Kayla assisted me with selecting a sweater, perfume and accessories for my daughter. Sh was very kind and attentive to my needs. I am happy with the service I received; Kayla is a wonderful representative for Francesca's! Kelly B. read more

The workers here are really rude. The tall Asian girl kept bothering me asking me about everything I was looking at. It made me want to leave. It seemed like she was following us and singling us out even though there were other people in the store. My friend and I were super uncomfortable. Get your people together.. read more

I went shopping here on 8/8 and I wanted to say thank you so much to the lovely girls that work here! I really wanted to purchase this pink dress but this store didn't carry my size, but the sweet girl at the register went out of her way to check nearby locations to see who had it. See also reserved it for me at Tyler and I picked it up today. Thank you so much for helping me secure the perfect dress for my shoot! read more

Management here is pretty poor. Took about 25 minutes to get a changing room, since they did not have the foresight to know how to manage the line, and to know how to talk to people. The one sales girl tried to literally grab clothes from my mother-in-law to "encourage" her shop while we waited, but we knew what we wanted, and just wanted to try something on quickly. They had put one girl in the changing room before us who was literally using a room to try on shoes. Even though there were seats outside. You know what's nice? Online shopping. 1/5 Do not recommend. read more

Visited here with my friend and there were only 2 other people in the store. I was the only Latina there and out of 4 customers I was the only one not greeted. My white friend was even asked her name and as we left the store the worker said goodbye to her and said her name and to have a good day. I was looking to buy something and she never asked me if I needed help. I left the items because I will not support racist shops. read more

"Love, Love, LOVE Francesca's!" My FAVORITE little boutique at Victoria Gardens! The space is so tiny, yet I can spend a good hour in here just browsing through all their one-of-a-kind dresses, jackets, tops and accessories. I LOVE their selection of handbags and clutches, so funky and so ME! I really enjoy shopping at boutiques like this because you won't find a ton of the same dress and everything just seem to fit me better than other stores like Forever 21. Everything is color coordinated, and reasonably priced. Though I wish their accessories were as cheap as Forever 21. I purchased a cute cocktail ring and a pair of earrings last weekend, each piece was $10-$16. You can also find the most unique gifts for your galpals at Francesca's. I totally TOTALLY dig the 60's vintage designs! They have everything from coin purses, tampon cases (ha!), stationary sets, candles, journals and other fun retro knick-knacks. I found these cute lady-bug thumb tacks for my friend and she LOVED them! Be sure to check out the SALE rack for some real cheap finds and don't forget to sign up for their mailing list! Each week you'll receive updates on their new arrivals, collections...and upcoming SALES! read more

Francesca's Collections - LOVE!!! - Jewelry Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

Kensie was very helpful, I ended up walking out with three outfits instead of one! She seemed very passionate about her job.

So glad this place is there, I thought it was only in AZ!! Didn't really get a chance to browse thoroughly, my DDs were being, ahem, spirited and didn't want to go in the "old lady" store. They are teens, so anything geared to age 20 and up is "old lady". I LOVE this store, its trendy, reasonable, fun and has colorful cute clothes and great accessories too. GREAT bang 4 the buck. I WILL return now that I know its there! read more

All the staff is wearing masks, love that. Super friendly staff, so helpful. Definitely coming back.

This is absolutely the worst Francesca's location I've ever visited. Total discrimination and if I could give them 0 stars I would. I tried shopping there during the holiday and was not greeted or helped. I literally circled their gift ideas table located in the front of the store for 15-20 mins, struggling to find a gift. A sales associate was located up front and greeted everyone else and offered to help along with explaining current sales. I'm not sure if it was the way I was dressed or the lack that I was fixed up that she did not approach me. I didn't think that wearing jeans, a t-shirt, and vans would classify as inappropriate. Bottom line, if you're not dressed to their liking don't expect to get service. read more

I love coming here! They have the clothes that you can't find anywhere! They are a more of a one of a kind and not the everyone is wearing it look. They have lots of colorful dresses and lots of accessories to chose from! I love it when they have their sales too! I scored a dress today for $20! They also have little cute gifts that you can get your friends that aren't findable in your typical places like nordstroms! They have things from clothes to accessories to handbags! Their stores are always filled with lots of goodies and too many to chose from! read more

The girl, Dominique I think, that was working today was SO RUDE! I came in today to exchange a dress that didn't fit and she suggested that i "give it to someone" This dress was bought 7 days ago and was gifted to me. Unfortunately it didn't fit me well. When I came in, WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE (A bank transaction) she would not even look at it. She said "without a receipt I won't know if it was worn." I called the chino hills location and they were more than happy to work with me. Good customer service is so hard to find these days, and the workers at the Francesca's at Victoria gardens need some intense training. I will never buy from here again. read more

To be perfectly fair, I love the clothes that this store carries. I think they're cute and perfect for spring, and I frequently take the scenic route around Victoria Gardens to window shop here. However, I do find their prices to be a tad too high. I've only had one negative experience with an employee, but it left me so sour I have to share it. I was looking at the clothes on the sale rack, which had a 40% off sign above it. I took one of the shirts off the rack and checked the tag only to find that there was a sticker that said it was an additional 30% off. I flagged down the nearest employee to clarify the price reduction- I asked if the shirt was 40% off or if I was to add the 30% to that. In an offensive, unbearably condescending, kindergarten teacher-esque tone, she replied that "if it was 40% plus the 30% off, that would mean it was 70% off!" I put the shirt back on the rack and tried to tell myself that she wasn't trying to piss me off. read more

