First off - their pharmacy is a sensory nightmare. There's a REALLY LOUD humming fridge, and the entire place looks like a disorganized mess. I pretty much always have to wait a bit for my prescription to be ready, even when I call ahead to confirm it's ready. The pharmacists are a mix. Some are nice, some chat with their coworkers without even acknowledging that you're there. A newer guy just said "mhm" and hung up on me when I thanked him for helping me. Also, their hours suck. No weekend availability. If you work M-F 9-5 you only have one hour in the evening to rush over and pick up your prescription. read more

Covid testing facilities, I have been calling, going on line and driving to various facilities to get a covid test with absolutely no luck. Offices are not answering their phones and their websites are not up to date! I know they are swarmed with people wanting to get tested... but just up date your websites so we have correct info. Walgreens said walk ins, drive thru and appointments.... But the closest facility they referred me to was on Vegas???? ABC Pharmacy on Foothill and Mulberry in upland has a LG sign out front... free covid testing. Walked in... filled out paperwork and will have results in 24-48 hours.. FREE! Excellent service.... They told me that they were open this Saturday so I waited to pick up my prescriptions since my work hours are the same as their weekday hours. They assured me they would be open days prior, but now I can't pick up my prescriptions and won't be able to all week. I will never go here again. I am changing to a different pharmacy. Change your business hours if you aren't open on Saturday and don't tell people that you will be if you aren't! It's a huge inconvenience. read more

