I've been a loyal customer of Nail Bling for years, but after today's experience, I'm honestly reconsidering coming back. I went in looking for foil gel because the one I previously purchased from Nail Bling never seemed to work properly. I simply wanted some help--whether that was product recommendations, troubleshooting, or basic instructions on how to properly use it. Unfortunately, the young lady at the front couldn't explain how to use the foil gel, couldn't tell me if I might be using it wrong, and offered no real guidance at all. When I politely asked if the employee in the back might be able to help, since she may have more experience, I was told, "Sorry, she's on the phone," instead of anyone actually making an effort to assist me. As a long-time customer, this was incredibly disappointing. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just customer service and product knowledge from a store I've supported for years. Instead, I felt dismissed and unimportant. After reading recent reviews, I can now see I'm not the only one who feels this way. Nail Bling's customer service has clearly gone downhill. It's frustrating to see such a decline from a business I used to trust. If customer service and knowledgeable assistance matter to you, this may not be the place it once was. read more

I really like the quality and variety of nail supplies they have here the only thing that they should REALLY work on is being a little more discreet , I come here every couple of weeks and spend hundreds of dollars but every time I come I'm being watched as if I'm gonna steal something by multiple people at a time , I get that it's a small business and some people might have done them dirty before but there are ways to handle those type of things and watching your regular customers to the point of feeling uncomfortable isn't how you do that . read more

I normally go all the way to Westminster from Corona, but today I wanted to stay local so I came to Rialto because I needed products and follow them on IG. Nice little store, decent selections on gel colors/companies. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the attendant who followed me around the store like I was going to steal something. Reason why I gave it a 2 star is because I bought a 100% Kolinsky brush from their brand and whoever crimped it didn't do it right. It's supposed to be a nice oval and they have samples there and the sample looked great but when I used mine it's wider of one side than the other. Can't even use it. I decided to come in with my sisters to help me pick some items and every worker was hovering around us making us feel very uncomfortable. As if we wanted to steal or run out with items. I understand that these things happen, but mind you I am a regular at this store, I come at least 2x a week and some of the workers know me. I am giving it one star because the monomer they sell here is MMA when it is advertised as EMA. I have used these for a while on myself and I soaked my last set off which is when I realized it was MMA as the removal had a gummy texture and it dried very quickly. It was hard to take off and I even had to drill off a couple places on my nails. They completely ruined my nails! read more

Website says it's open, drove from San Jose California looking to spend, it's been an hour already standing in the cold, for them to not be here. Called multiple times and even messaged them on IG. 2 stars due to them having most of the nails supply you need BUT 1 star for their poor customer service... after 2+ years of supporting this small business i will stop shopping here due to them not caring about their clients. They close the shop "on open hours" so sometimes you travel far just to find out they closed and don't even announce it on their IG page. Another MAYOR issue in this place is their cash register, the register something you NEED in order to check customers out is always giving them problems which result in you going out of your way after you already grabbed all your items but can't leave with them. if i could give this place zero stars i would. absolutely horrible. they sold me MMA monomer on october 31st. i was using this monomer and i found out on the 3rd of this month that it's MMA. (only been 39 days) i did a soak off for the first time with this monomer and it was super gummy and my fingers were red and my nails were brittle. i called and asked for a manager they told me all sales were final and i could call tomorrow for a manager cause she wasn't in. so i called again the next day and lady on the phone put me on hold then told me they only give 7 days for their items and what they sell is what they sell and there isn't anything they could do, that it could be my powders or where i'm storing the monomer. I've boughten other brands from them before (kiara sky, YN, and mia secret) and all worked perfect except the brand i bought "FANTASY NAILS". so to say it could be where i have my monomer is absurd, my house is never past 70 degrees and i keep it out of direct sunlight. if it's MMA it shouldn't be on the shelves. it's false advertisement. i spend a lot of money at this store and it's honestly very upsetting the bottle is more than half full. i didn't continued the use of it. i even asked for at least store credit and she said no. below you will find the videos of how gummy my soak off was. it took forever to soak off my nails, it just didn't want to come off. read more

Came in here yesterday for the first time. I seen them on IG and I always want to support my local businesses. They have lots of items in store and somewhat decent prices. Sanitation station at the entrance and all employees are wearing mask. There were a few things I did not like. No one greeted us when we came in, there were two other customers besides myself and I was the only one that did not get asked if they needed help, and I was the only one they were "watching". At first I thought I was tripping, but my 14 year old noticed it to. I dislike being stereotyped while I'm trying to shop; especially when I go somewhere with the intent to spend my money. If I can give 0 stars I would. To begin with in total I've spent about $300-$400 in that store. (Read until the end , that's where they had my F'd up the most) I took my uv nail light because it turns on and off on its own and it starts to smell like it's burning. When I went to take it back I was told that I needed my receipt (understandable) and I told them if they can look for the order on their system so I looked at my bank transactions to find the date that I bought my stuff and it was no help. They were telling me in a rude tone that I don't have my receipt so they can't do anything. So I asked the girl don't you recognize me ? I come here often and you're the one who helped me with the light. She said YES that she recognized me but yet they couldn't help with at least exchanging the uv light. I came back the next day and as soon as I walk in I seen the 2 girls who were being rude the day before, I get to the cashier and the owner a male came to "assist me" he said what was wrong with the light and I explained to him I came the day before and pointed at the girl who I spoke with the day before. She came and said "oh now you found the receipt" with a stank face. I didn't say anything and just explained to the guy that the light turns on and off and gives a burning smell. When I said that the lady said "on the nail" with that exact emoji face was her face expression. I still ignored her and told the guy well I think the smell is coming from the light not that the nails are doing smell burned. As I was going to explain that when I get to the 2nd hand to the uv light that's when It starts to turn on and off and starts to smell. Well, he didn't even let me get to finish saying that before he rudely interrupted me and said in a HIGH VOICE "well you do know that when you put it in the light it leaves some chemical so it start to smell rightttttt ??!!" And I stoped him and said ok but either way it should be turning off and on ? And he just kept interrupting me so I said you know what now I know to not be buying from here anymore because you are rude ! You should learn to have manners and speaks to your customers correctly. He yelled at me and said "THEN GO SHOP SOMEHWHERE ELSE AND DONT TELL ME HOW TO ACT IN MY OWN STORE!!! So I got furious and told him well I already did! Now give me back my light and he just disconnected it and threw it into the box it was in and I snatched it back cus he had me fucked up!!
