We placed an order with Quality Patches that was never delivered by FedEx. To be clear: The package was never delivered, there was no proof of contact, and yet the solution was to destroy the order and offer no replacement and no refund. Shipping issues happen. What matters is how a company responds. Quality Patches chose to hide behind internal policy rather than take responsibility or advocate for their customer. That alone speaks volumes about how they operate when problems arise. Buyer beware: if anything goes wrong with shipping, this company will not stand behind their product, and the customer absorbs the loss. We will not be using them again and strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
