I visited this location (yesterday) on a Sunday afternoon. My first time ever at this location and it was NOT giving good customer service. While the store was very clean and tidy there were about 3 young women standing at the cash wrap just chit chatting. Didn't greet me or even acknowledge that I was there. An older woman came in about 15 minutes after I did and was greeted right away and told all about the special deals going on - $45 jeans as well as 60% off sale - then a woman came over to ask me if I needed help finding anything after I had already been in the store for quite some time with no help. I told her I needed to exchange some pants for a smaller size and she told me they may not have them, before she even looked and I promptly told her that online it said they did have them. She looked again and they indeed had the jeans I was looking for. Upon check out the cashier had to ask two employees for help checking me out- they were just standing and talking about nothing related to work. Upon existing I thanked the woman for helping me and she said "mmhmm". (All I could do is chuckle) needless to say I won't be returning to this location. HAPPY MONDAY :) read more

This store is closing soon and are selling everything I only bought one nice shirt here and honestly not suprised to see this closed. The cashier once told me that back then when both doors were open more people came in. This conversation was in 2022 and now here we are in 2024 and the store is closing. read more

If I could give a lower rating I would. I went to this express store after being given a gift card from my school that was $50. I came in looking for a dress for graduation, I was severely disappointed to see that every clothing option there was ugly and way too expensive for me to afford. The women who were working there stood in a group and was chitchatting and did not even notice my sister and I came in. When I explained that I had a gift card given to me by school, they were condescending and said "that's nice" in the middle of my sentence, and I had asked if they'd just be able to exchange the card for cash and they said no. So I settled on buying jewelry (which some of the options were also ugly) and grabbing that instead. I don't recommend this place at all simply due to the poor service and clothing quality. read more

Ive been shopping at Express since I landed my first job out of college about 3 years ago..god im old... because they have really nice clothes for the workplace as well as for fri and sat nights out partying or what have you. They always have a pretty good selection and decent service. The only problem Ive had is that there is a certain line of shirts they have where sometimes the sleeves are too small. Im normally a small or extra small but there were times when only a medium would do because of the damn sleeves. I know my arms arent that fat lol This place gets 4 stars from me because I sometimes have a hard time getting somebody to open a fitting room for me. The associates arent on you like flies on poop here, and sometimes that kind of attentiveness would be nice. read more

I debated forever about purchasing something from Express. I finally broke down and bought a pair of jeans on line. Unfortunately, they didn't fit and I contacted customer service and asked how to initiate a return by mail. I was sent a slip via email to use at UPS to mail in my return. It did not cover any return postage fees and it cost me $17 to return this pair of jeans! It seems almost every good store is offering free returns right now. I immediately called their customer service thinking perhaps they could somehow make this first time customer Ave a better experience. But no....... I was told there was nothing they could do. I am so dissatisfied and mad that I ever gave them a try. I will go back to Abercrombie again for any future jean purchases. In a time where so many stores are closing, I would've thought they would've tried harder to keep a customer. read more
