint to him and he began assisting me to select a "secure card" from the rack... the manager still did not offer me a gift card from the back once again then check me out on the phone device. Fast forwarding as of 8/28/23 after giving the gift card to my friend on 8/27/23 who is expecting a baby, the card is empty. I went back today to speak to that same manager and he says there's nothing he can do, he took all safety precautions he could by checking the cards that day with me. As of today all the target cards are not on the rack that I got mine from, they are in the back. I would like to hear from the general manager or corporate ASAP. read more

This location by far remains our favorite as it is generally less crowded and clean. Absent the pandemic, they are always fully stocked on everything we need and has become a one stop shop for us when we do not have the ability to shop at multiple stores. We generally shop for groceries elsewhere, but due to social distancing, this place serves its purpose. We were able to get all of our grocery and household needs fulfilled in one stop. The meat, milk, and cheese alternatives selections are very impressive. I appreciate they way they have them next to meat and cheese products to encourage everyone to try. They also have a section in the produce aisle for those who do not have the time to roam around. I always appreciate finding something in the bargain and clearance sections. My two gripes would be that they need to rearrange the set up for the hygiene products. Over the years, it remains confusing as there seems to be a strange way of dividing all of the product sections. Maybe the men's and women's deodarants should be in the same aisle not split across as not everyone shops separately. We tend to buy for the other or together. This trip on 7/3/20 was also met with a dog that barked incessantly for 15 minutes, which is disturbing in itself. I understand the need for service animals, but this clearly was not one. Service animals are well trained in public and hygienic. There needs to be consideration for those who have allergies, which I am one of them. In a pandemic, the sneezing and coughing should be minimized as wet masks do not account much for protection. Emotional support animals are not service animals. read more

Went in tonight with my son. He needed to grab some t-shirts and boxers. Now I hadn't been to this area of the store since the remodel some months back. What do I discover when I get to the men's underwear area? Every t-shirt, sock and boxer from both Target's Goodfellow and other major brands LOCKED BEHIND MULTIPLE GLASS CASES. Like are you kidding me? Are people stealing this stuff too or is Target just being paranoid? Worse yet, scanning our hands under the sensor for someone to come help open the case so we could get something got us nothing. Even after doing it multiple times no one ever came. Mind you, I stood there waiting over 10 minutes and never saw or heard anyone come over. This is all made worse by the store being ridiculously packed. I know it was the night before Valentines day but still: a few check out lanes open and self check out lanes limited to just 10 items or less make this a horrible shopping experience. Nice, clean store. Just horrible to shop at. We ended up leaving empty handed; we ended up at the Canyon Springs Target. Its just annoying having to deal with this on items that shouldn't be locked up. And despite what these companies and the news would like people to believe, retail theft has been down. I came to view the new Tabitha Brown collection early in the morning. I got a basket because I planned to buy quite a few things but it was dirty and had used drink bottles in it. I tried to exchange it but mostly all of the baskets where dirty and had some type of residue on them. I was never greeted even though there was staff in front of the store. To my dismay I tried to try on the clothing to find a good fit but the fitting room was closed. There were like four filled clothing racks blocking the entrance of the fitting room. Honestly this is why I usually don't frequent this store it's so messy and the customer service is beyond poor. Finally towards the end I went to check out at self service since the lines were long but was met by Yolanda. She never greeted me but as soon as I got to the front of the line she said "Could she help me"? I was puzzled by this because I never asked for assistance. Then as I proceeded to check out my items she hovered around me every step of the way never taking her eyes off me. I was very uncomfortable but completed my transaction. She has some type of bias and needs to learn how to treat people better. read more

My nephew wanted this Madden game and Target had it on sale. We came here even though the website advise they not have the option to pick up in store. Good thing we still came because the game was there. It was scanning at a different price then what was shown online. We proceed to check out and my brother sent me a pic of the price we wanted it for, and the cashier was able to match the price online, it was perfect and the cashier was super nice. Walking in is always a pleasure, big bright store with varies departments, the electronics always seems to be in the back so you always know where to go for the tv, music , games etc. we was in and out in no time. Since the remodel, there is so much product locked behind glass it's ridiculous. It took ten minutes just to get someone to unlock a case for me so I could buy deodorant. I will be buying from Amazon from now on. Additionally, they barely open any actual checkout lanes anymore, and rely on self checkout where half the stations don't work.
