Great store and service. It wasn't crowded or busy and it was also clean. The workers were nice and they have great prices.

The inside is more on the medium size with chairs and tables for guests. Customer service was friendly and he provided me some recommendations on drinks to try. They had a nice menu with different lattes, matchas, food, and teas. I tried the Con Amor Latte half sweet with oat milk. The drink was ready within 5 minutes after ordering. It was perfectly sweetened and I could taste the espresso. Overall, I would definitely visit again when I'm in the area to try more drinks and their avocado toast.

But besides that let me tell ya what's good at this coffee shop in tha hood. I started off with the espresso shot that had a little less than I'm use to but still decent. Next I had the Cortado which was also pretty good. The last drink I had was the Iced Con Amor which came with cinnamon and honey and this baby was really good. So, all my drinks were good and they offer dine in service which is a definite plus and a must in my book. My only gripe was their service and it seems like if you don't know them they won't be friendly to you as they are towards the regulars. I may be a fool but that's so not cool to act like that towards people like me that are old school. The shop itself is up to par with plenty of seats for two and a comfy couch. And that's my take on it, Peace out...

This is my first visit and I decided to go with the ice vanilla coffee over almond milk. I did add Boba the total came out to about seven dollars plus tax. At first, the coffee was slightly watered down. I gave it a good stir however it did taste in my opinion, slightly bitter. I went back into the location and asked to exchange it for a milk, tea Boba and The cashier politely apologize for any inconvenience and prepared a replacement right away. Thai T were pretty good flavorful and the Boba texture is great. They have other food options and ice cream. I did not try .I'm not sure if I'll come back but I really am appreciative of the customer service provided today.

The drinks are solid across the board, and I really appreciate that you can adjust the sweetness level, so it's easy to customize exactly how you like it. You can tell they use real tea and real ingredients, not just powders and cheap syrups like some other shops. The flavors taste clean and balanced, not artificial. They also have a good variety of toppings besides just boba, so if boba isn't your thing, you still have plenty of options. On top of drinks, they also serve food items, and I always get their bubble waffle with my boba--it's become part of the routine at this point. My family are regulars here, and for us, this is the boba shop that sets the standard in Rialto.

There is easy parking as it is in a plaza with other stores and restaurants. I ordered a regular sized Hokkaido Milk Tea with slight ice and egg pudding. I usually also order it less sweet, but forgot to this time. You can order at the self-serve kiosk or with a staff member. The drink came out quickly. As expected, it was too sweet, but that was my fault for not changing the sugar level. The flavor of the egg pudding was good but the texture was off. It was not as smooth and silky as others I have had. The flavor of the tea was solid. The price of the drink was surprising (~$8). Overall, giving Ding Tea Rialto a 4/5. Service is good and the tea is good. The space is small, but there are some tables to sit and hang out at. Would not be at the top of the list to return to, but would return in the future.

Very straightforward, but really well balanced. If you've never had chicory coffee before, it has a deeper, slightly earthy flavor that stands out from a standard cold brew without being overly bitter. It feels inspired by Louisiana/New Orleans-style coffee rather than the super sugary "dessert coffee" trend that a lot of places lean into right now. What I especially appreciate is the price point. At around $5.75, it feels reasonable for a specialty coffee drink that still tastes unique and intentional.

The line was out the door, but I knew she'd love waking up to a nice cup of coffee, so the wait didn't bother me. I ordered coffee along with three ham and cheese croissants to go. When I got home, my wife was so happy. She ate part of her croissant but didn't finish it. My son did the same and only picked at the edges. I ended up finishing mine and the rest of my son's. About 8 hours later, after grilling dinner, both my wife and I suddenly became extremely sick. Severe stomach pain, nonstop trips to the restroom, and all the signs of food poisoning hit us hard. Our guest had just started eating dinner while my wife and I were both stuck dealing with the symptoms. The symptoms carried throughout the entire night and are still lingering. Both of us have been dealing with fevers, body aches, nausea, stomach cramps, and constant trips to the restroom. It completely ruined what started as such a special Mother's Day for our family. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share our experience. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, especially on a busy holiday, but I also hope food handling and quality control are looked into so no other families have to spend Mother's Day ending like ours did.
