So I immediately went back they "fixed" it. 2 weeks later my camera failed again. So I went back and when they tried to fix it, they couldn't. I was told they'll order a replacement to fix it. I had to wait an entire month for it to come in. I took it back to get repaired again. Walked out happy thinking it was fixed. But guess what, 2 weeks later my camera failed again. So I went for a screen repair and left with a broken camera that they couldn't fix. Wish I could get my 250$ back because they broke my phone so now I have to save up to afford a new phone.

From the moment I walked in, the employee barely communicated with me and seemed uninterested in helping. Before agreeing to the repair, I specifically asked him to make sure my phone was still functioning properly before replacing the screen. He simply nodded and said yes. About two hours later, I got my phone back, and the very first thing I noticed was that the new screen was popping out of the phone. When I pointed it out, his response was, "Just don't put it in your pocket because the screen can come off." Seriously? That's the quality of work I paid for? When I got home, I also realized my Bluetooth no longer worked and some of the keyboard letters weren't working either. I returned to the store, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me they could fix it--but only if I paid more money. They damaged my phone during the repair and then expected me to pay again to fix the problem they caused. The workmanship, customer service, and communication were all unacceptable. The technicians refused to take responsibility and had made me come back to the store a couple times, wouldn't issue a refund, and acted like none of this was their fault. Save yourself the frustration and take your phone somewhere else. This was a complete waste of money and one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

So Yesterday i went into this particular store with my little daughter because someone hit my car and run off at Walmart parking lot. And the person messed up my front headlight and also by the side of my passenger side is totally messed up by that hit run person. So i drove my car to this particular store because my headlight was about fallen off. And Jaciel my God bless him very well, he came outside to see my car and he immediately suggested two options for me but I took the first option which is using glue( silicon) to glue all the areas that was messed up. He even gave me the glue gun for free to use because I was seriously running out of cash. And he gave me their masking tape to use for free, without him even caring if I will finish the whole tape. He really guide me through throughout gluing my car. Such a very nice, and humble gentleman. Please guys when go into that store make sure to ask about him for help, because he will bring out his time and guide you through. And he smiles alot. Very understanding guy. Thanks alot Jaciel. The largest one in our US of A is almost 18,000 sq ft in Union City in the San Francisco Bay area. I did not make it to the two on 57 th St in NYC and Rego Park in Queens. Upon entry the class, the organization, the gorgeous colors and the eye catching reusable shopping bags( just $2.25) to the left bring out the smile and the desire to spend some time and enjoy every aisle. Every possible household and gardening product, great selection of sauces, ramen, soups, holiday seasonal goodies! Bin the cashier was so kind. Great energy. I love the simple pricing charts with quality items from $2-$3-$4-$5. This is a fun store!
