Please if you can just stay away from this place! Especially if you need a medication due to doctors screwing you over! I have been coming to this horrible pharmacy unfortunately for YEARS! Years ago they were much better and they were at least considerate and nice! Now most of the employees in the pharmacy have an attitude or seem to judge you for the medication they dispense to you! What i am prescribed is unfortunate but I need it so that I can have a normal life and I can continue to work as hard as I always have! But every month this place gives me hell either they only have a very small portion of what is prescribed to me so they make me waste my gas and time having to go to them twice and what in their lines that they love making you wait forever since no one seems to care about our time there or they tell you their CALCULATOR KNOWS BETTER since us as patients CANT COUNT! So you will be at their mercy, attitude and overall horrible treatment if you go to this place! DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS WALGREENS! I just had my third encounter with these card already being used by the time my friends and family have tried to use them. One was a $5 or $10 gift card to Sonic, didn't think much of it since the amount was minimal. Second was a $50 gift card to Nike, that one really pissed me off because as you can imagine the person I gave it to was at the checkout ready to buy in-store. Since it had been about a year or so since the last two I gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought a gift card on 1/20 of $40 for my nephew's birthday my sister just called me and there was nothing on the card. Store business hours show they are open until 10pm. Ran up to the door at 9:56 solely to grab a box of diapers after a full day of moving meant someone misplaced my kids diapers among the tons of boxes in my living room. 9:56. It would've taken me all of 60 seconds to grab the box & get to the register. Security stands at the door waving his hand across his neck signaling that they weren't going to let me in. Ridiculous! Read the terrible reviews and once I found myself having to come in I was scared. Scared the mangers would be useless and the pharmacy would be rude as hell and boy was I WRONG. they are some of the best people I've seen. The managers help and if you can't find what you need they offer alternative stuff but the pharmacy was where I was worried. I dropped off some pain stuff for my chemo and it wasn't covered (what a shock) and after almost fainting at the price I'd have to pay cash the tech offered a coupon that dropped it to $5 and change. This Walgreens has the WORST staff all around. Meaning that it includes the pharmacy staff. Theres literally one nice employee and I wish I knew his name because he is the sweetest. He's younger with glasses and he's a doll. The rest of the staff literally make it a point to avoid eye contact with you lol. It's awkward. They see you walk up and they turn the other way or if you catch them before they can run they have the ugliest attitude. I recently had a prescription done there. And the head pharmacist (male) told me my Dr never ordered the medication I needed which was not true. I looked on my app and it was put on hold. When I called to ask why. The pharmacist said he is the head person and there is nothing she can do for me. I asked who is over him and she said no one. What kind of customer service is this. As it is, the head pharmacist is rude. He must really hate his job. Because I have personally seen him be rude to others. I will be going in to speak to store manager to see if that person cares. I came in one morning to get some whey protein. When I got home I opened it and noticed that the seal was open. I figured it might have even opened and returned so I took it back. I explained the situation and they allowed me to exchange it. After getting a new one, they weighted about the same so I thought maybe the seal ripped while opening it. I got home with the new one and behold that's exactly what happened. The seal ripped while I turned the lid and it had about the same amount of powder. I feel kinda bad for returning it but better safe than sorry. I'm greatful for the employees that helped me out. read more

There's never anyone at the check out line, or at the photo department. Most of the workers there seem incompetent and incapable of working there. I dealt with one of the worst employees the other day. She had my boyfriend running back and forth because THEY had the prices wrong. Not only that but she kept giving false prices for certain items. When it came down to payments, she didn't even have her cash box stocked and was telling people if they could give her a certain amount of money as to avoid the fact that she couldn't give the right amount of change. I would never think to review Walgreens good or bad BUT I great experience so here goes. Dropped off my prescription at the pharmacy which I transferred from another one. They were polite and helpful. The girl told me they would text me when it was ready. I went the next day to pick it up and the lady who started ringing me up said she would have Stephanie ring me up because she wanted to see how cheap they could get the prescription for me. I was already stressed about having to pay full price for this particular prescription because of the circumstances but accepted the fact that it was what I had to do because I needed it and was prepared to do so. Never did I expect for Stephanie to check three different ways to see which was cheapest for me and let me pay for it at that rate. Now thats great service. Going above and beyond as a when you aren't even asked to by a customer is great customer service in my book. Thank you pharmacy people! read more

I came in to this Walgreens to exchange some things. When i attempted to pry a cart away from another that was stuck, I jammed my finger and I let out a scream due to the pain. The guy at the register, nor the other employee didnt bother. They were busy talking to each other and didnt bother to ask if I was ok. I asked them if they knew that their carts are stuck together and it caused my finger to get jammed. Neither responded. They just said, "Oh." Then they carried on with their conversation. I continued my shopping and eventually made my way to pay. Again, the cashier behind the counter didnt pay attention because he was busy talking to someone in front of me (he wasn't buying anything). The cashier started to ring up items in my basket and I stopped him and told him that im making an exchange. He replied, "With what? What are ypu exchanging here?" His tone was rude so I said, Excuse me? That's rude of you to say. He then said, "HEY! DO YOU WANT TO GET THIS DONE OR WHAT?!" I was flabbergasted to say the least. I have never met anyone as rude. I told him, Dont Hey Me. You're so rude! He once again responded, "You want a manager? Here, this is my name!" HARLAN is what his name tag read as he flashed it across so that i can see it. He then called the MOD and then told me to "Go over there, she'll help you there! Next!" He did this as he pointed his finger and pretty much dismissed me. What the heck just happened? This guy is out of control!! I spoke to an MOD who was extremely apologetic. She kept saying she will inform the Store Manager who's out on vacation until next week about this incident. She didn't seem surprised at my complaint. Perhaps he's done this to someone else before. Its been about 25 mins and im still upset and shaking.
