These days, there is hardly anyone to help customers and many of the employees they have know very little about the products in the section where they work. Sometimes the employees are just questionable overall... I went in to buy a new aerator for my bathroom faucet, but they were out of the one I needed. The guy helping me was giving off some weird vibes and it got a little weirder when he suggested that I go to an Ace hardware that he said was just down the street. When I questioned it, he insisted that there was an Ace and described a location where I KNEW there was no hardware store (I would have gone there first if there was an Ace so close by). I asked if it was new and he said "yeah, maybe". Just on the off chance, I went down to where he said the Ace hardware was located but there was nothing but a Starbucks and a cheesesteak restaurant. Sending a customer off on a wild goose chase is such a bizarre thing to do! The nearest Ace store is a little drive away and in a disagreeable neighborhood, but I think I will be making the special trip from now on.

The store stocks a wide variety of top items like automotive tools, power tools, welding gear, generators, and hand tool sets -- all at competitive prices that help you save on projects big and small. The staff I interacted with were friendly and offered helpful suggestions when I had questions about specific tools and which ones to use for my home improvement project which made shopping easier. Inventory can be different from various Harbor Freight locations, so it is good to call ahead of time if you know exactly which tool you are looking for. It also helps when they have some good deals on the weekends. Last week it was a free item with purchase and this week it's a free bucket also with a purchase. Overall, good experience. If you register your phone number with them, they will record your purchase with your nunber so if you don't have your receipt for a return, they can look it up based on your phone number.

Pretty sweet treat! Service was good. They couldn't use our QR code to scan so we had to provide our phone numbers to get these roses. This store has a nice indoor and outdoor patio display. A different Lowe's was able to help me out on a small home improvement project by providing paint samples for me complimentary and this store was so rude when I asked. Both women were rude and dismissive and said we don't do that here. I explained another location had helped me before and they said nothing and just walked away. Sanding sheets were about $6, so a dollar a sheet. Not bad. But honestly I'm just going to Home Depot next time first.
