Absolutely horrible experience. I would never suggest anyone coming here for printing. I needed 60 shirts screen printed and instead of using a screen, they used an iron-on transfer that I could've done myself and charged me $400 and I supplied the t-shirt. Look at the results of their service. You can see the border around the art that doesn't match the shirt, the material hard and it doesn't bend like the rest of the shirt. On top of that, they ruined 3 of my shirts by putting the iron-on transfer backwards and said that maybe our staff can wear those. read more

I have done numerous shirts for my brand, and there was black lint underneath the design. It totally ruined the shirt.

I would give zero stars if I could. They said that my business card printing job was too small of a project for them and the hassel was not worth their time. It's REALLY rare that I write a 1 star review. In fact, this is my first one and I really hesitated to write this but 1 star experiences do happen so here I go. I walked in here to get some simple invites printed after reading the exceptional reviews on Yelp. I was really sold on the place based on the reviews and happy that I may have finally found a good local printer to use for the items I design. When I walked in, I stood there for a while waiting for one of the 2 men to notice a customer was there. I didn't know where I should even stand because with the mess of boxes and stuff everywhere, it was hard to tell where the customer waiting area ended and their work area began. But hey, if they are great at their job, that's something anyone can overlook. Finally, one of them came up to me after I said hello. The man couldn't have looked more annoyed to have a customer drop by that day. I gave him my files (saved them in many formats just to cover my bases), and he opened them in a really outdated version of Adobe Creative Suite... so there was a compatibility problem there. It wasn't displaying right. Would have gladly worked with him to fix it, but he told me to go to FedEx. I really didn't want to do that and wanted to go to a small business like his, but after that interaction, I did go to FedEx down the street and they printed my invites perfectly and were extremely courteous. Mike is a hard working man! He will do anything it takes to make his customer happy! I went there to print out an 11X14 artwork to frame it up later. Mike advised me on what kind of paper to use to have the piece look its best. He also lightened the image up for me on the computer because it printed a bit dark at first. Mike also helped me to figure out the image size to be able to fit it perfectly into my frame. Lastly, he actually helped me with the actual framing, coz i had the frame with me just in case. We were looking for a local printer to handle our wedding invitations, and after some searching we found Custom 1 through Yelp. Not all of the reviews were shining, but there was enough positive feedback we decided to connect with them to see if they could meet our needs. After some email discussion where we described our invitation plans, Mike assured us they could easily handle the job. In this case, we were ordering custom paper from another outlet and bringing it in to use. We did need to work within specific art limitations, but it wasn't a problem for the kind of invitations we designed, so everything fell in line pretty easily. Once we submitted the final art and paper, they not only turned out superb quality on the prints, but even turned the order around faster to meet my fiance's timing request so we could get these out quickly. The experience was great, and the end product was excellent. The only issue we ran into, which isn't much of a problem at all, is other team members didn't seem to be aware of what Mike said they could do. When we went in at first and Mike wasn't there, the information we received was initially different. That was sorted out, and everything went very well after that. I don't recommend this place at all. The person whom I spoke with is the guy named Mike, and he did not respond to my quotation request for like 2 weeks saying that he had 150 emails to go through in which is not my problem??? Another thing to point out is that he informed me through the email that he can't do the 6-hole drill job and had to wait for whole another day to hear that when I did mention that job was required, which he could've easily told me that if he knows his equipment well as well as his job. So unprofessional and very disappointed at how he handled the business. Stay away! read more

They also printed my place cards as well as these table names we created. They all turned out great! Middle age man (Mike?) was kind over the phone and in person. I went in on a Saturday about 30 minutes before closing. I provided Mike a picture of the image I wanted printed on a t-shirt. Since it was a holiday weekend, I wanted to make sure I received the item on time. He was kind until after I gave my deposit. Then, the rude and sarcastic comments came flooded at me in front of my kids. As a customer, if I have a question, answer it. I only double checked the pickup date twice with him and then he got an attitude with me... "We are professionals. How many times do you want me to answer your question?! I need to get out of here." There were more than 10 minutes to spare before closing time. Mind you, if they were such professionals, they would greet their customers upon arrival and their place wouldn't look like a dump. At pickup time, Mike was with a customer who was browsing their catalog. I walked in and he didn't even acknowledge me. Saying hello would have been a long shot. I stood there for about 5 minutes before Steve came and helped me. They did a good job on my shirt, but get a 1 for rude behavior and lack of customer service. I won't be returning. read more
