The staff I interacted with were friendly and offered helpful suggestions when I had questions about specific tools and which ones to use for my home improvement project which made shopping easier. Inventory can be different from various Harbor Freight locations, so it is good to call ahead of time if you know exactly which tool you are looking for. A different Lowe's was able to help me out on a small home improvement project by providing paint samples for me complimentary and this store was so rude when I asked. Both women were rude and dismissive and said we don't do that here. I explained another location had helped me before and they said nothing and just walked away. Sanding sheets were about $6, so a dollar a sheet. Not bad. But honestly I'm just going to Home Depot next time first.
