My issue is that no one informed me during my visit that another bundle was being used or that there would be an additional charge before I left. Customers should never find out about extra charges after the transaction is over. When I asked for clarification, I never received a clear explanation or documentation showing exactly what was used and how the amount was calculated. The communication throughout the situation was poor and left me feeling dismissed instead of informed. I was also disappointed with the condition of the store. It felt cluttered, and I observed cleanliness and hygiene practices that made me uncomfortable as a customer. This entire situation could have been avoided with basic communication and professionalism. While I ultimately paid to resolve the matter, I won't be returning.

Unfortunately, the young lady at the front couldn't explain how to use the foil gel, couldn't tell me if I might be using it wrong, and offered no real guidance at all. When I politely asked if the employee in the back might be able to help, since she may have more experience, I was told, "Sorry, she's on the phone," instead of anyone actually making an effort to assist me. As a long-time customer, this was incredibly disappointing. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just customer service and product knowledge from a store I've supported for years.
