We hired this company to produce custom uniforms for our gym, including multiple shirt styles,…read morecolors, sizes, embroidery, and detailed printing requirements. Before placing the order, I made it very clear to Moonty that this was a detail-oriented project. We provided organized artwork, visual examples, and a detailed spreadsheet outlining exactly what was needed. We even put two different sets of uniforms in two different bags-- Moonty assured us that everything could be handled and completed by a specific date. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the complete lack of attention to detail. Despite having clear instructions, the final products did not match what we requested. Designs were incorrect, colors were wrong, and numerous details were overlooked. Out of 50 shirts, 19 had errors. We spent a significant amount of time organizing and communicating our order, only to receive products that did not reflect the instructions we provided. The project was also not completed by the promised deadline. We were given a specific completion date by Moonty, but the order was delayed. Throughout the process, we were told about other priorities such as Father's Day, graduations, and World Cup-related orders. While we understand that businesses get busy, customers should not be promised timelines that cannot be met. To make matters worse, we were originally quoted one price, but when my husband arrived to pick up the order, the price had increased! The same thing happened with hats we brought in for embroidery. We were told they would be ready by a certain date, only to be contacted at the last minute for information that had already been provided and then charged more than originally discussed. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability. When we pointed out the mistakes, Moonty told us it was not his responsibility to review the spreadsheet we provided. That response was BAFFLING. We created the spreadsheet specifically to ensure accuracy and avoid mistakes. If detailed instructions are not being reviewed, then what is the purpose of providing them? We were patient, accommodating, and understanding throughout the process. Mistakes can happen. Delays can happen. But when an order is delivered late, nearly 40% of the shirts are wrong, the designs don't match the approved vision, prices change unexpectedly, and no meaningful effort is made to correct the issues, that's a serious PROBLEM! Moonty wasted our time and money. If you have a simple order, you may have a different experience. However, if your project requires accuracy, organization, attention to detail, and accountability, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Signvertise is a colorful sign store on pch. It has a large rainbow sign when you drive by. The place is owned by Maria and her husband. They are the only workers there and they've been there for a long time. The owner tells me that they are one of the few in torrance that actually do their own sign work. Other places sub contract out their work. I tried negotiating with them on some prices and they are not flexible for the most part. They feel their prices are good for the quality they provide so not much discounts here. However the overall quality at the end of the job was good. I got a sign and some name badges from them and it was professionally made. The process where they email you about your order and keep you up to date was helpful too. I would recommend!! read more

Well, my sign was having serious outage problems and Signvertise was called to repair. I NEVER received any photo or proof that the sign was fixed because all of my staff told me at night it was never on. Then recently it started burning up a letter. When I asked for the copy of the invoice telling me what was fixed or replaced, the invoice only said fix sign $590.00! When I contacted my landlord about this mess, they told me to take it up with Signvertise. Who ever gets a huge fix-it bill with zero guarantee for their work! If I knew how to send a photo of my sign I would, but they are lucky because it would shock you! read more

We've worked with Signvertise for all of our 'sign' needs and they do a great job in helping us out! Maria is great, as busy as she gets. Sometimes you can't communicate over email exactly what you need, so when that happens, we go see them in person- and that seems to smooth things out. Their pricing is fair, and the results are good. We've had them wrap a vehicle, do signs for our store as well as signs we can place at a job site. The graphics are consistent! I've used Signvertise for over 14 years and they are the only place we get our street banners made because their quality is the best. Our street banners have never ripped and look great year after year. I've also ordered various vinyl banners, feather flags, metal signs, a-frames and a-frame inserts, all of which have turned out excellently. Made me stand in the lobby area for at least 10 mins, then when they finally got to me, it seemed that I was taking up their time.
