NO FOUNTAIN DRINKS! I came in for a late night drink (sprite, coke etc.) and this Mobil does not have a soda fountain! I was shocked, I just opted for a bottled drink but it's definitely disappointing given how modern the inside of the convenience store looks. The guy inside was nice but I felt slightly watched. Not sure if he was paranoid because it was the middle of the night, but he was fine I guess. At least he acknowledged us, answered our questions, and bid us "good night." At this location, I proceed to try to get gas at 2:30 in the morning. The person that was supposed to be there working which the sign said 24 hours I tried to make a video but it got deleted so I'm writing it out now I honk my horn. My tire was loosing tread ehile driving on 10 fwy got off fwy to call AAA. In tge meantime I filled my gas tank, asked attendant if I could use restroom. He advised me it's out of order. I was in the area at Mark Christopher Chevrolet® looking at the escalades for my wife, and on our way home I decided to pump some gas at Airpot Mobil since American Express currently has double the points at Mobil stations, I stop by and pump -- clean machines and your generic station stops where you never need to go in, due to credit-cards these days. Went in with my service dog to use the atm which I have done countless time before. The man working named Jeremy was super rude and told me no dogs were allowed. I said he is a service dog (as my dog was sitting there but doing anything as he is supposed to) I am just using the atm real quick is that ok? And he said actually no it's not I need to see all your paper work. I told him it is illegal for him not to let me bring my service dog in and he said no it's not I know my job. He was very rude and raised his voice at me. We are not required to carry our paperwork around. Look it up. Horrible customer service and he was so rude about it and made me so angry and uncomfortable. Was I supposed to have a seizure right there to prove it? He really needs training on how to speak to people in a kinder way. I will never go back in there! We always get oil changes and service done there also and no one else has ever had a problem with me having a service dog who behaves with me. Today a young gentleman Isaac came to my rescue. I had my two young granddaughters in the vehicle and we were on below E! It was my daughters car and had not realized the fuel was so low. I pulled in to this station and soon realized that after rushing out the door from home I had left my purse behind! I was so upset and it was ridiculous Friday traffic and didn't want to take a chance on the freeway and try to get home. Isaac the cashier came out and had loaded $10 on the pump for me! Tried to charge me for air then tried to convince me that I was supposed to buy something to get access to the air. In California if you want to operate a gas station you are required to provide free water and air to anyone in need. They wanted $1.50 for two minutes of air to check my tires. Not a huge deal but definitely don't like the idea of this guy lying to people and trying to scam them into paying or something that they are required to provide free. read more

Lost my wallet in the bathroom. Called. they found it. Got there they all had a funny look on there face. I saw my 300 bucks was missing. So I asked who turned it in? They say; yes They say; the owner found it. This guy named Vic. So I ask for his number and no body gives it to me. So anyway. Don't be irresponsible like me. Mechanic charged me $40 for 'helping' me change tire but refused to write me a receipt

I live close to this gas station, but I usually go to Grove st., gas price is a lot cheaper.

This service station is horrible!!! We broke down at the gas station, and the mechanic wouldn't even look at the car or answer any questions we had about the car unless we paid them $75. Just to give us a quote! Ridiculous! We have never had to pay a mechanic first to just look at the car and get a quote for the repairs. We have always had our cars first looked at, then told how much it would be to repair them. The mechanic and the woman who runs the store are very rude and since we decided to not get work done there, they hounded us to get the car moved asap or they would tow it. Don't waste your time paying a $75 fee to just get a quote..go to another mechanic or station who won't charge you that fee. read more
