The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of Phil. He went above and beyond to help with a job I needed printed for my sons birthday. The problem I encountered is when I overheard the owner Mike berating Phil for taking my job. I quote Mike, "You need to stop taking these loser jobs and send them to Kinkos. So, my job, that is for my sons birthday was considered a "loser" job. Great customer service Mike! If you a small, "loser" job, take it somewhere that wants your business. I had some flyers printed by them and they came out very nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was introduced to everyone when walking in. Located right next to a pretty large residential area in Torrance, this print studio has a somewhat laid back feel. But don't mistake that for their quality work. The flyers were done in record time. Last night the printer I normally use flaked on me (of COURSE at the very last minute and after hours, naturally), I took a leap of faith and called Tetra. Not only did they answer the phone past 5pm on a weekday but they quoted me cheaper than my normal guy and could guarantee the print in my hands by 11am. Wow! Have used their services in the last 2 years and they have been consistent. Most recently I had to get a 48x36 poster made for a research fair, and was on a fairly tight timeline. They told me their usual production time was 2-3 days but when I explained the situation, they were nice enough to help me out and printed it the same day! I really wish there were 10 stars to give! This business helped me in my time of need. I lost my mother to Cancer/Kidney Failure on 8/17/16 and needed obituaries printed. I wanted an 8 page, book style program that 8 1/2 × 11 and could not find anyone to help for a reasonable price and such a short notice. They gave me a great quote and I went in. Luis helped me by printing a sample on different types of paper and gave me quotes for each style. The printed 175 copies the next day. I got so many compliments on the programs. I was beyond satisfied. Mark was also willing to stay until I got there to pick them up the day they were ready because I had soooooo much going on. I took my final for the art institutes OC here. I needed a tabloid size info-graphic mounted on foam board and a 36 paged booklet to accompany it. I dealt with Ton the graphic designer, he was cool and easy to work with. He is a busy man so my advice is to hive him you're filed early, and he will deliver. The man i dealt with when i picked up was super cool too. He might of been the owner or a manager, he was nice to me and gave very fair price. Ill be back for sure. read more
