Horrible experience this weekend. I had at the Lush store located at Victoria Gardens on January 25, 2026, at approximately 4:00 PM. There were at least 4-5 employees in the floor and I had to ask to see if there were items in The back where only a sample was displayed. Employees as a whole seemed disconnected and didn't offer samples or knowledge like I'm used to. I have spent a significant amount of money at Lush since the rewards program began. It was not made clear to me that points must not only be earned but also manually activated. As a result, I missed out on many rewards. Bri at the Ontario Mills location was the first employee to ever explain this to me. During my visit at Victoria Gardens, I interacted with a female employee who appeared to be a manager. She was not wearing a name tag, and the receipt lists the employee name as "null." When I realized my points were not applied and expressed my frustration, there was no attempt to offer alternatives, ask about my points, or help resolve the issue. I was visibly unhappy, yet there was no willingness to redo the transaction or provide a solution. I am sharing this feedback not out of anger, but because I care about the brand and want my loyalty to feel valued across all locations. March 9, 2025 | Rancho Cucamonga: After dining nearby, I walked around Victoria Gardens outdoor mall! I was excited the minute I spotted a LUSH store, and knew I had to stop by & see what's new! Limited-Edition | Posh Chocolate: Oh, yes! As a chocolate-lover, this Limited Edition Shower Gel caught my eye, and when I breathed in the scent, I knew I had to get it! Even better, I was offered a demonstration of the scent at a nearby sink within the store! It was a definite, yes and so much fun chatting along the way! I really wish there was a Posh Chocolate body moisturizer/lotion to go along with it! Customer Service: The girls here are super duper friendly! The vibe was very welcoming, as if we were friends hanging out! Haha! Whenever I picked up a product, someone was right there to give me further information and easily with a smile! To my surprise, I was offered a second demonstration of another scent, which I was delighted about! Customer service is a major plus here! Thanks again Lauren & Dominique for the demonstrations! Fresh Face Masks: Loved the display, so pretty! It was really cool to see the creamy mixtures presented in such a beautiful way! Lush at Victoria Gardens is one of those stores I can never just walk past. The scents are irresistible, and the staff is always over-the-top helpful in the best way. They are genuinely excited to talk about the products and always seem happy to offer recommendations or demos. Workers are super friendly and lovely to chat with. Super informative, welcoming, and a pleasure to engage with. I got some toothpaste jelly and shower jelly here. Their mask area and sink centers are quite clean and organized. 10 cents for bags here, but you can grab the paper ones for bath bombs if you want to make sure there are no funny spills. I think the only qualm that I have is that there weren't as many soaps out here for display here in comparison to other locations. read more

so I've been a lush fan for maybe 4 to 5 years and every time I come into the store, Jenny has been amazing. She's welcoming. She teaches me the new products and how to use them. And as a guy that's important because I'm in to self-care just like women, but I always have to go Google a product or watch a YouTube video to learn how to use it and for her to educate me directly, so I'm self taught is the best and yesterday I brought my boys in and she walked them through how to become users as well and got them excited about their lush journey. I came on Saturday with my sister and my niece and was greeted by Taylor. I came in knowing I wanted to try everything Leah on Love Island recommended as I wanted to switch up scents. Taylor was extremely informative and so kind! She did demonstrations and included my 4 year old niece who was ecstatic to try new products (she's a lush girly!) #6 for 2022 I don't shop here but I bring my friends here that love the store. The staff is very attentive and answer all questions satisfactory. They will allow you to try the product, give other recommendations and suggestions according to your needs. The products are nice displayed in colorful presentable arrangements. Many in tantalizing edible food. Not edible. Some have playful themes too adorable almost hard to resist. I got talked into trying the Apple Crumble for a bubble bath. I've had multiple bad encounters with this store but this one just really irritated me. I came in directly to the registers to purchase a gift card. The cashier had a basket to the side of her so I assumed she was ringing out another guest who went to go grab more items. I waited no more than 5 minutes when she rudely asked "do you have a question or something?". Her and the other two employees behind the registers just stare at me and I just said "oh I want to purchase a gift card", she then says "well then say something you're just standing there. I'm locked into the computer I'm not seeing you". I was fuming because in no way do you tell a customer that. I understand not speaking up but I'm clearly in front of her and I was trying to be nice and not interrupt her transaction I was assuming she was doing. She tried to give me small talk but I completely ignored it because I was beyond mad that she said "well then say something". You as an employee should pay attention to where your customers are; she could have said "sorry didn't see you there" or not even apologize and say "oh yeah I can check you out". The receipt says null for the cashier so I can't name who it was. read more

