My only issue is the dryers. For about a year, one didn't work at all and the other only has really cold air. It's a hit or miss on if they have nail trimmers. Maybe I've gotten lucky, but I haven't encountered other folks taking a really long time like other reviews are saying. I don't believe a time limit is necessary. Some pups are easier than others. For example, my Husky is gonna take a lot longer to dry than my MinPin. I think folks are just unreasonable and impatient. I've had 8 folks ahead of me and still been able to wash my dogs within an hour which I think is reasonable. The staff has always been incredibly friendly, especially with my reactive foster dog. My husband was walking with our dog through the store and an employee who also trains dogs approached us with tips. Super helpful and made us feel better. The pup is reactive and the only way he'll learn is by going out into the world to be desensitized. We've encountered some horribly folks at other stores, but here, everyone was caring and helpful. No judgement!

They sell you with their showroom and they a large variety of materials for metal working but it's honestly not worth the wait, customer service, and price. They don't even price match. I had made a material list of what I needed and they were quoting me at $1,200 before tax and Pattons came in at $690. I even showed them proof and they refused to match the price. Anyway I placed the order at IMS for that single tube... I went to Patton got the rest of the material there (took only 20min to place the order and drive out with my material) and when I got back to IMS still waited another half hour to get single tube on my truck. The worst part is when the sales rep has you in hopes that the material is there only to have you wait 1 1/2 hrs and tell you they don't have it... they have to email their own guys to do a stock check. Idk why they can't just walk over themselves to check. First and last time here
