The good thing about Pop Mart in Victoria Gardens is that it has a great selection of different collectibles and designer toys. There were plenty of various original series blind boxes to choose from, and it was fun browsing all the options. They are always out of labubus though. If you're looking for something specific, or just want to see what's new, there's a good chance you'll find it here. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very welcoming. The staff were watching their customers too closely, and the overall experience felt a bit cold. On top of that, the prices were noticeably higher, around $20 to $30, for each of their blind boxes. A whole set of blind boxes will set you back $250.00 to $350.00. For cute cheap plastic toys that are trendy and will end up in a landfill someday, these prices are way too much. Overall, it's a decent place to shop if you're after a wide variety of blind boxes, but the high prices and lackluster customer service make it hard to give more than three stars. read more

As of early November 2025, this store location is pretty new. The store seemed to be well stocked with lots of merch and it was organized and clean. The people here were really friendly. Glad to see everything was selling at MSRP as well so you don't have to deal with the folks who try to buy everything out and sell for secondary prices. Pop Mart is home to those creepy-cute Labubu. And, no, I didn't come here for that. Actually, my sister and sister-in-law are both huge fans of Labubu and the other PopMart characters, and I came with one of them to pick up their order. Pop Mart is located in the center of Victoria Gardens. I came here on a weekend (yikes) and this place was just overly crowded and people are overly infatuated with these little toys, I just had to get out. Unfortunately, I didn't have the patience or interest to walk around and look at all the products. Personally, I think these toys are overpriced and just clutter makers. It's ok- I have a Labubu, a Hirono, a Molly, and a Cutie But Wild CryBaby. Don't judge me! ;) And, kudos to Kasing Lung, though, he's got all these people hypnotized over these toys. ($$$) read more

This place has all characters you can think of from Disney to The PowerPuff girls to anime! It's not the largest store but it is packed full of merchandise! The staff is attentive and friendly, the prices are in line with other, similar stores and it's in a good location, Victoria Gardens outdoor mall. There's a free parking garage nearby or metered parking if you can find it. I'd imagine this place will be crowded during the holidays so I would be prepared for that! I work weird hours so I'm lucky I can go midday. Overall a fantastic small sized store! read more

I got a notification almost immediately that my order was ready, and picking it up was smooth and hassle free. The store itself is well organized and full of eye-catching displays. It's 8:45pm on a Saturday night. Google says they close at 9pm. They have a girl standing outside saying they're "closed" and we questioned why does it say they close at 9pm. And she said it's per "management". Within 5 minutes we noticed the girl at the front of the door turn away at least 50 people. Geez people, at least update your hours of operation. Location is great! At the heart of Victoria Gardens mall. Cute little tables outside to chill or open all of your goodies you bought from here. Prices are pretty crazy!! I had no idea what I was walking into!! Some very cute items and some scary ugly? I honestly don't get it but if it makes my niece happy, that's all that matters. We came in because my niece wanted to see if they had any Labubus and skull pandas in stock. Luckily, we walked in and saw a bunch of skull pandas that had just been delivered and were available for purchase. My niece really wanted it, but I was saying no. Until I asked the girl at the door if there would be any available on 2 days later, which would be Friday. Crazy enough, she said "No! If you see it now, buy it because it will be sold out tomorrow!" I thought she was joking, but apparently it is a hot item. So my niece ended up getting the skull panda. I signed up for the rewards. We walked outside so we could open her box, and she got the one that she really wanted! Lucky girl! We did end up coming back that Friday, just to see if they had any skull pandas left, and they were all sold out!!! Then my niece saw the Christmas skull pandas and we ended up getting her one of those. She got the exact one she wanted again!! The staff is super helpful and so friendly!! I enjoyed their energy!! When I found out that there was a Pop Mart that opened up at Victoria Gardens, I drove there the next day!! The store is so cool, has so many different options to choose from however I only had Labubus on my mind. Ofc they were all sold out however I couldn't help but walk around the store to take everything else in! Staff was friendly and helpful, they mentioned that their shipments are "blind" so they don't know what's coming in until the boxes are opened up. October 25, 2024 - Zimomo Angel in the Clouds Drop Pure disappointment with the management's handling of line cutters at a limited-quantity product release. Four people claimed they were in line early but left to sleep in their cars, leaving chairs to mark their spots. More than 30 people saw that happened. When security moved the line, the abandoned chairs were claimed by others, but the original owners returned, cutting back in line. While one staff member listened to complaints, the manager insisted the line cutters had been there since 2 am and threatened to cancel the drop if people disagreed. I felt unheard, mistreated, and ultimately left empty-handed after a five-hour wait. They should improve their policies to ensure fairness for all customers. read more

