I came in visiting from out of state & was looking for something completely different when I walked by & saw the store. Popped in solely cause I saw the wall of BAGGU's which aren't easy to find back at home. A very wide selection of everything & for a nice price, my brother was looking around & said the rest of the store was very lovely. Where I'd like to give the staff their flowers is the service. Everyone was SO kind & there was a young lady at the counter who was very kind & two other ladies on the floor who ultimately were helping me make a selection. Everyone in there was super sweet & personable! I ultimately ended up buying something I absolutely adored & they even gave me some information about their online shop since I'm not local to the area at all. Love the ladies! I always love their selection. Have been shopping there for years and they have def stepped it up! Love the linen imported pants. They do lean slightly higher but that's because of better fabrics. Just some feedback from my most recent visit, I get the "personalized" experience from the floor girls assisting with dressing room, but I was but overwhelmed with the amount of personal questions I didn't feel I could touch 1 clothing without a sales associate inserting their opinion. I also didn't want to come out of the dressing room after a try on, but they insisted to see it, and of course other people can see too. So that was a bit much to where there was so much talking, I couldn't just browse and see what I like personally. But other than that, I really am fond of Kith Kissui. So disappointed in this store. I was so excited to go since it's the only place near me that sells brands that I like but customer service is horrid! I don't recommend at all. Their merchandise is amazing but the environment is just not it. The staff is blatantly bias and made the environment so incredibly hostile and unwelcoming that we had to leave even though i had found my dream bag in stock . I remember walking into this store for the first time and being g amazed. It's right in downtown, next to Orange Street alley. This store has so many cute items like clothing, jewelry, bags, and trinkets. It can be a bit pricey, because it is in a great area. The taxidermy on their walls is complements their aesthetic. Sort of reminds me of an Urban Outfitters. They have a rewards system as well. Everything sold in the store is definitely unique and has a good layout. Add the fact they have a coffee corner inside! I can't even begin to describe how wonderful the employees were this morning. I came in around the time of opening. The employees asked what brought me in and I mentioned a new job. They helped me build new outfits and try on different combinations. They took anything I grabbed to the dressing room ready for me; they exchanged my sizes when necessary. What I really like about the store is that there are so many different clothes that will flatter so many different body types. I worry a lot about that but I walked out of the store pleasantly surprised and happy with my purchase. It's an expensive-ish store, but the quality is so so so worth it. They also have sale items! Loved that. The vibe of the store is also excellent. It was warm and inviting. I get overwhelmed with stores with too many things going on, and this store does not have that problem at all. I used to love coming to Kith as it had adorable clothes, but my recent visit (3 days ago) changed my whole opinion on this store. The picture included are candles of Lana Del Ray and Taylor Swift as Jesus. I am not catholic, but this is really disrespectful. I find the candles extremely offensive and blasphemous to the Catholic and Hispanic community. Kith is blatantly mocking cultures and religions/traditions of which people hold sacred. I do NOT plan to come back to Kith as these candles are CULTURALLY offensive. read more

My wife and I like coming into the store and seeing the cool stuff they offer. We normally always enjoy our time there but on our most recent visit I decided to try out the little coffee shop they have inside. I had ordered a London fog iced with some strawberry powder as I thought it'd complement it nicely which it did but during the process of making the drink one of the girls made comments on how I wanted to add strawberry powder to my drink and kept shaking her head while doing so. This immediately made me feel uncomfortable. Even when saying the drink was ready she called it out like a question. "A London Fog with strawberry?" I left feeling like I shouldn't have even tried ordering anything from here unless I wanted to get scoffed at. Which is sad because I really enjoyed the drink but not the service. Kith and its sister store Kissui are in downtown Redlands. Kissui is for babies and small children. The looks are curated for organic materials and fun prints. Kith is adult clothing. Friendly, helpful staff and lots of fun, unique items. They have a great selection of denim, cute sweaters, coats, plaids and more. It's a great place to look for gifts as well, with socks, candles, soap, and silly tchotchkes. It's an enjoyable shopping experience and I highly recommend Kith for clothing you don't find being worn all over town. Finally, there is a coffee bar inside Kith called Hooray Coffee. No decaf. No big. Their oatmilk latte was the absolute best I have had anywhere in town. I still need to complete my survey but, the beans Hooray uses to brew their espresso produce a smooth, flavorful latte that made me happy with every sip. Service was friendly and the coffee arrived quickly. They were happy to brew in my reusable cup as well. Competition is fierce in Redlands in the local coffee sphere and IMO Hooray Coffee a strong contender for top spot. read more

