Good convenient store to find your home and garden needs. Today we visited because they have a promotion for Valentine's Day for members. Which you get a free 3 piece red wooden roses. Pretty sweet treat! Service was good. They couldn't use our QR code to scan so we had to provide our phone numbers to get these roses. This store has a nice indoor and outdoor patio display. Plus they have good sales on weed and insect sprays. Located off Magnolia and Harrison street. Same plaza as US Bank with a large parking lot. read more

Very rude staff. Everyone seems pissed they work here. The selection is pretty low too. I need a tiny sample of paint and they did not help me out. A different Lowe's was able to help me out on a small home improvement project by providing paint samples for me complimentary and this store was so rude when I asked. Both women were rude and dismissive and said we don't do that here. I explained another location had helped me before and they said nothing and just walked away. Sanding sheets were about $6, so a dollar a sheet. Not bad. But honestly I'm just going to Home Depot next time first. read more

I used to love Lowe's because it was bright and clean and had plenty of knowledgeable staff. These days, it's very hard to find anyone to help you, and if you do, chances are they won't know a thing about the merchandise they are selling. My experience yesterday is just one example. I went to Lowe's to buy a part to repair my bathroom faucet. There was a young employee trying to help another customer, but it was obvious that he didn't really know anything about plumbing supplies, using words like "probably", and "I guess". When I asked him where I could find aerators he said, "What's that?" He then used the product locator on his phone to determine that he was standing right in front of them and still couldn't recognize the correct items ("I guess it's these around in here"). I was disappointed because I really needed someone to help me get the right item, but I could see that this wasn't the guy for the job. Since the other Big Box hardware store in town isn't much better, it looks like from now on I'll be going over to the ugliest, scariest neighborhood in town just to get good help from the nearest Ace Hardware. read more

My kitchen sink faucet head broke off out of the blue. I am not a handy person at all. I came to here, told Gabriel that I wanted the quickest possible repair, and he told me exactly what I needed and how to install it. Had to come back because I screwed it up a bit, and he told me how to fix my own mistake as well as finish the job. Gustavo in the appliance area is someone who I'd see for every appliance need, he's that friendly and such a hard worker. Then Vivi at the Pro desk with her amazing attitude and pleasant demeanor she went above just helping us with our purchase. Then Robert, every employee spoke so highly of him and genuinely seemed happy to work for him. Once meeting him you can tell why. I'm walking in and it's clear that I'm looking for an item while you have two representatives just chitchatting back-and-forth about their personal business. They don't ask to see if I need any help, I get more assistance from the person that's selling solar than I do the associates in the store. They're very good to say hello and other than that, these folks are clueless! Then I get to the customer pick up and unless you have the exact information it's like a needle in a haystack for them to find your merchandise. This time about a 50ft extension cord that's labeled a 100ft. And being held together by a bunch of electrical tape and still all tangled up. She says I'm wrong I tell her she's incorrect. And after I have to go measure it out to prove it she's just missing all a sudden. Ppl with pissy personalities need to find work that's not in retail but I guess when you're running the customer service counter at coursing on a Tuesday night Jan. 14 930pm to be exact. Walked into the Riverside Lowes today, and was very surprised to see how rude my husband and I were treated. I asked about the price of a box of ornaments that was opened and had missing parts. Obviously, should have been a sales or clearence price but was not priced. The sales person Brian, started to look up the price. Before getting any information he says, " Oh no, this will not be on sale its xmas item". I was like its been opened, and taped up, and has missing ornaments.! Then he started searching for the price. Gave me regular price with a 10% discount. I declined. Gave me the dirtious look, just rude. He rang our purchase and my husband has military discount he's already in the system and he shops there a lot. Brian asked for his ID. My husband says I'm in the system and Brian says very rudely, I still need to see it. Made us feel like we were being dishonest. I give 0 stars I DO NOT recommend using home installations department sales person Jo or Joseph..... he placed the wrong order number in my contract and now I'm stuck with a gate that I never wanted it's incomplete AND IT's falling apart already... This Lowe's is the worst. My wife and I bought a refrigerator on Saturday and we've had problem with it since the second it was installed, the installers did not level the fridge properly and when my wife called it out, the installers said "it was the best they could do". We attempted to level it out ourselves to no avail. The installers were supposed to be at our home today at 5:30 because of our work schedules , they showed up at 2:30. With no one home. Our drawers in the refrigerator were also broken. When we brought this to Lowe's attention, in particular Robert, he said we could lemon law it, but it would take at least 4 days for them to pick up Our current fridge, process the refund on our card and get the replacement fridge. When we brought up that we were going to lose our groceries, insulin, etc he offered to take money off of the price. That doesn't resolve losing groceries and medication. All we got was "that's the best we can do". We will never spend another dime at Lowe's and will tell our friends and family not to shop there. read more

