No tracking info was given and no indication of any issues were disclosed. I then got involved and made contact with Lilly, and nothing she said she would do happened. No tracking info, no further contact. The business phone and the zelle number belong to Lilly. I have exhausted all known ways of communication including Instagram, phone, itext messages with no resolution.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of response, as my son and husband have sent over a dozen messages without any acknowledgment. My son is a huge fan of your brand and saved his own money to purchase this hat. It is difficult to understand how this situation has been allowed to continue, especially when it involves a child who made this purchase in good faith. At this point, it feels as though his money has been taken without any intention of resolving the matter. We are requesting an immediate response and a full refund for the Zelle payment sent on 12/20 in the amount of $160.00. I trust that this situation does not reflect your brand's values or the image you wish to portray. Please help us resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Now, SLOPPY, messy , disorganized , dirty floors and walls -safety hazards all over the store as customers can trip and fall over the merchandise that is always left all over the floor. Super slow employees , unhelpful . Poor work ethic grown adults who think it's appropriate to utilize company time to gossip I mean just wow ! Clothes always have stains from being neglected by employees and left on the floor . No greeting to their customers' upon entry; waits for customers to greet them -no hi , hellos from employees as they walk across floor . Employees don't acknowledge customers until they are at register . Ladies and gentlemen it's called the 5 by 10 rule for customer service .... Learn it . Not up to customer service nor cleanliness standards . Poor satisfaction Registers are full of employees and still slow ;still can't manage to get lines down to busy talking amongst each other and gossiping; utilizing company time for chit chat rather then focusing on work related tasks such as cleanliness of the store at all times , make sure each and every customer is greeted , go backs , spills , facing the store organizing . That store is in very bad condition believe me THEY HAVE A LOT TO DO to keep them busy during company time . Not really sure what management manages as the store is ALWAYS sloppy messy and dirty . Doesn't look like it to me. Looks like whoever is in charge doesn't care too much about their job.
