The lady at night is rude. So i came in and saw they still had the food out for the Krunch's chicken and I told myself oh I might as well get some food since my boyfriend and I haven't eaten so as I ask her about it she starts putting the food away in containers and I asked her if I could get the krunch box and she told me oh well you have to buy whatever she package up as is so I wanted potato wedges and tenders but since she didn't box the wedges with the tenders id have to pay for the box of tenders and the box of with wedges that had bone in chicken mixed in with it and it's just me and boyfriend so I didn't need that much chicken and I'm not a fan of bone in. Also since she was "boxing it up" If I wanted to biscuits I'd have to buy the whole box. read more

My first time coming in and my last! worse experience i ever had at a circle K I just walking in and the lady told me to stop talking to her and go ask the front. Also the wedges were cold. But other then that the chicken and thrifty's are great I don't know if that lady was having a bad day but to make me have a bad day was cool. During this time it is very upsetting to walk into an establishment and 1 out of the visible employees are wearing mask correctly. I walked in with my family and 1 employee was doing inventory with no mask, one was eating behind the register area beside the chicken window, with no mask on, the gentlemen at the register had a mask on below his nose, and as we were waiting a young lady comes from the back to help us purchase chicken with no mask on. I like going to this Circle K because it is close to the Ontario Airport and the have the .89 thirst buster this is a really good deal takes me back to the eighties ( well almost) back then I think it was only fifty nine cents. I went to this store to purchase merchandise and paid with it with a credit card. The sign says that there is a transaction fee for debit card. They ripped me off by charging me a transaction fee for credit card. I have emailed corporate bhannasch@circlek.com and the store manager responded with this: " I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you may have had at our location. Attached is the owners & Mangers number. You may give them a call at your earliest convenience. 562-506-7066 Himanshu ( Owner ) 909-532-3378 Estefany (Manager) They will like to discuss this on going matter with you and hopefully find a solution. We stand by our word that we do value all our customers." I emailed my response telling Estefany to send me the difference back via US Mail but he chose to ignore my request. I'm kool with the employees they all seem nice and helpful to me. However the other day the cashier slipped me a face dollar bill and I'm almost positive he knew it was fake and tried to pass it off to me. I wouldn't be mad except I unknowingly tried to use and was embarrassed when when the store clerk and store security came chasing me down to my car saying the dollar was no good. When he gave me the dollar it did feel funny and was discolored. I work with money all the time I should have spotted this but I trusted the cashier. I started off giving 3 stars but as I'm writing I'm like no this is some 1star bull****! The employees at this establish are really kind and generous if you're short on money to purchase something (less than 50 cent depending on which employee) they will let you off with the item. I go everyday when I have money available with my friends. The employees have seen us since our 7-9th grade year and most of us are Juniors and Seniors in High school and still treat us right. DO NOT EVER GO To THIS STORE!! Rude, uninformed and discriminate against service animals. Bad bad bad If I could put a 0 I would. Just went there to grab a snack with my dog who is a service animal and the tall African American man that was behind the counter asked me to show him paperwork to prove my dog is a service animal. I explained that it is against the law for him to ask me that and that there are only 2 questions he could ask me and showing him proof was not one of them. He continued to Argue with me that I was wrong and asked me to leave his store. What a complete jerk. This employee should learn the laws before he tries to enforce something that is incorrect. He and the store can get in a ton of trouble for refusing service to someone with a disability and asking them to leave my service dog outside. Are you kidding like I would even buy anything at that store. The best part is he is explaining how I need to show him proof to the multiple customers in the store. This is exactly what happens when people don't educate themselves and then speak. I'm going to report this store and sue them for discrimination. read more
