My 4 month old daughter had her prescription sent here from her doctor. I went through the drive through and waited maybe 30 minutes as there was 3 cars in front of me. When I got the window, I gave my daughter's information, and they requested for her insurance cards. Soon after, they informed me that I can either go inside and wait for 15 minutes for it to be ready or come back 1hr later and it would be ready. I informed them that I would go inside and wait. After waiting maybe 25 minutes inside I. The waiting area, the same tech/assistant asked what I was waiting for and for the information.he then asked me to come to the register, only to tell me that they didn't not have her medication is stock. I asked him why he didn't inform me of this earlier at the drive through window and his reply was "I thought we had it in stock, but I can find another location". I disregarded as it was already late in the afternoon and I needed to bring my daughter home to sleep. NOT ONCE did he even apologize. As a medical professional myself, healthcare is customer service and empathy and that was not evident. Fast forward to the next day, my wife calls the pharmacy to see if they have it in stock and to fill it so I can pick it up on the way home from work. She spoke with the pharmacist and he informed her that unfortunately they do not take my daughter's insurance and to contact CVS to make sure they do, and to CALL HIM BACK and he can help transfer it. I contact CVS to confirm they accept the insurance and when I call Walgreens Pharmacy back, the tech told me that CVS has to call them even after I told them the situation. Irritated, the fact that this could've been prevented if the first tech/assistant told me that they didn't take my daughters insurance, yet alone should've said the medication wasn't in stock when he asked for her information and insurance cards. I called this pharmacy recently and first time I called a guy picked up the phone, laughing on the background, didn't bother to say "Hello, I'll be right with you" and then put me on hold. Nooooo. Waited for 5 mins, I guess they were not done with their time kickbacks. I received an email with an exact duplicate order of a same day delivery order I placed one week earlier. The email had all the same items I ordered previously with an email address that looked like it was from Walgreens but was not. Then I received a text from a 5 digit number saying "Walgreens: Your order is on its way! DoorDash will arrive soon." It also had a link to a website that looked like Walgreens but was not. I'm not sure if my information was compromised by Walgreens or DoorDash who delivered my items. And under "How to Report Phishing Emails" on Walgreens website it states "To report it to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), forward the email to spam@uce.gov or visit their website." But the website link doesn't work and the email was different than the one I reported to on the FTC. read more

Typically only visit walgreens when I need some over the counter meds or prescription pick ups. The line for the pharmacy is hit or miss, sometimes it's packed, sometimes it's not. Everything else here is over priced. Only other thing I visit for is the redbox. read more

This pharmacy notified me 2x by phone call and text and when I came to pick up next day afternoon the assistant said my prescription is not ready because the pharmacist is not present or not around and couldn't explain the reason lack of communication of their staff . Not sure if they know what they're doing. Where can you find a Pharmacy Business that doesn't have a Pharmacist present ? The answer is clear Walgreens . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE "RESTROOMS CLOSED FOR CUSTOMERS PER UPPER MANAGEMENT " On 6-11-2022 around 9:50 am, we (family of 4) arrived at Walgreens / Foothill, Fontana, CA. for our scheduled Covid-19 booster shots. Around 10:20 am I asked Walgreens's employee if I can use the restroom and I was denied immediately. They were instructed by their manager to not allow customers to use their restrooms. I was also told by the male employee that "apparently customers don't know how to use the restroom that's why they are not allowing anybody to use it". This is because they had an incident one day that a customer made a mess inside the restroom and they had to call someone to clean it because they don't clean their restrooms and it is expensive. This is frustrating because I am a VALUED customer that is waiting for my appointment and I have to leave my family because I was denied of using their restroom. read more

Went to Walgreens for my 11:30 appointment for Covid Booster shot. Arrived at Walgreens at 10:50, stood in the line marked Covid 19 vaccines, I was 3rd person in line. The other line labeled Pick up prescriptions had 5 people in line. There were 5 clerks working the pharmacy. My line had not moved in 55 minutes, after 30 minutes waiting I asked the cashier if anyone was working my line, her response, "yes, but I'm the only one here" ( when I see 4 other clerks). So I go back to my line and she keeps taking the other line. After 55 minutes where my line had not been worked on, I left. My appointment had already past. Terrible service. I waited over 45 minutes on the phone and a very rude guy answered the phone in an angry tone at the pharmacy only to ask me what dosage and Names of the prescriptions I was waiting on even though he pulled it up? Then he says very rudely that everyone needs to wait at least an hour for drop off prescriptions. I told him I understood but needed to make sure that the medicine was in stock which he laughed at and then put me on hold for a while only to come back and say yeah that's not in stock until who knows when. Pharmacy here is the worst! ALWAYS at least 20 people in line, and the pharmacist lied to be by telling me they have called my prescription in over and over and got no response. I checked to see if they had really called and they NEVER called my prescription in. They are constantly mixing up my prescriptions and trying to charge me for ones that are free and then putting a hold on others that should not have a hold. Abosultely incompetent. This place is literally the worst when it comes to any type of customer service. It doesn't matter who you ask or how small the question they seem completely put out by it. Most times they'll just walk by, ignoring you and avoiding all eye contact. I literally came here to get one single picture printed and couldn't imagine a worse experience until my husband went to pick it up and couldn't even get an associate to acknowledge him so he eventually left making it so we have to walk into this place, yet again. Worst Pharmacy. On 1/14/22, I scheduled an appt for a COVID vaccine for my kid. I was scheduled for today 2/11/22, Friday. I arrived 15 minutes before my appt, check in, and was told by the pharmacy tech that they were out of Pfizer vaccines for the past 5 days. I asked why did nobody call me to tell me. I had left work 2 hours early to beat traffic and make the appt. All he did was shrug his shoulders and say someone should have called me. When I asked to speak to the manager, which the pharmacist heard me ask for, the pharmacist proceed to dart and hide behind a shelf. I then asked for a store manager, and the same tech tells me, she doesn't work weekends. Today is Friday, not a weekend. Then he tells me to come in everyday to check if they have received any, instead of offering to give me a courtesy call to inform me when they have it. read more