Awful experience. My family and I drove out to Pop Mart at Victoria Gardens, only to have the doors shut in our faces at 8:45pm... 15 minutes before their posted 9pm closing time. Their website and Google both say 9pm, yet staff claimed it was "manager policy" to close early. Meanwhile, there were still about 10-15 people inside shopping, but my family (including kids who were excited to visit) were turned away at the door. Came here with my 5 yr old Sat night 10/15. One of the girls that worked there was so rude and mean to my daughter that's only 5. She was looking at a Labubu and just wanted to see how it felt so she gently touched one. And this girl comes up to my daughter and rudely said "Don't touch". She could've asked me, the adult, to please tell my daughter not to touch (I was standing with her making sure she's not rough with anything, which she wasn't) but she wanted to approach my 5 yr old instead that made her sad. The employees come across as rude and entitled , which makes the shopping experience horrible. I truly enjoy Pop Mart, but the customer service at this store has been disappointing. One of the employees closed the door on me even though it was still 15 minutes before closing (around 7:45). They were very rude and didn't even apologize. When I looked through the glass from outside to check, an employee actually pushed me out of the way to clean the windows without even saying "excuse me." I would like to speak with corporate about this because I mentioned the situation to someone I know who works at the Santa Anita location, and they were also upset to hear about it. The customer service at this location is awful. We were treated horribly with our online pick up. The guy was rude and demanding me to do things to verify my order without asking kindly . We also purchased numerous items prior to our pick up and wasn't offered to buy a bag as she stated we would get one with our pick up. The one we received with our pick up was too small to accommodate all of our items. I told the online pick up associate we needed a bigger bag. He very rudely told us to go buy a bigger bag, I let him know we weren't offered to purchase bag with our initial in store purchase. The store wasn't busy as it was a weekday during the day time. We were treated better in San Diego at a very busy store with a large line. We will not return to this store and stick to online delivery or Sam Diego. It was okay. I absolutely loved the workers, but definitely feel that other PopMart locations better in terms of maintaining the lines and overall customer flow inside the store. Also, I am a Labubu/Zimomo fan, but do think that other collectors are quite rude and disrespectful when it comes to purchasing grail items here. I would just go to another location, if anything. So cute to see everything on display! I will say with so many sold out items there are very few things in terms of selection, but it's worth mentioning a lot of things are not listed as pick up on the pop Mart app. You kind of have to show up and check their stock daily for anything none Labubu & buy in store. They even had the crybaby cherry magnetic pendants in stock, there were quite a few. They did in fact have a Chopper Labubu, I was shocked he was available but still a $300 Labubu. I love Park Mart. It's so pretty in there and it looks like a dreamy wonderland from my dream when I see a sample me all I see is positivity and kindness. My heart goes out to those workers, but the prices are a little expensive and they are not worth the value. The employees in charge of.controlling the lines outside are very rude. They are not approachable. I understand that customers keep asking the same questions but they should be polite and simply say they are not sure if they sold out but to turn around and say "Go away", and reply rudely is not a acceptable. When you are spending a pretty penny to purchase their items, they should just say they aren't sure if they sold out or when they are going to allow more customers in. There was only one polite employee and that was the one inside, watching the line. The rest were awful. I guess they don't realize that our money spending is how they get their paycheck.
