CLOSE TO THE 10! I visited this convenient gas station before heading to the 10 freeway and it's pretty easy to get to. The Arco is pretty clean and the drinks are cheap. I was sad there were a couple things missing like hot dogs, heated food, and crushed ice. Gas prices are decent for an Arco. The station is a good size so you can get a lot of sweet treats and canned/bottled drinks. You can also get cases of water and other items if you're staying in the hotel hub here in Ontario or heading to an event. The fountain drinks weren't watered down and were well-filled. This Arco is conveniently located near the freeway. Contrary to other reviewers, the number of pumps is actually pretty high compared to similarly located Arcos at least in other areas. When I gas up mid day on weekdays I have not had trouble getting a pump like some other reviewers complained. Further, and contrary to other reviewers, and similar to other Arco's the cashiers here have been polite enough when I just buy gas. Like other Arcos it is actually some of the customers who are not nice. They will fight for you for the pumps they want and dangerously cut you off. This may be due in part to the fact that their pumps do not extend like at other locations and so you need to get the pump that is on the side of your car with the gas cap. Of course that is no excuse for some people's behavior, just a possible reason and something to keep in mind when filling up here. Additionally, and like many other Arcos, there is usually at least one homeless person lurking near the pumps, but none have aggressively approached me at this location so far as they do at other places. Based on other customer's reviews, I would recommend not making purchases here other than gas in order to avoid problems with the cashier. There is a Target right near by and you can get the same items there for a cheaper price. So save yourself the potential hassel at Arco and just get gas here and get items at Target. read more

I am writing to formally report a long-standing and serious issue involving the unauthorized use of my personal identity by individuals associated with ARCO gas station/ampm locations. For several years, employment records have incorrectly indicated that I was employed at multiple ARCO/ampm locations. I want to make it clear that I have never worked for this company in any capacity. This fraudulent use of my identity has caused ongoing concern and potential legal and financial harm. I have already taken steps to address this issue by filing a report with the Social Security Administration and submitting a police report. Upon contacting the employer, I was informed that someone had indeed been working under my name. I was told the individual responsible had been terminated. When I requested contact information for a supervisor or corporate representative to follow up on the matter, I was told that no contact information could be provided and was instead asked to leave my phone number. "Christina Lozano, the individual who has been assisting and covering for the fraudulent activity, is the manager in question. I have attached her image for reference. She was the one who requested my phone number so that the store manager could contact me." Soon after, I began receiving threatening and harassing messages from Lucia Mares, who is my maternal aunt. Ms. Mares is undocumented and not a U.S. citizen. In her messages, she claimed that those involved were fully aware of the situation and expressed that they did not care about the consequences. She also stated that they had taken photographs of my vehicle's license plates, which I consider a personal threat and an invasion of my privacy. Despite being informed that the person using my identity was terminated, I later confirmed that Lucia Mares is still employed not only at the same ARCO location, but also at another ARCO site. This contradicts previous assurances and suggests that the misuse of my identity may be ongoing or more widespread than initially disclosed. Location Involved: ARCO / Am pm 911 N Milliken Ave Ontario, CA 91764 I am requesting immediate action to investigate this matter thoroughly, hold those responsible accountable, and ensure that my identity is no longer being used fraudulently. at this time im choosing to pursue legal action. read more

I go to this Arco at least twice a week and everyone is pretty helpful, but the person that goes above & beyond and ALWAYS no matter how busy she takes her time when helping Connie starts off my morning in a good way, with my cup of coffee and Connie's great personality how can you not have a good day. So in total there are about 12 gas pumps, which is tiny for a Arco that is right off the freeway. If you go in the middle of the day the chances of you waiting to find an open pump is pretty high. If you go inside the AM/PM expect to be waiting in line once again as there are usually 2 cashiers in the back just talking and laughing while there is one operating the registers. Moreover, the chances of you being greeted or having them be nice to you is pretty slim. I had to run into here to grab some quick drinks before heading to work, and just overall left with a bad taste in my mouth. read more

