He was very rude and I felt very taken advantage of. We found the same dryer that same night in stock and bought it within 20 minutes for a cheaper price. It was absolutely terrible customer service and would not go here or recommend Howard's. How do you sell somebody a dryer without guaranteeing that they get the dryer? How do you sell somebody something without actually ensuring that they get that?

I was blown away by not only their inventory but how lovely their staff was. One of their top specialist there whose name was Jared (based on the name on his shirt) took the best care of us. He went out of his way to ensure we got the best bang for the buck, arranged a way to get the appliance to our house by utilizing their in house daily rental for U-Haul. Over all we bought 2 range ovens and a refrigerator. We will also be back for another oven for my sister in a few weeks. He went sideways on us because after starting out Uhaul and noticing the fuel guage was lower than the paperwork we went inside to ask if he could update our paperwork. His answer was " if you dont like it then you can cancel. He doesn't know us we are just regular customers. But his demeanor and super argumentative behavior was as if he had it out for us. I asked one question which was if he could update the fuel level on the paperwork and he was very mad and at one point stated that I was asking all kinds of questions. I asked him why he was so aggressive because I asked the question and his answer was "if you don't like it then cancel." I said " you know if you can't do it then you can just let me know you can't do it. It really shouldn't elicited anger and aggression from you." His response was " if you don't like it then you can cancel." What was really confusing about the whole thing was that as I was getting ready to just go ahead and leave he hands over an updated paper showing the actual fuel level. As a USAF Vet I let a lot of things roll off me because you never know someone's circumstances but in heinsight this guy was pushing buttons and trying to get me to loose my cool. To bad for him as a former Military Cop I don't frazzled easily and I am always aiming for de-escalation. However I will be reporting this behavior up all the avenues possible. Noone in my opinion who operates at this caliper should be in a customer facing role. Also by the way we have rented a truck here once before and now both times they were heavy on trying to sell us appliances. You should really take the time to look up the models of what their selling . Their prices are very inflated compared to Lowe's or Homedepot. Their units have marks all on them. I looked up two fridges our first time there and they were $500-$900 cheaper at Lowe's and Lowe's units were new no dents and dings.
