The line wasn't too bad, I waited about 15 minutes since I waited on the farthest line to the left. The process was easy to follow and pump gas. I was impressed by the prices of gas here. Too bad it's a bit out of my way to come here every time I need gas. But I'll have to try and do this every month I'm here. You do need a membership card to pump here and they don't offer diesel fuel.

I was sad there were a couple things missing like hot dogs, heated food, and crushed ice. Gas prices are decent for an Arco. The station is a good size so you can get a lot of sweet treats and canned/bottled drinks. You can also get cases of water and other items if you're staying in the hotel hub here in Ontario or heading to an event. The fountain drinks weren't watered down and were well-filled. The quality of service was a bit gruff but no one was rude.

When I gas up mid day on weekdays I have not had trouble getting a pump like some other reviewers complained. Further, and contrary to other reviewers, and similar to other Arco's the cashiers here have been polite enough when I just buy gas. Like other Arcos it is actually some of the customers who are not nice. They will fight for you for the pumps they want and dangerously cut you off. This may be due in part to the fact that their pumps do not extend like at other locations and so you need to get the pump that is on the side of your car with the gas cap. Of course that is no excuse for some people's behavior, just a possible reason and something to keep in mind when filling up here. Additionally, and like many other Arcos, there is usually at least one homeless person lurking near the pumps, but none have aggressively approached me at this location so far as they do at other places. Based on other customer's reviews, I would recommend not making purchases here other than gas in order to avoid problems with the cashier. There is a Target right near by and you can get the same items there for a cheaper price. So save yourself the potential hassel at Arco and just get gas here and get items at Target.

I've taken my car there before with water stains and they were able to remove most of them with the regular car wash service. They didn't even attempt to try to remove any of it. They left dirt on the car. The only thing they did was clean the wheels and give me basic wash.

Wide lanes makes it easy for big car and small car drivers alike to navigate through. This Costco gas station is also located next to a Costco Business Center (so not your regular type of Costco) - which helps I think with the smaller crowd. There was no wait at the time I stopped by (a little after 7am on a Sunday). Prices as usual is always great - $5.39 for premium at the time of this review. No issues with the pump other than it not reading my mobile app membership QR code, but luckily, I had my backup card with me. The service attendant was present keeping things tidy. As I found out during my recent stay - there's also a Starbucks and yummy poke bowl spot in the same shopping center.

Costco has always been known to have really affordable, cheap, but not watered down gas, so it's a god send for people who are members. I honestly think my only issues were that it didn't take the app version of our membership no matter which pump we tried and we had to talk to a team member to manual activate the pump and get our membership ID number. Also, the Internet connection near every Costco is infamously awful, so there's that too.

I really try to avoid these times of day because the traffic jam to get gas is so chaotic. If this Sam's ever has the opportunity to remodel and expand the gas station space I hope they do. Today took over 15 minutes from the time I pulled up to the time I pulled out. The service reps here are always helpful and have recently been walking around asking if you're interested in a Sam's credit card. Gas at Sam's Club remains one of the cheapest. It's currently $5.65 so it makes the wait worth it. I just wish they had a better system because people hold the lines up when they are determined to only pump on certain sides of the car.
