After driving over an hour to arrive, I was suddenly told there would be a $350 after-hours fee. This would have been completely fine if it had been disclosed during the initial phone call. Instead, I was put in an uncomfortable position upon arrival and given a hard time when I questioned it. Ultimately, they did not honor their initial word, which was extremely frustrating and a waste of time. Clear communication and transparency were seriously lacking.

I have been to two harbor freight's and what I like about them is they are like home depot but with a mom and pop feel. They are small enough you don't get lost and come home with a half dozen things you didn't go there for. Price: I don't know the industry standard on tool and part prices or if they are made in China but they are affordable. You might find select exceptions and clearance specials at Home Depot, Walmart, and Costco but Harbor freight has a lot of discounts and free with the purchase of specials. I am satisfied with prices. I consistently get 20% off and a free pair of gloves. I feel like it is a place to go to but that part or tool you need once a year like a pair of work gloves or a wrench. 5 Atmosphere: Not a super retail store. This one is in a strip mall near fast food and nail salons. The inside was clean and quiet while I was there and o felt safe. 5 Staff: Quite professionals. They are big guys who look like the double for security but not threatening. 5 Service: I asked about specials and they directed me to their coupon area and their online sight. Also asked about the location of the item I came for and was correctly directed. 5 Value: with their specials and discounts I felt I more than got what I paid for and would do it again. Like many others stuck at home during the COVID lock down I decided our home needed an update. When it came time to make paint choices I was stumped. I knew I wanted color but which color? Pinterest seemed to have a strong bias toward blue (not a fan) and for some reason every room on Houz is white! I was driving my husband crazy, collecting dozens of paint chips, lots of peel and stick samples and eventually those small sample cans started to accumulate. I knew the contractor would insist on Dunn-Edwards but there is no store close by so I attempted to use their visualizer. That's when I saw "Professional Color Consultation " on the menu. Game changer! I made an appointment!! I packed up my tile, countertop and flooring samples, I took better pictures of the furniture and rugs that were staying and headed to Moreno Valley. Pamela Nolasco listened patiently to my long explanation of my vision ( as you can tell, I'm not a right to the point kinda gal) asked some thoughtful questions of both my husband and I and confidentiality suggested Foxtail, a tawny brown! Did not expect that but as she explained it bought out the warmth of the flooring, made the tile and quartz countertop look rich and the champagne bronze fixtures we'd already purchase where the jewelry. I was convinced so we took home a sample pot to make sure it worked in our light. Second thoughts set in when I asked the opinion of friends and family, should have know! A few weeks later when the painter needed a commitment I went back to Pamela. This is when she really showed her talent. Such a good listener! After the second meeting I was reassured about the wall color and had the perfect paint for the vanity and the doors. We're both so pleased with the result. Thank you!

I spoke to an electrician I had do some work for me, and he said it was custom. I go to Walters, and they had stock! WOW!

Isabella tile for the kitchen backsplash above stove pattern. The fireplace has coastal bluff brick tile thats mitered at the corners. The hearth is edessa tile. The hallway shower floor is umber matte tile alternated with the same tile just a little more beige. The countertop was through a f&d 3rd party and it looks amazing. Overall incredibly happy with floor & decor. My contractor was JG & Sons Remodeling. In the store Melissa helped me out a lot and provided great service.

Have bought many purchases with financing at other businesses but purchasing from here was the worst experience I have ever had. Even after multiple phone calls with floor and decor and synchrony I just felt defeated not getting anywhere. I finally tried to pay off the entire amount of my purchase with interest to date today and was told I have to wait until next statement to see what that cost was. Now, not only am I paying the deferred interest that I am fighting and have a case for, but I have to continue to pay more interest on something I tried to pay off today. Hopefully this review helps someone second guess financing your purchase through this company because again, this has been one of the worst purchases I have made in my forty years of life.
