I was sad there were a couple things missing like hot dogs, heated food, and crushed ice. Gas prices are decent for an Arco. The station is a good size so you can get a lot of sweet treats and canned/bottled drinks. You can also get cases of water and other items if you're staying in the hotel hub here in Ontario or heading to an event. The fountain drinks weren't watered down and were well-filled. The quality of service was a bit gruff but no one was rude.

When I gas up mid day on weekdays I have not had trouble getting a pump like some other reviewers complained. Further, and contrary to other reviewers, and similar to other Arco's the cashiers here have been polite enough when I just buy gas. Like other Arcos it is actually some of the customers who are not nice. They will fight for you for the pumps they want and dangerously cut you off. This may be due in part to the fact that their pumps do not extend like at other locations and so you need to get the pump that is on the side of your car with the gas cap. Of course that is no excuse for some people's behavior, just a possible reason and something to keep in mind when filling up here. Additionally, and like many other Arcos, there is usually at least one homeless person lurking near the pumps, but none have aggressively approached me at this location so far as they do at other places. Based on other customer's reviews, I would recommend not making purchases here other than gas in order to avoid problems with the cashier. There is a Target right near by and you can get the same items there for a cheaper price. So save yourself the potential hassel at Arco and just get gas here and get items at Target.

I…read morewas one of only two patrons at the pumps, the other vehicle appeared to have been there for a while as their children were jumping from the front seat to the back and the female passenger had one leg out of the vehicle resting scrolling on her phone. I exited my vehicle tapped my card and selected my grade. I began pumping and then suddenly the pump stops, as I'm pumping the driver of the other vehicle is waking out of the store front area asking his female passenger which pump number they were at stating he told the cashier the incorrect number, again they were the only vehicle there as I could see the gas station while I waited through the light cycle. He approaches me and explains the situation I overheard him discussing with his passenger. He then says well you can Zelle me or Venmo me which I replied I tapped my card and began fueling if the pump was prepaid I wouldn't have gone through the steps. At this time the cashier is now arguing with me telling me I need to come inside and pay for his gas I could either pay $14 at the register or I could the ATM...I advised I would be doing neither. I'm in a rush to meet my Daughter for dinner who was already waiting for me so I'm not looking to stay and have a conversation. The female passenger shrugs it off and says "she's not gonna pay" repeatedly and I apologized saying I wasn't sorry (didn't seem legit) the cashier is yelling at me now with the other party so I finish pumping my gas, get my receipt and proceed to get in my car. Now the cashier and the female passenger are in front of my car while I'm rolling forward the female passenger is recording me and my plates etc not allowing me to leave. I advised they should call the authorities and let it be handled, they just continued to yell pay inside pay inside. I waited 24hrs before posting as I contacted corporate and have not heard back. This is the second incident I know of to happen at 76.

I pull in at 4 pm on a Friday and just roll straight up to a pump , no line, no waiting, no fighting for a spot like the other Costcos where you're stuck 15-20 mins easy lol. I really try to avoid these times of day because the traffic jam to get gas is so chaotic. If this Sam's ever has the opportunity to remodel and expand the gas station space I hope they do. Today took over 15 minutes from the time I pulled up to the time I pulled out. The service reps here are always helpful and have recently been walking around asking if you're interested in a Sam's credit card. Gas at Sam's Club remains one of the cheapest. It's currently $5.65 so it makes the wait worth it. I just wish they had a better system because people hold the lines up when they are determined to only pump on certain sides of the car. FYI - this is not a 24hr gas station - only open during club hours.