This is the Arco by the Ontario Mills [mall]. The sign says it's the "Cheapest Gas"... yes it was cheap, but Sam's Club happened to be 1 cent cheaper per gallon. And there's no 45 cent debit card transaction fee (if you don't pay in cash). If you have a Sam's Club membership, fill up at Sam's Club, it's right next door to this Arco station. read more

Pulling up to Daphne's with a few minutes to spare before opening I noticed the crazy low gas prices. I know Arco is usually the cheapest and first one to check out when needing gas. We are talking over 20 cent cheaper than where I live. $3.35 a gallon, service was nice, the gas station huge and pretty empty. I was there yesterday putting gas. Paid with my debit card went to to pump and I realized I was pumping the wrong octane for my vehicle so I hung it up went inside ask them to put the remaining balance back on the same pump and they proceeded to charge me $55 again then $1.89 and then there's another charge for $3.19 ! I only use this card for gas I transfer what amount I'm going to use and that's it so now my card is overdrafted every time I call this place I get a rude response or I get hung up on the two people working yesterday very unprofessional very rude Darren African-American Very rude and the female Hispanic didn't get her name because she was wearing street clothes with no name tag then I was told to leave that I have to come back and figure it out on my own. Arco AM/PM - A reminder not to buy a candy bar while waiting in line, lol, haha! - Gas Stations Near Me - Ontario, California

1. Bathroom is disgusting ...the toilet seat isn't mounted to the toilet, there is year or more worth of dirt and grime on the sink and floor, trash was overflowing and all over the floor. 2. Employees are rude ..."James" and "Leslie" were the names given upon request for the rude employees. 3. This establishment is violating state law. ...California law provides that water is free to customers. They said it was not free and we must still pay. After explanation that it's free, the guy "James" said "nothing is free, the machine has to make water, so it costs." ...California law provides that plastic bags are ten cents. Young cashier lady was rude and disrespectful. She wouldnt take some of the coins I had because she said they had "wax" on them and she couldnt give them to other customers. Guy at the register is an idiot. I came in at 10:23 to put gas and buy a cliff bar. The sign says 2 for 3 he said in a smart ass way no that promotion is old. Do not buy cigarette or related products here. They ask to scan drivers license. Not a wise thing to do especially if you use your debit or credit card. They retain that information. read more

Just put in gas and while I was filling my tank, I cleaned my windows with the squeegee then as soon as I sat in my car there's a big scratch on my front windshield. Other arco's i've been to have never done this, this one is probably the worst one I've been to. read more

The last week gas has been the cheapest here and in 3 days dropped 10 cents a gallon where others stayed same. Costco in Rancho was even 3.33 when this one was 3.19. If one gas station can do it they all can. Also they have free 33 oz soda everyday just have to pay sale tax of 11 cents. Overall, I was completely unsatisfied with the professionalism of this gas station. A gentlemen had a gas nozzle hose pop on him was was technically the liability of the gas station. They didn't even mind to call the ambulance knowing it's posionous and can cause internal harm. They wouldn't even help the individual and they wouldn't give his girlfriend any owner or manager information. This is completely unacceptable and I believe corporate should be involved because the poor gentlemen was trnanported to the hospital because the hose had popped completely and wasn't able to see some lady helped him wash out instead of having their rude employees. Like how inconsiderate and then all they said was they can give him a refund when that can cause serious internal harm. Will never ever come here again and I will be letting my students nearby know as well. If something so severe occurs they should be liable and help 100% and at least call an ambulance. read more

There are still honest people and they are at this ARCO. I left my wallet on their counter and when I called them 2 hours later, they told me they did have it behind the counter and I could pick it up. I did and everything was inside! Thank You and I know I can trust them now. read more

Usually the cheapest gas in the area (and I frequent the IE, OC, and High Desert), but make sure you get there at the right time. If there's a shift change, you're out of luck and might as well go across the street because the pumps will be shut off. read more

Can't beat the price if you have an Arco card like me or if you don't have a club card. It's the easiest Arco to get in and out of and no long lines like the club stations. read more
