I bought these at this gas station for $65 only to find that they are FAKE! That information was not disclosed when I purchased them. When I called for a refund, the male owner was super rude saying they don't have to disclose if it's real or fake. Under California penal code 350, it is ILLEGAL to sell counterfeit Labubus and other counterfeit goods either as Gas stations or anywhere else! I came here for gas since it was close to where I was. The place looked clean and there's a convenience store and a car wash. They offer diesel fuel, but it's overpriced. All the pumps seemed to be in working order. Overall I had a good experience pumping gas here. read more

I decided I would give this place another try and I regret it. The owner always tries to upsell you no matter what.!!! The Drive through car wash equipment/fabric was extremely dirty and looks in need of replacement.Then I reviewed my receipt at home and noticed I was charged twice for the truck upgrade. The gentleman that washed my car did pay attention to detail and did a good job. There was also a customer in the convenience store Having dispute with the cashier. I don't know everything that transpired before I got in there, but their interaction was all bad. I was racially profiled and harassed by the car wash manager. I was scheduled for x-rays at the medical center across the street. As I walked across the street to buy something out of their convenience store, I became ill and needed to sit down for a second on the bench in their parking lot. The idiot, who is the manager, jumped in my face and told me I wasn't welcome on their property. I explained to him that I was suddenly feeling ill and was going to go inside and purchase something once my nausea went away. He totally ignored me and told me to leave. He's an idiot. The owner Aby is rude. One of his employees behind the counter gave me incorrect information and he pulled me aside to tell me that his employee didn't know what they were talking about, so I told him no problem. I thought that was the end of the conversation, but he proceeded to tell me that if I had asked him, he would have told me the correct information and said, next time, ask. I said, I did ask.. one of his employees, to which he replied which on? So I describe the employee and asks me to tell the employee of their mistake. I said its your employee, shouldn't you be correcting your employee? He replied, you think I'm an idiot? I said you own the place, right? Why do you want me to tell your employee what they should be telling customers. He then starts to raise his voice, calls me a "f*cking idiot" and "stupid motherf*cker" in front of other customers and his employees, to which I replied, nice language and left. What Aby didn't know is he just lost all of the business from the medical plaza next door. I and the other doctors and their MA's will not be getting fuel, coffee, car washes, or anything else from this location as long as Aby owns it (as he says). I will make it a point to tell all of my friends, coworkers, and clients about my experience today. If he really is the owner, he should learn how to maintain composure, have some command skills to talk to and train his employees, take te responsibility when one of his employees tells a customer the wrong information, and most of all, not resort to cursing and insulting their customers.(former) read more

I go inside to buy a beer and hand MALIHEH my ID. She looks at my ID, looks at me, looks at my ID, looks at me, kept looking because she probably assumed it was fake. First of all, I am 28 and my ID clearly states 1990. If my ID was fake, why in the hell would I pretend to be damn near 30 just to buy a damn beer? She is dumb as hell. Then I tell her I wanted to buy a plastic bag for 10 cents. She hands me my receipt and items. I asked for the bag and she looks confused. I was charged 10 cents and she said she didn't charge me for the bag. I showed her the receipt which showed a 10 cent deposit fee. She was still hesitant on giving me the damn bag. I am a little frustrated right now..... Although the gas card that I purchased is from Ralph's supermarket, it is for Chevron gas station. I am giving Chevron a 4 star, for at least trying to help me solve this problem. She swiped both cards and manually entered the numbers of the card with no success. I purchased the card from Ralphs supermarket so that an employee from my company, could use it for our company van, for gas. When he tried to use it, they told him there was no money on it so he brought it back. Ralphs supermarket checked the card and it did indeed have money on it. In the meantime I had to buy another card for $100 so this man would have gas for the company vehicle. The second card also came up as defective with an error. Ralphs supermarket cannot transfer money from one card to another, so they could not give me a new card. The manufacturer of the card cannot fix it over the phone, it shows that it has money on it so they say it is fine. It is not either the fault of Chevron or Ralphs supermarket. If I want to, I can mail the cards back but then who knows what will happen, right? This is money out of my own pocket. It is a very disappointing situation to say the least. The girl at the Chevron station was very nice, so I'm giving them a four. The lady at the Ralphs supermarket was also very nice so I'll give her a 4 too. The solution here is to refund all of my money back to me even if it's against the policy. My fingers are crossed that they will please, do that for me. read more

Well, if Stephen King wants to write a horror story about a gas station/minimart/carwash, this is the place. Besides being ridiculously expensive, the carwash is run by people devoid of personality and even basic people skills. To just obtain the privilege of a wash, I had ask for a receipt with the Code which they grudgingly provided in the equally unfriendly minimart.
