Went on a Thursday at 3pm to get a quote for a project but was greeted with an empty chair. I rang the bell but still no one. I waited five minutes and decided to walk inside the halls. All the small offices were empty but with door open. It had computers open and I observed personal belongings on the desk so it was obvious it wasn't closed. I went back to the front lobby and waited and waited. It was approximately ten minutes. Finally, someone came out from the big machine room (glass walls). He sees me and goes inside an office. I wait additional five minutes and ring the bell again but no answer. I don't care if they can do a great job and produce good product. First impression is everything. Total fail. Staff here is so friendly and helpful. I call when I need any assistance and they answer and help me. They run a great production and are super busy which is great for them. If I ever need to check out my designs or come pickup my stuff, I'm always greeted with a friendly smile! Thank you everyone who makes my business run so smoothly! Stay away from this place if you need work done properly in a timely manner. Theyre great at answering questions and getting you to pay for the order, but once they have your money, service and communication take a nose dive. Take a look at the attached shirt they ruined. Not only did they ruin it beyond repair, they refused to take responsibility for it. They blamed their machine and said it wasnt their fault! They wouldnt replace the shirt or even refund the embroidery that wasnt done since the shirt was ripped. I was working with someone by the name of Andres via email and we had come to an agreement that they would cover half the cost of the shirt, but the day before i needed the shirt to be done, he calls me telling me they're not going to take responsibility for it. This is over a week after the agreement had been made. So not only do I not have a shirt with the embroidery I need, I dont even have enough time to order a new shirt. He offers to do the new embroidery for free but at this point how can I trust they wont ruin this one too and again not take responsibility for it? My advice is to stay far far away from this place and use someone else. You have been warned! read more

Great quality printing and customer service. The shirts and hats have held up well for a couple years now.

I have been trying to find a printing shop to do our reunion polo shirts with our school logo but 5 of the print shops I went wanted the template which I did not have. I only have a picture taken from the internet which these shops claim are too small and refuse to do job or charge so much for printing. Unity Imaging and Apparel is the only shop that was willing do it and charge me a small amount for the template. Roxanne or Roxie and staff who were all very helpful and friendly. I took a work jacket to get embroidered here and they had me fill out a form as to how exactly I wanted it embroidered. I filled it out and left my jacket with them. 2 weeks later they email me an invoice for the jacket and I pay. I respond to their invoice email and inquire as to how long it will take to get my one item embroidered, and I never receive a response. It has now been one month and I have called and emailed multiple times with zero response from them whatsoever. They are very unprofessional in regards to not responding to emails from customers who have paid for their service, nor updating them in at least with how much longer it will take. I do not recommend this place whatsoever as they just leave your items on the back burner and forget about you altogether, even after you've paid. read more

This is by far the worst company I have ever gone through for graphic design. the graphic designer Luis is so unprofessional and quotes one to two days to finish something, then takes a week and a half to finish it. Not only that but all he did was take images off Google and piece them together and call it a logo. After calling him and stating my complaints he said "oh well".
