I come to Costco once a month and this time decided to wait in the long line of cars getting gas. I needed to kill some time so this was the perfect way to do it! The line wasn't too bad, I waited about 15 minutes since I waited on the farthest line to the left. The process was easy to follow and pump gas. I was impressed by the prices of gas here. Too bad it's a bit out of my way to come here every time I need gas. But I'll have to try and do this every month I'm here. You do need a membership card to pump here and they don't offer diesel fuel. read more

The ingress egress for this location is really solid. The lanes are pretty well spaced so you don't feel too cramped. I haven't tried going to this location on a weekend yet but if I need gas after leaving work, this is one of my go to places. The great value is obvious. Getting gas at Costco is one of the reasons why I maintain my club membership, even though I live by myself. Knock on wood, but every time I've been here after work, I haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes in line to get gas here. It also gives me an excuse to get a little bit of shopping done if I need to while I'm here. read more

Filling up the tank in Rancho Cucamonga... When I arrived on Thursday night (1-4-24), I drove past this Costco Gasoline station on my way to meet Mel B. for dinner. I noticed that it was about two miles away from the Ontario International Airport! When I left this morning (1-8-24), I aimed to fill up the gas tank at 5:30am when this Gasoline Station opened. I really appreciate when a Costco Gas station takes the time to direct traffic flow. Shoppers coming from the warehouse hav an entrance and cars coming in off 4th street do as well. Only 4 pumps at each island, as opposed to the new stations with 6 per island. But attendants kept the flow moving and, despite the seemingly long line out to the street, we were in and out in under 15 minutes, with the lowest price, top tier gas in the city, filling our tank. I drive by this Costco Gas all the time when I'm in the neighborhood picking up foods from Pho Bambu near Ontario Mills. Usually lines are long and sometimes the entrance to the lines gets so congested that no one seems to know where to go LOL. However, most recently, I have seen an improvement where they have placed rails of some sort on one side of the entrance. You see... you can enter through the 4th Street side or the opposite side of 4th Street. Anyway, Costco Gas prices are usually lower than most other gas stations and it's the way to go if you have the patience to wait in line. Some people can't wait so they go some place else and may pay a little bit higher, but in their eyes, those few cents more is all worth it! you would think that any costco gas i just like any other one...nope... now the line's were weird... half the people came in through lot and many came right off the street...seems like the street would have been the better option. after waiting in line...i pulled up to the pump and popped my tank. It is pretty common sense what to expect when you get to a Costco gas station. This one is particularly large, and there usually is a steady flow so I feel like it's never an issue of people causing traffic jams or being aggressive. Every time I have been the pumps are in working order, the staff is pretty Vigilant and walking around and the lanes are immaculately clean. In the event that someone is struggling, staff is usually pretty quick to go help them. Similarly, if there is a spill they are normally very fast to use the Right cleaning agents and make sure the problem is addressed. read more

This is probably one of the busiest costco gasoline places I've been to, but it has reliable prices and the line moves relatively quickly. My suggestion is to stay in the left lane, it appears to move faster to me. Super cheap gas compared to the stations around the area. Only 3 stars because they are more expensive then Sam's Club down the street. Very large station. Lots of lanes. Each lane has 2 pumps. Expect to wait since they are always packed. It does move at a decent pace though. read more

Costco could make it better for the gasoline customers, by place cones down the middle of the lanes to divide the pumps 4 for each side. People coming in from fourth street have access to 4 pumps in the right. And people coming In From Costco side have access for 4 pumps in the left side. And that way there is nobody cutting anybody off. read more

Costco only offer 87/91 octane here, cheapest price you'll find in the area (Perks of Costco Membership). I recommend getting fuel before work; they open at 5:30am during the week. If you ever need any assistance to include forgetting your membership card, honk your horn and the attendant will help you out. The attendants are always courteous from what I experienced. What kind of review do you write for a gasoline station? Well, first, it's for CostCo members only! So that weeds out non-members filing into what can be long lines. But this most recent visit, I only had 2 cars in front of me! Praise the Lord! Depending on what time of day, my experience at other locations, the lines can be long! So this day, I went at the right time. Usually the price per gallon is about 20 cents cheaper per gallon than the other local commercial gas stations, like Shell or Arco. It's always an easy pump and go, and if you have any issues, there are CostCo associates around to assist in membership issues and anything else you'll need at the pump. The one thing I noticed at this station is that there are no trash cans. So if you're the type to clean out your car and dump your trash while filling up, you won't find any trash receptacles to put your trash in. June 19th, they're no longer taking AMEX Credit Card! Woohoo! Visa cards will now be accepted. Thank you CostCo for making that big change! You don't know how much that makes my heart happy! read more

It's often the cheapest gas in town so I always fill up when I'm passing through. Be warned that the lines are VERY LONG at the pumps but they do move fast. The pumps have extra long cords so you can usually pull around if your tank is on the right and you have a left-facing pump (the handle will usually reach with no problem if you have a normal sized car). The Costco employees at the Costco gasoline station made an unpleasant experience even worse by being apathetic and not offering assistance during my visit at the gasoline station. I made an error while pumping gas, I did not place the gas pump correctly and gas spilled outside of my car, the pump fell to the floor. The gas spilled on the cement outside and on my car driver rear side tire and rim. I panicked, I had never made this mistake before and immediately called for help from a nearby Costco employee named James. He was not interested in helping me or answering any of my questions on whether it was safe to continue using the pump or what to do. James shrugged and waved me away. I was scared about what had happened but had to clean up the spilled gas on my vehicle on my own, another Costco customer had to help me turn the pump off! Truly a scary moment made much worse by the mistreatment and lack of help from the Costco staff. read more
