The Indian people that run this 7/11 is gross, I bought a coffee and proceeded to pump what I thought was coffee mate into my coffee and it came out clear like water. The whole coffee station is filthy and it looks like it's never been cleaned. The people who worked out very rude and judgmental as you're checking out and they're probably stealing peoples money with card readers, I'm never going to this store ever again. read more

I have been to this location twice before & my experience yesterday will make me never return. Worker at 1:45am 5/15 was rude because he was upset we came during his mopping.Telling us to hurry up because we are messing up the floor,obviously upset expression,rolling eyes when we couldn't hear him while he's exclaiming to us from the other side of the store to walk a different way.Aggressively pushing the buttons on the screen while charging us while having a very annoyed look on his face as if we are blind.Sorry but at a 24/7 location it doesn't seem right to be upset for someone coming in.I was embarrassed for him luckily he didn't do this to the wrong people. Iv been coming here for 3 years have always enjoyed the customer service, however this morning deserves a review. I don't even do reviews but this was ridiculous! As I was serving my coffee from the French vanilla dispenser I let it over flow, fine my fault didn't let go of the Button in time. So I pour what I can in a new cup, toss the soggy wet cup that got hot coffee all over it. The Clerk, an older Arab man grey and white beard approaches me opens the lid of trash and asks me why am i wasting cups! I said what? Why are you wasting cups as He asks, I explained it over flowed it's hot coffee it's no good, the cup is soft. He continues to yell at me, that I'm wasteful I don't pay for the product. This is horrible, I even tried to tell him in 3 years not one clerk has ever been rude he continued with "I don't care go". So I of course was not nice and told him to "F off" this is ridiculous. Sometimes there are items here that can be a little bit overpriced but to be honest I really can't complain about the products they sell. Can't beat the fact that they stay open late and you can Chyna grab anything you need except for alcohol after 2 AM but if you want to snack or something to drink it's not a bad picl. read more

This store fails to service with customer respect. They always aim to not use the 7-11 apps for the free items or discounts. Went in today and the foreign lady servicing me acted dump, asking another beared man & got no where. She yet didn't acknowledge the free cup of coffee. Yet stood there as when I said no to the coffee. I was gonna pay for just the coffee cake but after seeing her reaction to the coffee, I just walked away As its not worth it. It's one reason why I drive far to another 7-11 vs this one that is local to me. So do I recommend this place ugh NO!!! Even after prior situations with this store I gave it one more try n yay NO not worth spending any time or money at this place. Went to get a money order of $1500 & our money was counted in front of me and my boyfriend as we were handed the actual money order papers and we walked out and got in the car. One of the workers came back out and asked us how much money we gave them and we told them 1500 and he said no and to come back inside. They claimed we were short 120 which wasn't possible because we were handed the papers/ receipts and even were allowed to walk out of the store. The arguments they made didn't make any since. They kept claiming that there was no way we could have pulled the money out of their ATM because it only had a $300 limit and they kept asking to see our receipts from their ATM which both me and my boyfriend pulled money out of each and we had money with us before we even came in and took money out. So they didn't make any sense. Basically, They stole $120 from us. We left because it ended up a pointless argument. We knew how much we gave them we double checked our money and they even counted it in front of us. Don't trust this place. read more
