I have been to two harbor freight's and what I like about them is they are like home depot but with a mom and pop feel. They are small enough you don't get lost and come home with a half dozen things you didn't go there for. Price: I don't know the industry standard on tool and part prices or if they are made in China but they are affordable. You might find select exceptions and clearance specials at Home Depot, Walmart, and Costco but Harbor freight has a lot of discounts and free with the purchase of specials. I am satisfied with prices. I consistently get 20% off and a free pair of gloves. I feel like it is a place to go to but that part or tool you need once a year like a pair of work gloves or a wrench. 5 Atmosphere: Not a super retail store. This one is in a strip mall near fast food and nail salons. The inside was clean and quiet while I was there and o felt safe. 5 Staff: Quite professionals. They are big guys who look like the double for security but not threatening. 5 Service: I asked about specials and they directed me to their coupon area and their online sight. Also asked about the location of the item I came for and was correctly directed. 5 Value: with their specials and discounts I felt I more than got what I paid for and would do it again. They sell you with their showroom and they a large variety of materials for metal working but it's honestly not worth the wait, customer service, and price. They don't even price match. I had made a material list of what I needed and they were quoting me at $1,200 before tax and Pattons came in at $690. I even showed them proof and they refused to match the price. Anyway I placed the order at IMS for that single tube... I went to Patton got the rest of the material there (took only 20min to place the order and drive out with my material) and when I got back to IMS still waited another half hour to get single tube on my truck. The worst part is when the sales rep has you in hopes that the material is there only to have you wait 1 1/2 hrs and tell you they don't have it... they have to email their own guys to do a stock check. Idk why they can't just walk over themselves to check. First and last time here

I'd never been inside a TS until I moved to MoVal. This place is awesome! They sell dog vaccines…read moreand have a dog washing station. I have 6 dogs plus the occasional fosters so it's great to be able to bring them here for $9.99 each. I appreciate that they offer shampoo, conditioner, brushes, and towels. My only issue is the dryers. For about a year, one didn't work at all and the other only has really cold air. It's a hit or miss on if they have nail trimmers. Maybe I've gotten lucky, but I haven't encountered other folks taking a really long time like other reviews are saying. I don't believe a time limit is necessary. Some pups are easier than others. For example, my Husky is gonna take a lot longer to dry than my MinPin. I think folks are just unreasonable and impatient. I've had 8 folks ahead of me and still been able to wash my dogs within an hour which I think is reasonable. The staff has always been incredibly friendly, especially with my reactive foster dog. My husband was walking with our dog through the store and an employee who also trains dogs approached us with tips. Super helpful and made us feel better. The pup is reactive and the only way he'll learn is by going out into the world to be desensitized. We've encountered some horribly folks at other stores, but here, everyone was caring and helpful. No judgement!
