We went to the mall and someone was charging $10 more for the same thing. They were able to get us in same day at the REDLANDS location and the service was fast. Only speaking on customer service since I did not go through with purchase so I don't know about quality. But came in today wanting to custom make a hat as a trial to see what it would come out like then order bulk and I was treated like I was an inconvenience to them and the lady was very rude when I asked a question. The quote was extremely high so I went down the street to signature print and embroidery where I was treated with respect and the guy there actually wanted to help me. So if you're trying to design something I don't recommend this place. Not sure why they have design in their name to begin with because they do not want to help with that. read more

Chris was able to embroider my graduation stole last minute. A previous company ruined my original stole so I had to buy another one. I needed my stole embroidered before my graduation pictures! This was our first time using this company. We loved everything about this company. From their fast response to our emails to their friendliness when we stepped into their office. They were extremely nice and professional. We tried to use Big Time Design for our soccer shirts for our players and families but it was a BIG TIME DISAPPOINTMENT. Our coach spoke with someone over the phone and they advised her to send in our order with the design by email. We emailed the design and order and were told that it would be worked on. Almost two weeks later, she called several times but was not able to get a hold of anyone. She finally went in person when it was almost 3 weeks since the order email. She was told in conversation that because they were busy and didn't have time for a small order of $250, we should go somewhere else. What a waste of time. read more

Buyer Beware!!! This place should have no stars...let me tell you...I first placed an order with this company...they were over a week late...they charged some $40 processing fee even though I gave them an easy image from etsy... when I picked up my order, they never even put the team roster on back so they had to do it last minute...then there was 1 too many larges and 1 less medium...when I asked them, they insisted they placed the order right and I messed up...so then I order another medium, which they charged me for...when I went to pick up, they had shipped it to the wrong person...so then I had to wait another week to pick up...once I finally got it, the colors were way different...they insisted that they explained it to me, however I would never buy another shirt that doesn't match...what a joke...sloppy, lazy, and bad business...never going again...you beware too! read more
