The font and sizing did not match the photo I showed them or the mockup they created. They also did not contact me to let me know it was finished. I didn't tell them anything since I didn't see what it looked like till I got home.

I was a recipient of a huge act of kindness today. I took a handful of my mom's stockings to be…read moreembroidered because my native Hawaiian friend Val, who lost everything in the Lahaina wildfire, needs to have a MERRY Christmas. So much loss. When I picked them up today, there was no charge by the company. In fact, there was the bag of beautifullly and thoughtfully embroidered stockings and gift cards for Val and her family. I was in shock. I think I started crying and the owner gave me a hug. What a wonderful business this is. When I dropped off the stockings, I told them why I was embroidering them; that my mom had gifted Val, her husband and kids stockings many many years ago, and they were burned up in the fire. People are good. So grateful to have found this gem of a business. They made a difference.

I'd like to think I'm hipper than the hippest person out there... but I'm honest enough to admit…read moreI'm not anymore. I used to be deeply plugged into the fashion world. I wasn't just following trends, I was ahead of them. I wore things before they hit, before they made sense to anyone else. That takes effort, instinct, and money. It's a different kind of life. And unless you're in it every single day, on the creative or design side, you slowly lose touch with what's emerging now. Walking into Mojave Flea Trading Post brought all of that back in a very real way. I feel completely comfortable in a space like this, but it also reminds me of a version of myself that used to help shape what people wore. There's a quiet nostalgia to it. Not regret, just awareness. I don't need to be that person anymore. Now I care about different things. I look for natural fabrics like 100% cotton and linen, pieces that breathe, pieces that feel good on your skin and don't come with all the hidden downsides. And this store delivers on that. There are racks of thoughtfully curated items that feel both current and wearable, coming from new designers who are clearly paying attention. It's not just clothing. It's a point of view. And what makes it even better is the space itself. There's a matcha spot and a small food area tucked into the back where you can sit, slow down, and just enjoy being there. It turns a shopping trip into something more like an experience. This is a genuinely great addition to Palm Springs. The kind of place that gives the city a little more edge, a little more relevance. She went above and beyond to help me with what started as a relatively small print order, treating it with the same care and professionalism as if it were a major project. The finished product was beautiful, high-quality, and exceeded my expectations. A few days later, I realized I had forgotten to include several other people who had been added to my meeting. I contacted Lisanne and asked if there was any way she could accommodate a last-minute rush request. Without hesitation, she understood the situation, expedited the order, and once again delivered a beautiful finished product right on time. That level of customer service is rare today. Professional, responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping their customers succeed. From now on, Corona Print Shop will be my first choice for all of my printing needs and special events--whether the project is large or small. Thank you, Lisanne, and thank you, Corona Print Shop, for your exceptional service. I look forward to working with Corona Print Shop on many future projects.
