So I think it's time to update my review here. Good businesses stand the test of time. I tell you I…read morejust had an experience that I needed a particular root stock on a plum tree I wanted to plant in the backyard. I had called the nursery that is located about seven minutes from my house. It's not Parkview. I asked them if they had the particular root stock and tree in stock. Their response basically was we have that variety of tree Santa Rosa plum but we don't know what route stocks we have. I said can you look and tell me. Their answer was no if you want to see you can come down and look. After hanging up the phone and disbelief, I called Parkview nursery on Chicago Avenue and again I got the outstanding service that I'm used to there. I told the gentleman who answered the phone what I was looking for he said let him check. He came back in about a minute and told me that they had that rootstock, but asked me why I wanted that particular type of rootstock. I explained to my situation and the type of soil and he recommended a better root stock that I was not familiar with. I had even gone on the Dave Wilson Nursery the supplier of fruit trees and it didn't catch my attention. He was absolutely right the root stock that he recommended was 100 times better and they also had that in stock. Needless to say, I got in my car drove the 35 minutes. It was greeted with outstanding customer service by every employee I ran into. If you are looking for a true outstanding nursery, this is the place to come. They have caring employees who really want your landscaping/gardening adventure to be successful.

Staying at home has driven me to bring out my creative talents that I've suppressed for whatever…read morereasons. So, I decided to do some simple plantings and enhance my surroundings. As I Googled Succulents, so many choices came up. You can grow them from seeds, clippings or already rooted and potted. I chose the clippings, because it's like they're meeting me halfway and the cost was much better. Seeds would take several weeks before I would see a plant. So, I chose Annie's from Esty. She had the best priced offer of 30 clippings for around $25. They arrived within a few days via a small Priority Mail box. They shipped well all the way from CA. And, I received way more than 30 plants! I'd prepared for their arrival by purchasing special soil and pots with drainage. In botany, succulent plants are plants with parts that are thickened, fleshy and engorged, usually to retain water in arid climates or soil conditions. The word succulent comes from the Latin word sucus, meaning 'juice', or 'sap'. I spent time learning about these plants while waiting for their arrival. They require little watering and do well indoors. New plants can be created by taking off petals and propagating them. I was so excited! It was fun arranging them. They can be replanted later individually if needed. If they survive me, then, they're pretty hardy. They will also make excellent home office gifts for friends!

Do not get it mistaken, this place had hundreds of high quality, exotic and healthy fruit trees. There's nothing small about their selection. I've never seen more exotic fruit trees in 1 place and I've been to over 30+ nurseries in SoCal. Great prices, and cheap delivery fee. I can't wait to continue to shop here in the future, I left with 1 lychee tree, 1 guanabana, 1 sugar apple and 2 golden lady mango varieties. The advice I got from the Flores family was exceptional, I got to meet Carlos, his wife and their 3 hard working sons. They answered every question I had, provided tips and advice on how to maintain these beautiful trees. They even recommended me on a variety of mango trees that grew extremely well in the Menifee sun so I ended up buying 2. Look no further than this place right here to buy your fruit trees, you can come here and see their selection and see all the trees thriving gorgeously with actual fruit thriving on their branches and vines. 10/10, I will never buy fruit trees from any other place than this.

.., came here on 1/2/26 & sadly had an awkward & annoying experience…read more Our family loves to garden and I had been wanting to take my mother here for quite some time. Was in the neighborhood with my girlfriend and her parents & decided to finally check it out. The nursery has street parking and has signs making it easy to find. Walking up you immediately see the wide variety of pottery & plants that they have. I was pretty excited to dive in and see what they had to offer. Within 2 minutes of being there, literally 2 minutes we were greeted by a little boy. He ran up with a smile and stood there watching us. We said hello and he just nodded. We thought that's cute, and didn't think much of it. We haven't even begun our exploration when he followed us every step of the way, at times bumping elbows with us? We were taken by surprise because of how close he would get to us, it gave that feeling of him watching us as if we were going to steal something. He began running around us in circles, eventually grabbing a stick and tapping things next to us and playing around. Kids will be kids, I gave him that but this was way too much. My girlfriend's mother would at times bend over to look at a plant and he'd run past her making her have to step back or step forward awkwardly to let him by. We couldn't look in peace, it was impossible to even try with him squeezing in between us or running around us. It got annoying really fast, to the point where I was embarrassed that I took my girlfriend and her parents hyping it up to them saying that I've heard good things about this place. We eventually told the little boy that it's ok, we don't need help and we'll call him if we needed him but he didn't listen and stayed even closer after? Not long after another little boy, a little older ran up to check on us and probably seen the annoyed looks we had because he left us alone. At this point I was already turned off to even being there. I glanced at some prices and from what I had seen, some seemed kind of pricey while others seemed like a good deal. As we were leaving, I had noticed a woman sitting there with her kids and waved at her but she didn't wave back. I waved again and she just looked at me? So, that was awkward. Great selection, great space, this nursery had a nice variety of fountains, pottery, statues, and plants but to be constantly watched by this kid was definitely uncomfortable. I'm all for supporting family businesses, so I'll give this place another chance and bring my Mom because she's been wanting to go. Hopefully it's not always like this, otherwise we'll just bring our business elsewhere.
