Owner Cris is amazing and will work with you to get the perfect logo for your merch. I ordered a banner for graduation and it was perfect.

Working with Big Time Design for my custom t-shirts was an absolute game-changer and an incredible experience from start to finish. Not only did they deliver a lightning-fast, same-day turnaround when I needed it most, but the print quality, attention to detail, and customer service were second to none. Whether you need custom screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, embroidery, or promotional gear for a business, local event, or personal project, they make the whole process seamless with no minimum order requirements. They are my go-to local shop for top-tier apparel, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

AMAZING service. My husband needed a custom printed shirt for work. I called ahead and they were charging only $15 for one color, $25 if you want a shirt provided for you. We went to the mall and someone was charging $10 more for the same thing. They were able to get us in same day at the REDLANDS location and the service was fast. We highly recommend stopping by if you need a quick custom done! read more

Only speaking on customer service since I did not go through with purchase so I don't know about quality. But came in today wanting to custom make a hat as a trial to see what it would come out like then order bulk and I was treated like I was an inconvenience to them and the lady was very rude when I asked a question. The quote was extremely high so I went down the street to signature print and embroidery where I was treated with respect and the guy there actually wanted to help me. So if you're trying to design something I don't recommend this place. Not sure why they have design in their name to begin with because they do not want to help with that. read more

Excellent service. I am so grateful Chris was able to get my order done before Christmas. Everyone was busy filling rush orders right before the holidays but Chris made it happen. I had such a great experience with this company, the staff and owner all around we're so nice and helpful. I just popped in one day with no appointment walked me through all the different options for the two shirts I wanted done let me come back the next day so I could see how it would look and make the many tweaks I wanted to do for and hour. This was our first time using this company. We loved everything about this company. From their fast response to our emails to their friendliness when we stepped into their office. They were extremely nice and professional. Once we dropped off our sons team jerseys they offered to do it right then and there for us so that we didn't have to drive 20 minutes back to pick them up another day. Got everything done within 30/40 minutes. Their work was great!! Would recommend them and continue to use them in the future! read more

EXCELLENT! We have ordered from this company a few times now and have been pleased every time! Chris takes his time to truly listen to what you want and to deliver it better than expected. Our shirts every time come out great. We have had them silk screened, and our last shirts embroidered. The colors were spot on to what we asked for and quality made. IF you are in need of having uniforms, costumes, shirts with decals or pictures ( yeah they do that too, they will take a personal photo and put it on the shirt and AMAZING!) or whatever your needs are this is definitely your go to guy! Thanks Chris and crew for being prompt with our orders and delivering quality products every time! read more

We tried to use Big Time Design for our soccer shirts for our players and families but it was a BIG TIME DISAPPOINTMENT. Our coach spoke with someone over the phone and they advised her to send in our order with the design by email. We emailed the design and order and were told that it would be worked on. Almost two weeks later, she called several times but was not able to get a hold of anyone. She finally went in person when it was almost 3 weeks since the order email. She was told in conversation that because they were busy and didn't have time for a small order of $250, we should go somewhere else. What a waste of time. read more

Buyer Beware!!! This place should have no stars...let me tell you...I first placed an order with this company...they were over a week late...they charged some $40 processing fee even though I gave them an easy image from etsy... when I picked up my order, they never even put the team roster on back so they had to do it last minute...then there was 1 too many larges and 1 less medium...when I asked them, they insisted they placed the order right and I messed up...so then I order another medium, which they charged me for...when I went to pick up, they had shipped it to the wrong person...so then I had to wait another week to pick up...once I finally got it, the colors were way different...they insisted that they explained it to me, however I would never buy another shirt that doesn't match...what a joke...sloppy, lazy, and bad business...never going again...you beware too! read more
