So I'm giving my feed back based on the customer service, came in to buy a tarp, not sure on the cashiers name but he seem to wanna help us out, very friendly my problem was that he couldn't get the sku on the item we were trying to buy he called his co worker not sure if he was the manager or not I wanna say his name said Cameron but not only did he made us wait more than 15 mins but still wasn't trying to help us out... didn't buy it after all let's do better with customer service and not be in the parking lot trying to see if you can find a date Cameron or whatever your name was . read more

I'd never been inside a TS until I moved to MoVal. This place is awesome! They sell dog vaccines and have a dog washing station. I have 6 dogs plus the occasional fosters so it's great to be able to bring them here for $9.99 each. I appreciate that they offer shampoo, conditioner, brushes, and towels. My only issue is the dryers. For about a year, one didn't work at all and the other only has really cold air. It's a hit or miss on if they have nail trimmers. Maybe I've gotten lucky, but I haven't encountered other folks taking a really long time like other reviews are saying. I don't believe a time limit is necessary. Some pups are easier than others. For example, my Husky is gonna take a lot longer to dry than my MinPin. I think folks are just unreasonable and impatient. I've had 8 folks ahead of me and still been able to wash my dogs within an hour which I think is reasonable. The staff has always been incredibly friendly, especially with my reactive foster dog. My husband was walking with our dog through the store and an employee who also trains dogs approached us with tips. Super helpful and made us feel better. The pup is reactive and the only way he'll learn is by going out into the world to be desensitized. We've encountered some horribly folks at other stores, but here, everyone was caring and helpful. What a disappointment! Misleading information on the $50 reward! Love the products that Tractor Supply carried and the overall experience. However, I purchased items and was ready for checkout. My items totaled a bit over $25. The cashier said if I purchased $50 bucks or more with a sign up for a credit card we would be eligible for a $50 reward. We spent $65 and some change. Got our bill. $65 and some change. I called assuming since I got nothing in the mail or email that I could put my $ reward towards the bill. No! Customer service said $50 dollars toward next purchase in store. Which btw, expires.. Nobody has extra money these days. Love the store & all, but I don't need anything else right now. I'm so grateful for good service! They just opened so I assume that the employees are new, but I don't know. Either way, I was quick to get what I wanted and get out without spending unnecessary money. At checkout a cashier pulled me over to her line when I had wrongly assumed another register was open. She rang me up then asked if I needed help out ( with 2 fifty pound bags of dog food- most places don't even ask) I was quick to say yes, again assuming she would call someone but she announced to the other employee that she was helping me out, which came as a nice shock. She put them in the car and stacked them so it might be easier for me to unload. She also took the basket back in with her. I told her that I had a disc removed from my back years ago and I should not be lifting anything so I really appreciate her help!! read more

Hey guys don't sleep on this cool little store. They just put one in my neighborhood and I totally fell in love with it. My husband at one point in time had delivered Pepsi to this store so he knew what a unique little find it was. I forget what made me go in, but I'm glad I did. Even during these crazy times the staff was super friendly and the store was really clean. My second visit to this store was for winter rye grass seed that I ordered on line and had delivered to the store. (Mine you this seed was going to cost $75 on amazon I got it here for $30). when we got to the store they checked to make sure our order was there. Once the they went to the back and brought it out they offered to take it to the car. Super nice staff. I know with COVID everybody's trying to be safe, but if you have a chance go on line check this adorable store out. Five Stars are not enough to describe how wonderful these people are. I misplaced the staff members names but they were AWESOME! We went to the store Sunday morning to watch the dogs. They have 2 bays and for $10.00 they supply shampoos, towels, brushes and anything needed to bathe your pooch. We LOVE this place not only for their clothes, candles, doggie supplies but most importantly the Customer Service is outstanding. Tractor supply co has gained a forever customer. I received the best service from an associate by the name of Brie. I called her in need of help getting a bbq grill delivered after realizing it wouldn't fit in my car. She quickly came up with a solution and ensured I'd have it before Christmas to give to my fiancé (which he loved). She really went above and beyond because she initially told me I'd have to come in and pay for the $15 delivery fee, which I had no problem with but then my job called me in early and I wouldn't have been able to go down there any other day to pay for shipping before Christmas. So she had me purchase a gift card for the price of shipping and did it all over the phone. I appreciate her help and the help of the delivery driver I believe his name was Dave or David. This is an awesome store with wonderful people. The really friendly employees make this store shine. I met and like Bree, Anthony, and John at the register. These are people I interacted with, so I know their names. I can't say enough about their helpfulness and friendliness to us!! The other people stocking and cleaning are very friendly too. We took our dog to the dog bath. I am so grateful for the dog bath, as I only have an old typical bath/shower combo. I would have to lift our dog over the edge of the tub, and washing him would be hard on my back. I like the dog shampoo and the towels. It is a spa day for doggies!! Our dog loves walking around the store, and finds every last bit of kibble on the floor. LOL Everyone is very nice to us and our dog. I want to check out the dog food here. Where do I start! This location beats any other location with their great customer service. I have been to the Clinton Kieth and Hemet location just because they are closer to home but they do not compare to this locations; employees, stock, and their availability. I needed assistance with the dog wash service they have and Isaac was quick to help. He even went above and beyond to clean the area for me and showed me dog tools that were available to use.
