i literally stay away from this store bc i spend a lot of $$ here ..SMH the reason for my visit is that i needed velvet ribbon for the halloween wreath i am making.. welp, like a kid in a candy store! they had christmas deco up already!!! i really love this store bc you can just wander for hours and get inspo i went through their fall and christmas aisles ... iykyk, the ceo is a devout christian, so no halloween here.. also that is why all stores are closed sundays! service is really amazing here. everyone is really nice and welcoming and avail to help. yes, i found my ribbon! parking: no issues! huge lot with plenty of spaces

I'm back here again just to check out what they have. THEY HAVE A TON OF ITEMS to look through. Tons of crafting materials and supplies for projects throughout the holidays. Some of the pricing is too expensive and some are reasonable. Christmas crafts are affordable. Competitive to Michael's. The only one off here is that they close on SUNDAYS! The busiest day and I'm assuming the more likely people would shop because most people are off. I was surprised they don't open that day esp during the holiday season.

Came here like 3 weeks prior to Christmas and they already had massive sales on christmas items. They were half price and a lot of shelves were empty. There were huge lines at the register. I came and didn't find anything to buy. I left the store empty handed. They must had good deals and I just came late. Other than that, store is huge. They sell anime plushies here which was surprising. They are closed on Sundays.

Such a fun store for crafts or home decor. There's something for everyone regardless of age. Love that they have cool faith based decor, books and bibles! We had such a good time browsing. I'm sure if we had more time we could easily spend over an hour just shopping for room decor. I was disappointed by their promotion in store. I saw a bunch of promotional signs for 50% off but the item we purchased from that section (right next to the sign!) did not qualify and it took them so long to figure it out at the register. Honestly, just put sale items in the same area or put a special sticker on items part of the promotion otherwise many customers will be misled.

Hobby Lobby is worth paying a visit to if you are into arts & crafts on any level whatsoever. As you walk through the front doors you're met with an abundance of knick-knacks, keepsakes, trinkets, ornament, figures, and home display pieces. I walked through an endless floor space filled with treats for the eyes while music played overhead to set the atmosphere. I saw a lot of sales specials, especially on seasonal items. And there is a whole bunch of seasonal stuff to glance over. It was very busy but the lines through checkout moved fairly quickly all things considered. I found the staff friendly and warm (I don't mean to the touch). Located across the street from Del Amo Mall and there's plenty of parking in front and to the side.

    Christmas in August!

My friend and I went here for her to find school supplies as she is a teacher, and she mentioned other Hobby Lobby stores have a special section for teachers, but this one didn't. She didn't buy anything here for school supplies. It is August and 1/4 of the store is dedicated to Christmas! WOW! They are prepared! Hahaha! Forget Halloween, let's jump to Christmas! This store is organized well and the parking lot huge, so parking was easy.

Located where the old Toy's r Us space was. This place is huge and very well laid out. I didn't know what to expect as I only heard about Hobby Lobby when I lived in Texas. I had a little extra time to peruse and observed the vast array of quality silk florals, popular farm signage and lots of seasonal merch to choose from to update your home decor. I checked and there are no craft classes to take like Michael's offers. Parking in the large lot.

I had 2…read morecoupons to use and wanted to know what could and couldn't be used with my teacher discount plus seeing what the pricing of each item was before checking out as some were 30% off 60% off and 70% off. As I went to checkout an employee came over and asked if they could help me use the self checkout I explained I would rather wait for the employee who was at the standing register where they controlled the transaction as I know you cannot price check on the self checkouts and I was buying multiple glassware items and vases I needed wrapped. She said okay then when the employee at the register finished with her transaction she walked away from the register I explained why I wanted to use the register ran by the employee not self checkout and she didn't even let me finish but said I'd have to be helped by self checkout denying my request when I stood and watched her check out 2 other customers that way. As we were at the self checkout register and the prices were coming up I asked for things to be taken off as again there is no price check option she had to click several buttons and type in her employee and badge number each time making the process much longer, then started walking away when the transaction was complete I asked her to wrap my items and lo and behold all the wrapping equipment came from the register she was refusing to help me on. She then had to walk back and forth between where she took me to the self checkout and where the original register was with all the supplies I asked if she wanted to move back there to make it easier but she said no. While I was waiting for her to wrap my items 2 other customers who came to the line asked to be checked out by a person at a register rather than the self system and even though there were 3 employees standing at the self checkout registers they were both told no as well. This is the only craft store left now and I get extremely frustrated at each checkout. They have so many home decor items and things that need to be packaged when you leave it's not crazy to prefer to have an employee help you and give you those options. I had reached out to the store the last time I had a similar experience and was told that employee assisted checkout is always available upon request and that they were looking into it and making changes yet this was my first time back and it was the same if not worse. Highly disappointed in the lack of customer service and made to feel like a burden each time I try to checkout which is a shame as the selection and products are top tier. I love how the store is laid out and organized but I have walked away without buying things several times and even thought about it for this experience as well but decided to stick it through as the items were unfortunately needed in the space I am decorating. Hope they can finally do better at checkout to make me WANT to come back not just need to.
