Management here is pretty poor. Took about 25 minutes to get a changing room, since they did not have the foresight to know how to manage the line, and to know how to talk to people. The one sales girl tried to literally grab clothes from my mother-in-law to "encourage" her shop while we waited, but we knew what we wanted, and just wanted to try something on quickly. They had put one girl in the changing room before us who was literally using a room to try on shoes. Even though there were seats outside. You know what's nice? Visited here with my friend and there were only 2 other people in the store. I was the only Latina there and out of 4 customers I was the only one not greeted. My white friend was even asked her name and as we left the store the worker said goodbye to her and said her name and to have a good day. "Love, Love, LOVE Francesca's!" My FAVORITE little boutique at Victoria Gardens! The space is so tiny, yet I can spend a good hour in here just browsing through all their one-of-a-kind dresses, jackets, tops and accessories. I LOVE their selection of handbags and clutches, so funky and so ME! I really enjoy shopping at boutiques like this because you won't find a ton of the same dress and everything just seem to fit me better than other stores like Forever 21. Everything is color coordinated, and reasonably priced. Though I wish their accessories were as cheap as Forever 21. I purchased a cute cocktail ring and a pair of earrings last weekend, each piece was $10-$16. You can also find the most unique gifts for your galpals at Francesca's. I totally TOTALLY dig the 60's vintage designs! They have everything from coin purses, tampon cases (ha!), stationary sets, candles, journals and other fun retro knick-knacks. Stopped in to check out the clothing here which is a rare occasion for me since it's not really my style. Too much color, florals and girly for me. I'm more of an all black always gal. This is absolutely the worst Francesca's location I've ever visited. Total discrimination and if I could give them 0 stars I would. I tried shopping there during the holiday and was not greeted or helped. I literally circled their gift ideas table located in the front of the store for 15-20 mins, struggling to find a gift. A sales associate was located up front and greeted everyone else and offered to help along with explaining current sales. I'm not sure if it was the way I was dressed or the lack that I was fixed up that she did not approach me. I didn't think that wearing jeans, a t-shirt, and vans would classify as inappropriate. Bottom line, if you're not dressed to their liking don't expect to get service. read more

The girl, Dominique I think, that was working today was SO RUDE! I came in today to exchange a dress that didn't fit and she suggested that i "give it to someone" This dress was bought 7 days ago and was gifted to me. Unfortunately it didn't fit me well. When I came in, WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE (A bank transaction) she would not even look at it. She said "without a receipt I won't know if it was worn." I called the chino hills location and they were more than happy to work with me. Good customer service is so hard to find these days, and the workers at the Francesca's at Victoria gardens need some intense training. I will never buy from here again. read more

I love coming here! They have the clothes that you can't find anywhere! They are a more of a one of a kind and not the everyone is wearing it look. They have lots of colorful dresses and lots of accessories to chose from! I love it when they have their sales too! I scored a dress today for $20! To be perfectly fair, I love the clothes that this store carries. I think they're cute and perfect for spring, and I frequently take the scenic route around Victoria Gardens to window shop here. However, I do find their prices to be a tad too high. I've only had one negative experience with an employee, but it left me so sour I have to share it. I was looking at the clothes on the sale rack, which had a 40% off sign above it. I took one of the shirts off the rack and checked the tag only to find that there was a sticker that said it was an additional 30% off. I flagged down the nearest employee to clarify the price reduction- I asked if the shirt was 40% off or if I was to add the 30% to that. In an offensive, unbearably condescending, kindergarten teacher-esque tone, she replied that "if it was 40% plus the 30% off, that would mean it was 70% off!" I put the shirt back on the rack and tried to tell myself that she wasn't trying to piss me off. read more

Unbelievable!! We made our annual Christmas shopping trek to Francesca's only to be met by a sales person who remembered almost everything about us from the year before. At first I thought she was just being overly helpful but she was exceptionally remarkable. Last year Savanna helped us pick out some things for our daughter and remembered that and helped us out this year as well. I must admit, it seemed a bit 'stalkerish' but Savanna is the real deal! She's like having a personal shopper and what real customer service is supposed to be. Oh my goodness!! Hands down best store ever!! Not even a second after I entered Francesca's, I was greeted by Heather, who was so sweet and lovely! I was on a mission to find a dress to wear to an upcoming wedding that was stressing about, Heather was so kind and gladly took the various dresses in my hand into a dressing room that she started for me. Then....I saw it, the dress of my dreams, pale pink and perfect. I prayed it fit, since I am very well endowed in the chest area.. Heather also was a doll and grabbed a few dresses from the back from me to try on which was so kind of her! Long story short, the dress fit and I was head over heels in love! I walked out and showed my new BFF, haha, and she approved. This beautiful dress was only $48.00, I was ready to spend $200+ for this bad boy, and I got it for a steal! I was about to purchase the dress, when I was informed about the great sale they currently have, buy one and get one half off, that promotion applies to all clothes, jewelry and accessories! Heather helped me out and picked out matching gold earring that I purchased as well. The store was so clean and put together beautifully! Excellent customer service!!! my daughter was looking for a dress for a formal school event and we almost passed this place by since the dresses didn't look too fancy. However we decided to stop by and were greeted and assisted right away. We ended up being helped by both young ladies working there. Despite helping other customers out at the same time, they were very attentive and what looked to be a simple dress ended up looking beautiful and classy with the accessories the young lady paired it up with.
