I went back to the front lobby and waited and waited. It was approximately ten minutes. Finally, someone came out from the big machine room (glass walls). He sees me and goes inside an office. I wait additional five minutes and ring the bell again but no answer. I don't care if they can do a great job and produce good product. First impression is everything. Total fail. They also have tons of selections from scrubs to scissors and badge accessories. I also wanted to embroider my Figs jacket with my credentials and they charge $6 for 1 line and $8 for 2 lines! Very affordable compared to paying $14+ for it from the Figs company. Will definitely come by in the future to get more embroidery done. They also have a discounted price for healthcare workers to have their scrub tops done.