I'm giving this place 5 stars because I absolutely love the clothing and accessories here. The clothes are of great quality, beautiful fit and gorgeous fabric. I went in to get Little Florecita coasters and car charms, but I ended up spending $600 on clothes and jewelry. That's not usual for me, but the items were such great quality and so unique. This store can be either a hit or miss. My last visit left me with such a bad taste that I immediately walked out. So me and my sister decided to shop around on December 24th, figured we'd take a stroll in downtown Redlands. I ended up buying something at Nectar and then a candle from another store. Both of my items were in clear bags and I held everything (plus my coffee) in one hand. So when we walked into Kith my sister walked straight towards the jewelry. I helped her decided on a ring which she handed to me and asked me to buy. I laughed at her took the ring and walked away from her to look at the socks that they had hanging. From there I quickly moved onto the sales rack to check it out. That's when I noticed that one of the employees basically ran to where I was to "fix a rack of clothes". I thought that maybe I was being paranoid so I moved again. But no she kept me following me. So I moved a third time to the front of the table that was adjacent to the racks and lo and behold she found another messy rack of clothing she just had to get to. But that's also when she spoke to me. She didn't look at directly at me, her tone was cold, and she didn't smile. She just asked me what I was looking for. I responded and said I was only browsing around. She said nothing more but continued to hover around me. (Btw there were at least 10 other people in the store that she ignored so she could follow me around) At this point I had gotten annoyed at her behavior so I turned to my sister dropped the $5 ring onto a table. And just said that 'she's following me and I'll meet you outside'. It was such an unpleasant experience for me. It was around 11-12pm. The worker was a tall female with very short brown hair. I didn't catch her name but it's not the first time she done this. I do hope that the owner looks at this and teaches her employees how to properly customer service. Also be aware that just because someone is a person of color does not mean that they will automatically steal. All you're doing is loosing business. read more

Sometimes the product is worth the marked price sometimes the quality does not match the price. It's definitely not a store to update your wardrobe with because you can easily spend over 100 on two items. Such a cute and fun store. Spend about 40 mins in there, just checking everything out and asking for help when needed, which everyone there was so helpful, truly appreciate them. I had liked a pair of jeans but expressed that I wasn't a fan of the sowed bottoms and I had also mentioned that I liked the more stressed look like as if I had just cut them, and Alicia (such a nice lady) had offered to cut them for me and to see if it was what I wanted and it was exactly what I was wanting and I'm very thankful that she had taken time out of her day to do so or I would of missed out on a beautiful pair of jeans. The pricing is absolutely reasonable, not expensive but not cheap. The quality of the clothes is amazing!! I definitely recommend going here!! I genuinely understand providing the best customer service for all customers as I also work in the same industry. But this store and its employee (Blonde girl) made me feel extremely uncomfortable and assuming because I'm POC. She came up to me while I was browsing rings and asking me general questions such as if I've been to the store and I said no and asked if I needed help and I appreciated that. But I noticed that she kept following me around the store, I couldn't even look at the items. Then I walked to another section with little trinkets and she walked up to me again and asked me if I was looking for anything specific when I was just browsing. I left the store after that. This store had such a hostile and unwelcoming environment. I was trying to be as patient as I could but the lady, (big glasses, somewhat short dark hair) made it painfully obvious that she assumed we were stealing. She would send her coworker to come spy on us and listen to us. We had small handbags & were shopping for clothes the entire time so I thought it was laughable that we'd try to steal-- let alone be ABLE to "steal". Like yeah I'm about to stuff these jeans in my chest, lady, please turn away so I can proceed???? We looked at the baby side and this same lady, in an empty store, would WALK over to ruffle up random things just to keep an eye on us despite hearing us talking to the employee on that side. I bought my clothes almost to prove, WE ARENT STEALING. But I kind of want to return it after reading everyone else's similar experiences and being POC.