I've been a fan of lush for decades now and something that makes them stand out is their top notch customer service. I feel like I can chat with their employees about past fave lush products/scents whenever I go there. Which is why I felt disappointed when I went the day after Christmas to check out their Boxing Day. The employees were not as welcoming and I had questions about the gift sets but it seemed as if I was bothering the employee. The cashier was also "cold" and didn't offer samples like they usually do. Something else to point out is that I felt like I was being watched since I had my child in a stroller. The store is rather small and perhaps a mom and her large stroller is not their target audience but it also doesn't feel good to be watched as if I'm going to steal. It's either having my child in the stroller or risking him getting lost in the crowd or running around. I understood it was busy for them but it was also not as crazy as I expected and it even died down a bit while I was in there right before the snow fairy products were gone. As I mentioned before, the Victoria gardens location usually has friendly and helpful employees. Perhaps I will check out the Ontario location and compare. read more

I always like going to lush. The employees are always friendly and ready to help you out. They are well informed about all the products they carry. They have tons of stuff to better your body. Such as soaps, shampoos, bath bombs, and lotion. They do not test any of their products on animals which is awesome and their Products are handmade with love. I also like how are you can most of their stuff before you buy that way you can see how it is for you. I get their blue lush soap bar and it smells amazing. I believe it's called outback or something around that line. I also love their lotion called charity pot which is super moisturizing so you don't really need to use a whole lot. They have a seasonal lotion called the snow fairy and that smell takes you to another world it smells so good! They have tons of bath bombs and one of my favorite is called the galaxy bomb! I also like their peach smelling bath bomb as well. read more

Was just chatting with my friend about how Ontario Mills "needed a Lush in their mall". I was so exited and happy to have a Lush near by! I hope it stays for years to come. The staff there are wonderful employees with vast knowledge of Lush's products. The staff also use the store's products themselves so you'll get a more solid recommendation of products to fit your needs. The person who assisted me with great enthusiasm and vast knowledge along with the ins and outs of the store's set up was Beck. She showed me the all products with my favorite scents, recommended some lovely face masks based on my requests and included samples of face masks she personally uses to try out. There was even a moment a few employees would chime in recommending a product. The staff here demonstrated great communication with both customers and each other during my time there. 10/10 service the employees were super friendly and helpful, however, i was disturbed waiting in line when i saw a customer have their dog waiting with them and the employee was giving their dog a bear hug and non stop petting it. i find that completely unsanitary since the fur most likely ended up on their clothes and their aprons. I get dogs have their place in society but i don't think the employees that constantly touch your products that go into peoples baths and touching dogs is appropriate read more

There were a lot of fun activities and all of the staff were so kind and helpful! Each worker was so informed about the products and really made my guest and I feel so welcomed! Each of my guess were given a gift bag. And since prepping the party, all of the employees were so helpful understanding. I cannot recommend Ranchos location enough. Horrible customer service. I usually love this location but today was different. I walked in and wasn't greeted...just glanced at and ignored by these two employees that were too wrapped up in their own conversation to even acknowledge me. Then as I was smelling some of the shower jellies, this one messy blonde haired girl worker came up to me and told me not to open them and that's why they have them on display. They only had the jellies out on display to touch...I'm not gonna put my nose where strangers have been touching all day. And she rudely walked away. Making me feel stupid for even being interested in a product when I saw about 3 other customers take the lids off products to smell them and nobody told them not to do it. Then I was waiting for about 10 mins at the cash register while waiting for some worker to help me other than the one that was rude to me. As I was walking out, the blonde girl worker who had an attitude the whole time made this "ugh" sound as I walked out. I just felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable today and it's usually opposite with this lush. I think the blonde girl worker needs some customer service training ASAP. read more

Beware if you gift someone a body scrub bar and they think it is a bath bomb (will def ruin your plush towels (Brooklinens) and store will laugh it off and not offer any help...and in my case claim that you are making it up and that the stain doesn't match the color of the scrub...). This lush store is part of the Victoria gardens outdoor mall. The store is very clean and I love how aesthetically pleasing the products look! I got the jasmine cream bubble bar for $8.95 + tax. It's about the size of my palm with the thickness of a donut? Lol it is quite pricey and I can probably use it for two baths. The smell is wonderful! It has jasmine and ylang ylang which are my two favorite flower scents. It is very silky and the bubbles last for about 15-20 minutes (half the bar) so probably more if you use the full bar in one bath. Only thing is the staff weren't very friendly but it could be because it was towards the end of the day and they were tired. read more
