I love the Lucky feet shoes store! Since I have a hard to fit foot, I really appreciate the fact…read morethat there are options locally. The staff at Lucky feet shoes is excellent! Every time I go, I've been helped by people who are knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. This last time I was helped by Zefren Michael. My husband and I went into the store without realizing that technically they were closed. Zefren was finishing up helping another customer. When we realized the store was technically closed we offered to leave, but he said "absolutely not - I'm happy to help you" Zefren didn't make us feel rushed or like we were a bother at all. Being we our business owners ourselves we were very impressed by the service he offered! I highly recommend Lucky feet shoes not only for their product, but for the service also!

I was visiting during the summer time so the warm weather outside probably didn't help. I was in and out in 45 minutes because it was quite warm inside. There were only a few associates working the day I went and it was quite busy. A few family's and a few solo shoppers like myself. They have the disposable stockings if you don't have your own socks on hand. Although I couldn't find something that fit right that day, I do appreciate they carry brands that cater to wide feet and other orthotic issues. Interestingly, I noticed this store also has an Aetrex machine. I tried a similar machine in New Jersey and while I think it has some merit (helps you find problem spots in your stance and recommends Aetrex orthotics / shoes), it just didn't work out for me or my partner. They do have a generous return policy if you return within the window.

There are so many choices, it made it very difficult to choose our favorite. I also bought a beautiful Pendleton coat with amazing fringe all over it. I was super surprised at how inexpensive it was. I topped it off with a couple Pendleton cowgirl hats, and called it a day! Nathan, I don't know if you'll remember who we were, it's been a while since we were in the store but everyone should know that you are a pleasure, extremely professional, great sense of humor, and awesome work ethic. Thank you so much! I think we will be coming back after Thanksgiving.

I'd not been familiar with Pendleton other than it was a brand my grandparents wore on occasion, so…read morewhile strolling in the Village I came upon it and wondered what does Pendleton sell nowadays? I walked in and had a strong positive reaction as I'm currently obsessed with all things Yellowstone. I saw many Native American inspired blankets and wardrobe items, which made me feel a certain way. Or rather, a few ways. I was in love with the SUPER soft ponchos for $79 that are colorful, cozy & comfortable. A fair price for such a unique piece of outerwear. But I am struggling with whether the Native American styled items are crossing the line into cultural appropriation. I'm much more sensitive to how indigenous peoples feel about white people profiting off of their cultural artistry, and I am unsure if this would be resented if I were to wear these clothes. I am actually going to explore this with indigenous friends and acquaintances to get their take on this. I am hoping that it is not offensive, because I'm dying to wrap myself up in one of those gorgeous ponchos.
