I give it 2 stars because the gas is good and cheap . But customer service is horrible. Especially the Asian guy in the morning he is very rude. Some pumps their card reader don't work. I had to go inside and the way he was talking to the lady that was finishing transaction he was very rude. But when she walked away, he gave her a ugly look. This gas station is always the best value for fuel when I use my Fuel Rewards. It's the only station where I will drive further to get gas as it's totally worth it! Recently I only paid $3.79 per gallon which was 20 cents per gallon cheaper than my usual closer gas station competitor. I frequent this gas station at least 3 times a week and have never come across this problem before until tonight and its absolutely B.S I'm literally writing this in the parking lot.. On 02/06/2024 @ 10:32pm I came to get gas and asked for 17$ on pump 6, I only had $17 in 1$ at that moment and paying in 1s has never been an issue before. The Older Asian Gentleman Clerk that was working tonight said "No" He can't take any more then 10$ dollars in ones. I looked at him confused and asked whyy he can't take it and he proceeded to say he had to many ones and can't take it. Like I'm sorry what?? I need 17$ in gas to get to my destination and back. Like I don't want to stop at another gas station late at night when I'm already at one!! So I asked if "I had a 20$ bill he would accept it and he said yes! I was baffled af! Like really dude? I stopped by to put gas on my card and noticed I had left my wallet at home. I had my delivery tip money and the cashier would not let me pay with $1 dollar bills. I had Tun out of gas and was just trying to fill my gas to go home. It's ridiculous, money is money even a cent has a value. On Tuesday, July 30 about 4 pm. I went to get gas for my car. My daughter went to buy some chips and the Asian cashier refused to sell the chips to my daughter just because the color of her skin. I went to ask him why he didn't want to sell her the chips and he ignored me, until other customer service offered to pay for the chips and he didn't want to. He called her black. This gas station is not a good place to stop. There sign says one price they charge a different price.... There are always guys asking for money.... They run up to you. And if you tell the attendant she doesn't care and won't do anything. The inside is ok, but they don't stock the cooler daily. And good luck with the restroom. The Shell gas station is a convenient little place to come and get gas, a few minor needs inside of a store and then also get your car washed. The one thing that is inconvenient about this place it it is so busy that it's hard to get a place to pump gas at. The lot was poorly planned so it's hard to to get a space you either have to back into one or wait in a ridiculous long line. The car wash is a little bit harsh on the rollers. One time it ripped off one of the black rubber runner linings on the top of my car but it didn't completely detach it, so I was able to put it back. At least my car looks clean. read more

I like the prices at the station however I had to give them 2 stars because my granddaughter used the pay point inside and her card information was STOLEN. The machine sits at the counter next to the cash register so how this happened I know not. I am grateful B of A recognized the fraudulent transaction made by the thief, cancelled the card, refunded the stolen funds and notified by granddaughter. I would just caution anyone thinking they are more secure going INSIDE to pay- check your card after using. read more

I love this shell gas station, it's the only shell I go to, right by work. It's the cheapest name brand gas around town. They also offer a good car wash deal. There are usually homies that hangout here and ask to wash your windows. Sometimes I want to run into them when I have extra food in my car but that's when they're prob working another gas station. This is by far the worst shell station I've ever been to. Every time I've been here there's something wrong with the registers inside or the people working there don't know how to use them. I just spent 25 minutes trying to pay for gas and a snack for my daughter. I left my house early knowing I had to get gas before work and now, because of the incompetence of the people working, I'm running late. I got my jeep washed there and it was left with soap all over. It rinsed only once. When i tried to complain the attendant asked if i bought the cheap carwash. His words. I didnt know shell sold cheap carwashes. Anyways we ran it again and still the same. His next excuse was i drove thru the air dryer to fast. Make sure you are not in hurry when u pay inside. Only 1 cashier. Very clean inside but no one that works there is in a hurry. So if you are in a hurry pay at the pump. And pay with cash and it's less expensive ! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! my bf likes coming here for the prices but he never buys anything inside and the one time I did to grab snacks before work the clerk (I don't know her name) was on the work phone the entire time that I was browsing and mind you she was ringing customers up while on the phone, I finally go up and pay I slid my card but nothing came up. It made that beep sound as if it was read. So I asked the clerk if it went through on her end since it beeped but nothing appeard. She looks at me and responds "Sorry, Im on the phone thats rude!"