This little boutique is crammed with so many awesome things.. You can seriously come in here two days in a row and not see the same thing twice.. I love it.. there are cute novelty items, jewelry, clothes.. and their prices are awesome.. Definitely check it out.. it's a tiny space full of awesome stuff.. Wow.. they should hire me to do commericials.. hee hee.. read more

One of my absolute favorite clothing stores. This one is a typical sized Francesca's, with friendly gals who always help make you feel good about whatever you're buying and peppy as they're doing it. =) I actually just found out there is now one even closer to me, so while I won't be going out of my way to get to this one, I will always drop in to this Francesca's when I'm over at Victoria Gardens! read more

I'm a big fan of this little boutique. Most of the time, it's my main destination when I visit Victoria Gardens. Lots of tasteful, unique clothing and jewelry to match. They also have fun, quirky novelty items that make great gifts. It's the best when they have sales - tons of jewelry and discounted tops and dresses. The saleswomen are also very nice at this location. read more

Unbelievable!! We made our annual Christmas shopping trek to Francesca's only to be met by a sales person who remembered almost everything about us from the year before. At first I thought she was just being overly helpful but she was exceptionally remarkable. Last year Savanna helped us pick out some things for our daughter and remembered that and helped us out this year as well. I must admit, it seemed a bit 'stalkerish' but Savanna is the real deal! She's like having a personal shopper and what real customer service is supposed to be. We visit Francesca's for it's unique styles and gifts but will return for it's 'unique' and very personal service. Thanks Savanna!! read more

This review will be for the customers service experience I had. I actually did not buy anything while I was there but everyone that works there is incredibly sweet and nice. I wish I remembered their names.. I was looking for a gift for my sisters birthday and and everyone was very helpful. I live quite a while away but the experience I had there makes me want to go back. read more

I browse here a whole lot more than I actually buy here, but I kinda like it for some reason. I've mostly gotten jewelry. This quaint little boutique-style shop reminds me of shopping while on vacation somewhere. The salesgirls are OK regarding friendliness. read more

Nice little boutique. It seems as if they are starting to open more and more stores. Pretty cool! I feel like Francesca's is pretty much for anyone. The clothing is more for the younger gens, but you can find something here for everyone. Gifts, handbags, clutches, coin purses, clothing, shoes, books, LOTS of cool jewelry, coats, birthday card's name it! You can even buy home decor. Sweet! read more

Stopped in to check out the clothing here which is a rare occasion for me since it's not really my style. Too much color, florals and girly for me. I'm more of an all black always gal. I ended up getting a cute tank but the rest of the clothes looks so cheap to me. I'm giving the location a good review based on the great customer service from the young girl who rang me up. She was super sweet and personable! They do have some cute accessories like cups and mugs etc. If you're a girly girl looking for some cheap affordable clothes this is your place! read more

Amazing employees !! Which is a great addition to the cute items they sell . I can't remember the name of the girl that helped me but she was so fantastic . She gathered more clothes for me to try on and even some accessories to go with . I love this store ! read more

Oh my goodness!! Hands down best store ever!! Not even a second after I entered Francesca's, I was greeted by Heather, who was so sweet and lovely! I was on a mission to find a dress to wear to an upcoming wedding that was stressing about, Heather was so kind and gladly took the various dresses in my hand into a dressing room that she started for me. Then....I saw it, the dress of my dreams, pale pink and perfect. I prayed it fit, since I am very well endowed in the chest area.. Heather also was a doll and grabbed a few dresses from the back from me to try on which was so kind of her! Long story short, the dress fit and I was head over heels in love! I walked out and showed my new BFF, haha, and she approved. This beautiful dress was only $48.00, I was ready to spend $200+ for this bad boy, and I got it for a steal! I was about to purchase the dress, when I was informed about the great sale they currently have, buy one and get one half off, that promotion applies to all clothes, jewelry and accessories! Heather helped me out and picked out matching gold earring that I purchased as well. The store was so clean and put together beautifully! I recommend this store to all my friends and coworkers when they're looking for gorgeous jewelry or fun and bright clothes! 5 Stars for the customer service! 5 Stars for the quality! This place is beyond wonderful!! read more

A decent selection of items but it seems like this location is smaller than the others I have been through because I swear they carry more stuff elsewhere! I was a little disappointed that I did not have much to choose from as far as clothing goes. Certainly a lot of unique little knick knacks, but not what I was looking for. Expected to see more tops, jackets and wraps, scarves, etc. Mostly jewelry and gift items in this store. read more

I always like going into this place because of the crazy selection of items that you can buy. It's unique and sometimes off the wall

Excellent customer service!!! my daughter was looking for a dress for a formal school event and we almost passed this place by since the dresses didn't look too fancy. However we decided to stop by and were greeted and assisted right away. We ended up being helped by both young ladies working there. Despite helping other customers out at the same time, they were very attentive and what looked to be a simple dress ended up looking beautiful and classy with the accessories the young lady paired it up with. Needless to say, my daughter walked out with a dress and was very happy. The shopping experience was made so much more pleasant by the exceptional customer service. Will definitely be back. read more

So I was there this past weekend (Friday Morning around 10am) and I was frantically searching for jewelry to match my dress for my formal that evening. Being that it was so early in the morning, nobody could accompany me on my shopping spree, so I was in a hurry to find the cutest and best choice! The ladies that greeted me were so sweet! They went out of their way to ask about my formal, my dress, and search through all of the jewelry to help me find the exact jewelry that I envisioned for my formal. (They even went so far as to look through their newest shipment of unpacked jewelry which I know can be a hassle) so to those ladies: THANK YOU! I got so many compliments! This is only a small reason as to why I love Francesca's and their staff read more

Francesca's is my favorite place to shop in the whole mall! I like it because of the cute clothing and because it's not too crowded like some of the other stores.
