I was in need of embroidery on my wedding veil and I called Magic design to ask and they informed me this was something they had never done and would be willing to try once a practice sample was brought in as to not damage my veil. I met with the owner who was very kind and had me discuss with Munn the embroiderer. She did a trial on a piece of test fabric and wanted me to physically see it prior to moving forward. Once I approved she embroidered my actual veil and it was perfect, she was concerned about a few pulled threads but she did an incredible Job, it was perfect. Thank you so much ! Amazing work with such great prices! I came in without really knowing what I wanted for my embroidery, I just wanted to cover up a mark on my top. I found a random logo that I liked with my initials, and Munn helped me create the logo on her computer. She mentioned that she would do her best, and I honestly didn't have much expectation for the results. But less than 3 hours later she was finished and the results surpassed my expectations. They sent a picture of the finished product & I immediately pointed out that most of the embroidery was crooked. I was told it was the material of my item & that I could press it. How does pressing an item fix printed/embroidered lettering from being crooked? Not satisfied at all with this shop. read more

She sent me mock-ups of the deign, I selected what I wanted and we did the transaction over the phone. I showed up on Saturday to pick up my shirts. She went over and above by finding a small box to mail them and actually wrote out the address and put it on the box, sending me on my way to the post office.