ABC Pharmacy is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to! I should have learned my lesson the first time we came here but obviously I didn't, but this is our 2nd and LAST time!!! First of all let me say to the staff: I didn't choose your employment, YOU did so why do you have such a crappy attitude? The staff (pharmacist and her helpers) here are rude, unprofessional, uncaring and unwelcoming. If you don't know what customer service is then LEAVE this job because that's what working with the public is all about! Another problem with this place is that they open whenever they want to. It may show on a sign and online that their pharmacy opens at 9 a.m., but it's untrue! They'll open at 9:15 or later and they don't care even if people are standing outside in the freezing cold like we were. This place is a waste of time! They say "free covid testing here" but if you come for a rapid test they say: "we'll call you with the results" and then they don't call you!!! We called them back multiple times over four days and we were told nothing but "sorry". It took them a week to call us back for a rapid test that takes only 15 minutes for a result, RIDICULOUS!!! Then the pharmacist tried to force us to purchase an at home test, WHY? You're getting paid for the test we just took, why are we going to pay you again to buy our own at home test??? Lastly, it's not first come first serve here, Nope! Sadly, you could be waiting in line at the door for an hour and when they finally do open the door they will take prescriptions first over a walk-up otc or a booster/flu shot, THAT'S NOT OKAY!!! i really liked this pharmacy! My neighbor recomended that i try this drug store because the prices are substancially lower than places like Vons or Walgreens. Another main reason why i liked it here is because the staff all know my name, and that doesnt make me feel like "just another person". its nice to know that the employees take that small effort just to remember a persons' name and make you feel like your at home. This pharmacy is extremely unorganized and will continuously mess up your order. My dermatologist recommended this pharmacy because they deliver prescriptions right to your door. As efficient as that seems, I've learned the hard way that the only proper way to receive my medication is directly from a pharmacist herself. The reason being is that if you call the pharmacy and inform them one of your prescriptions is missing, they tell you that tracking and confirmation shows its been delivered. No. 3/4ths of my order has been delivered, but your shipping staff left out one of the medications. I tried to explain multiple times that I haven't received it. I even asked them to check the weight on the shipment to see for themselves. Nope. You're SOL if THEY mess up on your order. It's happened to me twice already and now I'm out 3 months worth of medication. It's unfortunate when a business doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes and leaves the customer empty handed. I will only get my meds from this pharmacy for now on!!! The staff is SO friendly and they make you feel at home once you enter. My insurance didn't cover the medication my doctor prescribed but Julie and the girls worked their magic! They helped me activate and applied a COUPON that covered the entire cost of the medication. I walked outta there having to pay nothing!! They also told me they'd submit a prior authorization to my insurance to get coverage for the med in the coming months....i'm sure CVS/Rite-Aid/Walgreens would never provide this kind of service. Friendly Helpful Staff but did you really have to Price Gouge on the disposable masks? You charged me $55.00 for 50count. I bought them because they were needed but don't see how price gouging and taking advantage of the situation is fair in any way. We went to this pharmacy for my family to get the vaccine. The store manager and the pharmacists were so kind throughout the entire process. There were many people getting the vaccine on the day we went. We noticed the store manager helping out people who had difficulty standing in line due to medical difficulties and was so patient/kind in making sure we had all the necessary documents/information. I love this pharmacy! They provide great customer service. They deliver my prescriptions and do automatic refill requests to my HCP. These services definitely make a huge difference. Having a busy lifestyle, they make it so much easier for me to have continuous healthcare. I've worked with different pharmacies and this pharmacy is the most personable I've ever encountered. The staff and pharmacists are also great! My favorite is Regine. She is always on top of her work, goes above and beyond to help a customer, and has great work ethic. Super love her! This pharmacy is awesome !!! The staffs and the pharmacists are great , they are all very knowledgeable and friendly ! While sitting there waiting for my prescription , there was a middle aged man picking up his meds but couldn't afford his insulin because of the high copayment . The manager and staffs wouldn't let him leave without his insulin so they called the doctors office to see if they have manufacture coupons to help with the copays and go online to to seek any coupons . This a great pharmacy for many reasons. The most important is that they try and help! They actually went out of their way to save me money. They found a rebate for me that I didn't know existed. Poor customer service & lack of urgency. My doctor uses this pharmacy to fill my son's prescriptions. My doctor placed a prescription order for my son Thursday that he needs to start taking right away. I called today, Friday, to check the status of it because I hadn't received it yet and got hung up on my first try calling. I thought maybe my call got dropped so I called again and this time (as the time before) someone picked up the phone, rattled it with something & slammed the phone down again without saying anything. Since I know someone is there because they keep hanging up on me, I called again and this time (3rd time is a charm) they said ABC Pharmacy. I told her I was checking on the status of my son's medicine & she put me on hold for a couple minutes like she was checking on it (without asking for his name first) & when she came back on the phone, she asked how can she help me so I explained again that I was checking on the status of my son's meds & she told me I won't get them til Monday. I expressed the urgency of him receiving them today but she didn't change her mind. It's frustrating when businesses treat their customers rudely. This place is a mess. My daughter have surgery since February 07, 2018 . I went to this pharmacy and pick up her prescription . They told me that they did not receive prescription from the doctor. I called doctor office to make sure they send prescription to them , day after surgery, first day, second day , third day they kept telling me that they never received prescription. I called doctor office again to know the reason why. Doctor office told me they did sent it already but they will call to ABC pharmacy again to make sure they know what they doing. In the afternoon of the third day of the surgery they call me to pick up my daughter prescription. I told them after I wait for 3 days I am not going to to drive one hour to them. I called CVS CLOSE to my house and have them transfer prescription from ABC but it's not happening. I went pick up my daughter medicine from CVS at 9 pm. . They told me . They are stilling waiting prescription from ABC . Today is 4 th day after surgery my daughter still not received her dedication. I called CVS to ask ABC to know what is going on why they don't transfer prescription. Now I am waiting to see what going to happen. Never go to ABC pharmacy Upland. read more

I used to love this pharmacy until we changed insurance carriers. It turns out that the insurance carrier we now have requires that certain medications require approval. No big deal, the pharmacy just needs to call and verify approval. This must have been to much hassle for this pharmacy because for two prescriptions we were told that we had to pay full price for the medications and that they were not covered. Well after the second time I had enough and went to Walgreens down the street. Not only did they get the approval for me, they also found an alternative medication for one medication that was not covered. Talk about going above and beyond, ABC certainly did not want to take the extra steps that were required. Just thankful that Walgreens was down the street. Will never use this pharmacy again and that is the sad truth because my wife and I used this pharmacy for over 10 years. read more
