The store is clean, and both the pharmacy techs and front counter staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. I received fast and attentive service from the pharmacy techs, who assisted me with my needs. The front counter staff were equally polite and accommodating. The ice cream here is so good! I came to this location to pick up my antibiotics. The order was sent from my dentist . And they were being extremely rude and raising there voice at me for no reason. I was talking to them calmly in a soft voice and both ladies at the computer where getting mad for no reason saying it was not here . So I called my dentist saying they didn't have it in their system and they re sent the order . They told me to call my dentist in an angry mood and they re checked the system and it was there . They then told me to wait in a terrible manner while rolling their eyes . Their name was Fatima. I just don't get it , they are being nice to all the other customers but they were super mean to me for no reason . Don't understand where the rudeness and lack of patience came from. Maybe cause I can't talk perfectly cause of my numbed mouth after getting my teeth pulled out . read more

Hi Audrey, I'm hoping you respond to my review as you do other people. Your seasoned professional pharmacists are pleasant, helpful and I think generally care to help customers get their medications promptly. The assistants I have interacted with since transferring to this pharmacy (a female and cocky mouthed male) have been rude, uncaring and even hang up the phone in mid conversation. I had been waiting for a medication that was supposedly ordered. After 5 days I called for the status. I wish I had the name of the assistant in the pharmacy that told me the manufacturer no Longer has the medication available. That would mean this drug is no Longer being made which I knew wasn't logical or true. She got irritated and defensive that I asked to speak to the pharmacist. Logically, it was your distributor that wasn't able to get the medication as I think it was back ordered due to recent increase in demand. The female pharmacist helped locate the medication at another store and I really appreciate this. I was so taken aback by the assistants behavior towards me and the sarcastic remarks by the male assistant that unless I need to pick up my prescription in person, I always have mail delivery so I don't have to interact with them. It's no fun and I've walked away wondering if they really hate their jobs to be so insensitive to others as I'm sure it's not just me. Maybe they could benefit from either a vacation or course in customer service. Thank you. read more

There's always an issue at this particular Rite Aid. Issue loading money onto debit cards, issues with not having items in stock, and now they charge for the bags EVEN WHEN USING EBT! My insurance company stopped paying for me pain medication 3 years ago, so I have been paying out of pocket every month at Rite Aid. What a mistake!!!! Rite Aid started by charging me around $90 a month for 90 pills. Then my prescription was reduced to 45 pills. First they charged me approx. $75 per month, then $95 per month then, the straw that broke the camels back, last month they increased the cost to approx. $150 month!!! In one month the cost of my prescription doubled! So, I had my prescription transferred to Costco and I picked it up today for Under $18.00!!! Yes, you read that correctly. Rite aid charged me $150.00 For a prescription that I just picked up at Costco for less than $18.OO. That is criminal and I'm going to see if I have any recourse against Rite Aid because I have been paying nearly $100 every month for almost 3 years. Absolutely disgusting. read more

I would give no stars but you have to give something. This Rite Aid sucks!!! I recently purchased an iTunes gift card, and when I attempted to use it later that evening, it said that it had already been redeemed, but it was brand new. I called the next morning and spoke with the supervisor Julisa, who was no help whatsoever and told me that, unfortunately, there is nothing that they can do even though I purchased the gift card from them. I am specifically rating the Pharmacy. This pharmacy has NEVER messed up my prescription (no pressure, staff!), the have caught mistakes from my doctor, and they are always polite and friendly. I have been a customer here for over 10 years and the last 6 months it has been sad to see the rapid downfall of customer service. The pharmacy has a few staff that have been there for over 10 years and they are fantastic, the new staff and pharmacists are rude and condescending, 4/6 of my last prescriptions could not be filled on time, one was so late I had to short my dose to only have low to moderate issues from the lack of medication. My escript goes in early, I call at 7 days since their system does not acknowledge a script over 7 days out, I call at 3 days early to make sure my prescription is in stock and after being hung up on over 15 times I am blown off with a yes it is fine. I call the day before and again same issue, day of and guess what they do not have it in stock. Why is my prescription causing the system to make sure stock is available, the rude new pharmacists of which I have names but will not post out of decency tell me we have taken on more clients and we are busy which is not my problem. If it was not for the 3 fantastic staff there I would be gone, if it was easier to find a good pharmacy I would be gone. It is unfortunate corporate does not seem to care, these medications impact my quality of life as much as lack of food would impact any human. What options do we have as customers when the new pharmacists do not care about being a decent human being. Maybe someday they will be on the other side of the equation and will learn to be a grown up, professional, decent human. read more

