I want to give 10 stars! My experience with Fully Promoted was nothing short of that! In particular, my experience with Stan the owner. I cannot thank him enough! I run a Performing Arts Summer Camp and get Shirts every year. The screen printer I usually go with wasn't able to get my shirts done in the time I needed, which was 6 days, so I started looking elsewhere. Every location I called also couldn't get the shirts done in the time I needed. (This was partly my fault for waiting until the last minute to order.) Even when I called Fully Promoted and spoke to Stan he had so many previous orders he didn't think he could get them done in my time crunch. Not only that but my artwork was not good and would have to be fixed in order for it to work on a shirt (or anything for that matter). Stan tried to give me suggestions and ideas of who to go to that might be able to help. Then, finally he said he would spend some extra time and make sure that my shirts got done. He gave me a great price, fixed my artwork and not only did he get the shirts done but they were done early and they looked so beautiful!! My students were so excited when they got their shirts! I contacted the owner Stan Skrocki because I had purchased a letterman's jacket from another vendor in Moreno Valley... I'm not going to name their business but the customer service I received there was terrible! To make a long, painful, expensive story short, my daughter did not like her jacket. I called the store and they were no helpful at all. Now what, I have an expensive jacket that she won't wear. Stan was awesome! He said, "don't worry, bring it in let's see what we can do." I brought it to his shop with my daughter. He listened to her and decided the best way to proceed was to cover the embroidered back of her jacket (our last name) with a new patch for lack of a better word. He made some measurements and said he would call in a few days. He called with a photo of the new patch. It looked great we gave him the go ahead. I picked up the jacket and I was amazed. I've work with Stan (owner) on 5 different occasions for my apparel needs. Hats, tanks, T shirts, polos, and Jackets. Each item is always excellently embroidered and or stamped with my logo. The apparel materials themselves are of excellent quality as well. The last time I went in to pick up my gear, 3 of my hats had bad stitching in 1 part of the logo. This was the 1st and only time this has happened. He kindly provided 3 new and correctly stitched hats and had me keep the originals. The man is busy, so be prepared to wait for your order. But I'm the kind of girl who believes if you want quality work you must invest in a little more $$ I had mistaken what time they closed on the weekdays and weekends ..... I went to EmbroidMe after a bad experience at an embroidery shop closer to UCR. I am in a sorority and part of our traditions is to make your little letters (jackets with our Greek letters sown on). The job I wanted was a fairly difficult custom cardigan with Lorax themed letters. The fabric I brought in was not typical for letters and frayed easily, but it was what I wanted lol ANYWAY they were super accommodating and went step by step to make sure they knew what I wanted and that I knew the risk of using the fabric.
