Sharp Designs is THE place to go for shirt design and embroidery. I have been using this shop since…read more2008 I think and of course, EVERY TIME we have ordered its been a rush and the timeline a tight one. Almost in every instance they are next daying the shirts to our hotel room for us. What prompted me to write in this time was the service I received. Not a big order that I was placing... they did digitizing and embroidery on some polos for us. Well as we were finalizing polos choices we (me) got mixed up as we were referencing an order and a style of polo from a while back and of course they already ordered the shirts. CSharp Designs didnt miss a beat and fixed it for me. These ladies know what customer service is. Even though we have many embroidery shops near us locally and even within the organization I am in there are members that run a shirt business... I still go to these ladies. Thanks again ladies you've got me as a dedicated customer.

When I picked them up today, there was no charge by the company. In fact, there was the bag of beautifullly and thoughtfully embroidered stockings and gift cards for Val and her family. I was in shock. I think I started crying and the owner gave me a hug. What a wonderful business this is. When I dropped off the stockings, I told them why I was embroidering them; that my mom had gifted Val, her husband and kids stockings many many years ago, and they were burned up in the fire. People are good. So grateful to have found this gem of a business. They made a difference.

A++ Highly Recommended!…read more I had an outstanding experience with Corona Print Shop, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Lisanne was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with what started as a relatively small print order, treating it with the same care and professionalism as if it were a major project. The finished product was beautiful, high-quality, and exceeded my expectations. A few days later, I realized I had forgotten to include several other people who had been added to my meeting. I contacted Lisanne and asked if there was any way she could accommodate a last-minute rush request. Without hesitation, she understood the situation, expedited the order, and once again delivered a beautiful finished product right on time. That level of customer service is rare today. Professional, responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping their customers succeed. From now on, Corona Print Shop will be my first choice for all of my printing needs and special events--whether the project is large or small. Thank you, Lisanne, and thank you, Corona Print Shop, for your exceptional service. I look forward to working with Corona Print Shop on many future projects.