Kitchen cabinets only. First thing cabinet manager said to me, "So you want Shenandoah?" I don't know what that means, is it a sandwich? "Most people buy Shenandoah." Went downhill from there. Large gap between cabinet top and ceiling (I fixed that by raising the cabinets), no covering for unfinished area under cabinets, no edging for the space where cabinets meet the wall, crown molding extends past a raised ceiling. Overall I felt like I was on my own for design, selection. I closed the sale because I got a good price, and was not buying the sales guy. He was a dude without the "e." Go to Home Depot in Eastvale. Thank you to the team in the key-cutting department! Yesterday, Mr. Willam and his team were able to recut my new keys after the keys were miscut from the self-Keyhero machine. I'm sure they could have refused to correct the issue which would have required me to submit a request for a refund by calling the 1-800 number. I like the customer service you get here compared to Home Depot. The employees are always friendly and they take the time to help you with your needs. It also seems like you get out of the store quicker and that's because their process is streamlined that way in purpose. My first visit here. Greeted by a fat grey mouse running across my feet as I walked in the store. Alright...it's a hardware store...mouse gotta live too right?!? But...The restroom was atrocious. At 6:30AM it looks as if someone ripped open ten trash bags of used soiled toilet paper and paper towels and even a diaper and just dumped it all around the restroom. I so wanted to take a photo but I was so disgusted that I couldn't bring myself to do it. Hire someone to clean up or fire the night crew for wrecking the place. read more

Went into this location today. My friend was going to get 6 big bags of soil. There were four associates standing around, putting wet rags on their heads. My friend and I are in our mid sixties. We ask them where we could get a flat cart, they pointed us to the other side of the store without offering to help us. He got a flat cart loaded up the six bags and spent 200.00 here. Wow! Horrible experience. Went to Lowe's on Magnolia in Riverside on May 10, 2024, to shop and purchase a new dishwasher. Found the one that we wanted and paid cash, also paid for necessary hose line and installation, another $159 after three weeks and still no dishwasher we kept calling to see when it would arrive. Nobody had an answer, most of the time were placed on hold and it just never got answered. Finally, a third-party installer contacted us, 3 1/2 weeks after we ordered it, to arrange for installation, we were given a time frame of 12:30 to 3:30 in the afternoon. At 3:05 I received a phone call from a woman saying that she was calling for the installers. She said that they were going to have to postpone installation because the installer opened my package and realized the dishwasher was damaged. I said "that's very strange that an installer would open my package out of my presence to inspect my dishwasher, it sounds to me like something shady is going on". She said that they were going to go ahead and put in an order for a new dishwasher to be ordered at which point I said no do not. I don't want it. The next day I received the exact same phone call and this woman also tried to re-order the dishwasher at which time I told her I do not want it. Do not order it. The following day, my husband went to Lowe's and spoke to Jay , who works in appliances, and explained the situation. Jay said that there was no damage to the dishwasher and actually took my husband to the back and showed him our dishwasher sitting there in a box with our name label on it undamaged. We let him know that they are being scammed by their installers and they need to find new ones. Today we went to Howards appliances, formally Taylor's, shopped for, bought, and had installed a brand new dishwasher. Go to Howards. read more

Went rug shopping at Lowe's and got assisted by a great salesman, Richard Martinez. My wife and I were debating a particular 8 by 10 area rug and Richard asked if he could assist. In the next twenty minutes, he had offered options, answered all of our questions, picked up the rolled, plastic wrapped rug, carried it to the register and then to my truck! I'm really upset I just talked to a lady in appliances 9:50 am today and she just told me bcs the installation is free she can not do anything about the guy that just drop off the washer and dryer, left them in their boxes and took off bcs of liability . He couldn't wait for us to move a table with a microwave while my husband was next to him.? Idk (i was in bed and my husband is shy ) She was like arguing with me with a horrible actitud telling me that installation is for free that I didn't pay for it? So what ? I can't have if bcs is free. Now my husband is installing it waisting all his morning on something that was part of the deal. Free delivery and installation is part of the deal and is not write her actitud we spent almost 2,000 so installation wasn't free and we had the right to it. That is not the attitude.
