Not a big order that I was placing... they did digitizing and embroidery on some polos for us. Well as we were finalizing polos choices we (me) got mixed up as we were referencing an order and a style of polo from a while back and of course they already ordered the shirts. CSharp Designs didnt miss a beat and fixed it for me. These ladies know what customer service is. When I dropped off the stockings, I told them why I was embroidering them; that my mom had gifted Val, her husband and kids stockings many many years ago, and they were burned up in the fire. People are good. So grateful to have found this gem of a business. They made a difference.