I have to commend Rite Aid Pharmacy at 19th St in Rancho Cucamonga. I was there today getting my second shingles shot. As I was waiting I heard a number of customers getting their prescriptions. And, I was shocked to hear some customers being rude and demanding. However, I was pleased to hear the pharmacy staff deal with those customers with care and professionalism. I'm not used to waiting ten minutes in line at Rite Aid, (especially with only one person ahead of us), which is one of the main reasons I go here. They had two cashiers working, as well as a manager throwing empty candy boxes into a cart that seemed to not want to be be bothered. Smh Lesson learned. I came to the store to buy an humidifier to help my son with his asthma.I paid double the price I would've paid for it on Amazon so I could have it same day. I threw away the receipt thinking I wouldn't have any issues but there's a problem with the product. The manager was unwilling to help me in anyway just said if they had the exact when I could exchange it but since they don't no options. you would think they would at least let me pay more for an upgraded one so it wasn't a complete waste. Came in to buy one item and as I walked up to the counter to pay the cashier walked away to sell someone ice cream at the side counter. I looked around and saw no other employees to ring me up. So I go chase the cashier and wait for him to ring up the ice cream customers . 10 minutes after , it was my turn. "For that I need to ring you up at the other register", he says. So I follow him back to the first register I was at and there's now a line of 5 people waiting to pay. Does he ring me up first? No! He rings up the first person at the front of this new line! I tell the cashier," really? You've seen I was next" he shrugs and says ," sorry". I walked out and went next door to Von's and it was super busy but I bought the item and was in and out if there In less than 5 minutes. Screw this Rite aid. read more

The only time I come to Rite Aid is when I want to buy ice cream. Honestly, with all the brands out there at the supermarket, I never know which to buy nor do I want to fork over $6 for a quart or sometimes even a pint... You know what brand I'm talking about... I've never had an issue with purchasing Rite Aid ice cream until today. My all time favorite is the chocolate malted crunch. So why am I sad even with ice cream? There was absolutely no crunch. The malted balls were soft and soggy. Currently, deals for ice cream are 2 for $6 with your wellness card. I guess for $3, I can live with soggy balls. But seriously, how am I going to eat my feelings away with soft malted balls now? read more

The only reason I didn't give them one star is because I should have known better in the first place than to shop at a Rite Aid store. I went in and I saw that they had some cheap washcloths on sale for half off and the shelf tag said $5 but right next to it, (after I paid the higher price) was a $10 shelf tag. I paid for them that I brought it to the attention of the clerk and rather than offer an apology for the facing which I do understand was probably caused by other customers, and then I explained to her that by law they are supposed to honor what the shelf tag said, she reluctantly said well we will give you your money back if you want very rudely. She was also the clerk that rang me up and I found her to be very rude she appeared to be perhaps partially Asian, middle-aged and very disengaged and of course I won't be coming back to this store read more

I have shopped Rite-aide for a very long time but never again!! I went in to return an item but I did not have my receipt, you will never guess what treatment I received, I had used my credit card, I have the rewards card, there had been no price change since originally purchasing but the manager would not give me credit, gift card and would only give me half of the original purchase of $11.99. Needless to say I did not fall for their gimmick and donated the item instead. I cannot believe this kind of Customer Service or a total lack of. I just want everyone to know just how dishonest Rite-Aide is. The credit card, rewards record is proof of the purpose, I was not expecting nor did I ask for cash back, and as I said they would not give me a credit nor gift card.
