I almost didn't come to this place! I was in a rush to print 40 polos with custom design. I called here to see the estimate and they said $1700. I was shocked at the price and I went elsewhere. I have looked at other locations and offered a lot lower price. So I came back to this location in person and I was told it was going to be under $700 for 40 polos. I sent them a design and they print your design on some fabric before they print on the actual polo. I came in person to see the sample and made adjustments and approved the embroidery. The estimated time they say is always accurate. They said the polos will be printed in 3 days and it got printed on time. My polos look great. The whole process took like 10 days (not business days). Tip: be sure what brand of clothes you want. have your design digitally available. Always check the sample they print before you approve of them printing on the actual clothes. This place is amazing but the only down side is maybe they don't offer special discounts. I went to this other embroidery place and adding a second design on the shoulder is half price. I purchased a jersey and a pair of shorts for my daughter's basketball games back in the beginning of Dec 2023. The cost for the jersey was outrageous but I knew that was part of playing for this team. After I paid the money online I was told they would contact me once the jersey and shorts were done so I could come pick them up. Well my daughter's game was the next weekend and the store is over an hour from me. I was emailed that Friday they were complete so I drove out to the store. Once there I was given her jersey but not her shorts. I was told that the coach would hand out the shorts before the game. That did not happen and as of 1/28/24 I still don't have the shorts. The jersey is not worth the more than $70 I paid. It's been washed twice in cold water on delicate and dryer on low heat and the vinyl is already bubbling. Totally disappointed! The quality of materials is sad and the cost is ridiculous. I will never purchase anything from this company in the future. read more

When I got there I described the design to the lady at the front and she showed me different shirts to get it printed on and the different font options and asked what color font I wanted. Worst place ever!!! Okay, so because I am now moving, and just stumbled across my high school varsity jacket, I totally remembered what horrible service they gave me! I was a Redondo Union varsity athlete, so wanted to get all of my patches sewn on my jacket. Going to "Embroid Me" was the worst mistake I ever made. It took me THREE YEARS + to get my jacket back!!!! Did not have it for the end of my senior year and sport ceremonies, which is like the few and only times you'd actually wear it. My parents and I always called and went in to check on my jacket, never ready for some reason. I never got any calls when my jacket was ready. When I came back from college one summer it was FINALLY ready, we saw it on display in front of the store. Not ONE phone call from them, no apology, NOTHING. This place is horrible, bad customer service and follow up, don't go here. read more

These guys ruined 600$ of my hats and told me they did not accept any liability for damages. I brought them a bunch of trucker hats to embroider for my business, I supplied them with artwork and even gave them two sample hats that had been previously done by another company ( that went out of business ) so that they would know EXACTLY what I wanted. I spoke with the manger and another woman at the desk when I came in and explained to them that I was extremely picky and if they could not produce these exact same results I would not want them to do the job. They assured me they could get it done, "no problem" . It was supposed to be done within 10 days, after almost two months I started calling to see if they were done, they needed more time, eventually, after more calls and more time they told me they were done and ready for pickup. When I got there I noticed ALL the hats were the wrong color, and I don't mean the wrong shade, they used bright blue where it was supposed to be black on some, and bright blue where is was supposed to be grey on others, the logos were distorted, the tops of the logo that was supposed to be a straight line, was severely curved up, like a happy face, and the logo was placed way too high on the hat, ( not centered as it should be) making the hats look horrible. I was surprised they attempted to present these to me, had it been my business I would have just told the client they got messed up and refunded the monies. I gave them two sample hats to compare them too, and artwork, and explained to them they had to be identical. Now, I'm a very easy going person and understand mistakes happen, I brought them $600 worth of hats that they have now ruined, I asked them what they wanted to do about it, they said they would just give me my hats back but they would not accept any liability whatsoever for the damaged hats. The embroidery can't be removed, I cannot use them because they look horrible, so they are trash and I'm out $600. My question is, why, if you had a sample that I supplied, would you continue to run ALL the hats knowing they were all wrong and messed up? Why not run one sample, make sure it's good, and keep an eye on the rest so you could prevent ruining a bunch of hats? Makes no sense to me. Also, how can you just damage people's stuff and tell them it's not your problem? "Not your liability"? I called them about resolving this several times, even had my wife call them. I gave them every opportunity I could to make this right before leaving this review in hopes they would do the right thing here but they just won't do anything about it. I have since bought all new hats, and found a new embroiderer, but still out my $600. My recommendation is to find a company who stands behind their work, and "accepts liability". I wanted the cover to match my first son's so I gave them both covers and requested that the font, size, and placement all match the first cover. They said, no problem. I've had good experience with them in the past though my latest project didn't turn out as well as I hoped. The embroidery on a patterned fabric was very off unfortunately, I just didn't realize it when I picked it up unfortunately :( I'll probably use them again but I'll have to voice to them to please make sure the fabric is straight. I'm on a huge time constraint since I'm leaving in the morning or I probably would have tried to get it re-done, though I'd already rushed the job to begin with. She printed out the font that she thought would best match, and compared it to the current font. She even knew the exact match of the color just by glancing at it. On Tuesday, the sash was ready for pick up, which is one day prior to the day she said it would be ready. I love when businesses over-deliver. Like poor customer service and a company that cannot complete a deadline? This company is for you. I understand almost any time of year you will have a team of some sort come in to place an order. Do not tell someone their items will be ready in 2 days if it is going to take 2 weeks. What is the point in getting your gear? Also, don't tell a customer their order is not as important as "a big order that came in." If you have a big order that comes in after, it would make sense to me to finish the small order first. Other employees at the store may be better but Virginia's attitude towards customers is unacceptable. Today I stumbled across EmbroidMe as a last attempt to get a t-shirt made for my child's costume for Halloween.
