The gas prices here always are among some of the best in the city of Eastvale. I know when Costco opens in a few weeks they will take over as the price leader. This would be a tremendous gas station if they would fix their entrance exit procedures. In talking with the store manager they blame it on the city/county at the time they were open. They wanted a definite entrance and then exit but the city fought against it. If you talk to city leaders they say it was the developer who didn't want that for flow of the center. In this situation I would have to agree on Ralph's point of view about this. If there was someway they could fix this and make all of their customers happy and generate more sales I think they definitely would do it. This gas station can be an extreme nightmare when it's busy with people coming in from both sides. Although once Costco opens I believe it will fix itself because the majority of cars will be going there. They always have the best price for gas and do not charge extra for using your credit card. read more

Ralph's always has good prices on groceries and gas, one thing you can't beat is their customer service and care! Thank you to Jonny from the fuel center for extending their care to customers. I lost my debit and ID card at the fuel center and Jonny was able to help me retrieve my lost items, which made my day and week. Thank you again Jonny your service and care, your hard work and empathy doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated!! read more

This gas station has reasonable prices as Costco and Sam's club. With the ever rising gas prices, there are way longer lines at Costco and Sam's so it was good to find Ralph's Gas lines to be way shorter and prices comparable. I prefer gassing here now because of the short wait times. read more

This gas station is located down the street from the Limonite exit of the 15 which is an advantage to those who know to go further than the Chevron directly off the exit because the prices are definitely cheaper. The prices here are the same as the ones at the Vons gas station on the opposite corner. Even though the prices are the same I would have to say that this station is better because it has more pumps and more space to get in and out. Also, this station is usually a lot cleaner than the Vons station. Also, this station offers a discount to store members who use their loyalty cards. The point systems also work the same so in the end the decision just comes down to personal preference. The only thing I don't like about this station is that they have people who frequently set up booths or whatnot on the side of the station nearest the street and harass me at my car while I'm trying to fill up. I know they have a job to do, but honestly if I say I'm not interested then move on. I'm usually in a rush to get somewhere when I come to fill up so I really don't have time to listen to a drawn out sales pitch on a product I'm not going to buy. Also, when these people do find someone who will buy their product, they don't tell the patrons to pull forward all the way so that they will be out of the way of the pump. Today a lady was blocking half of a pump and caused an unnecessary line to form just because she was trying to buy whatever they were selling without thinking that she was in someone else's way. On the other hand this station is harder to get to from high frequency areas like East of Hamner and South of Limonite so it's usually less crowded than Vons, which is a plus. #13/100 read more

Between Vons and Ralph's, I'd rather go to Ralph's, mainly because I know that I've had issues with the way my engine runs after getting diesel at Safeway, which owns Vons, and not at Kroger, which owns Ralph's. I was surprised to see that they both had diesel fuel, and being across from each other, it was an easy choice. Except for the woman in the minivan who wanted to push me out of the way (no, you don't have to pull all the way forward!) to get to the pump where I was, everything went smoothly. It even accepted my Kroger Plus card from back in the day, so maybe the next time I go, I'll have a discount. read more

Air & Water machine FULLY FUNCTIONAL and FREE when I went by. I can't say that for most other gas stations. Air machine also has setting for flat tires (other station didn't, and I couldn't air up). A lot of stations don't even have air any more. read more

Line is always long every time since the prices of Ralph's gas are cheaper than others in the area. We got $0.40 off per gallron sometimes because hubby getting giftcards from Ralph's. Ask cashier how.. One thing was confused me and it's the reason I cut 1 star off was I really don't know which way is the entrance and which way is the exit. read more

I'm not a fan of this gas station the pay at pumps are out dated they need newer ones and a faster processing system.

Super cheap gas, sometimes it's the same price as Vons gas across the street. It's clean, they offer fire wood, water and snacks. There is no walk in convenience store. Knocked off one star because some stupid couple tried to get crazy with me, telling me I stole their pump. Lol! Silly kids. read more

If you don't like your job, it people, please don't come to work! This is a beautiful store and has many items (international) than my home store on Archibald and Riverside Dr. However, the associates here are beyond rude, never acknowledge you even when you speak first! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Please stock more international brands at above named store, where everyone is friendly. It is not the prettiest store on the map, but everyone is treated with respect and dignity. read more

Since we shop at Ralphs, we were able to get .30 cents off, which made it $2.89 a gallon, today! Now that a deal! However, the reason for writing this review is to give a big "shout-out" to Cody, the guy who sits behind the glass and oversees the whole station. This was the second time I had any interaction with him, and both times he has been very helpful and just a pleasure to talk to! So, this morning after entering our phone number, the screen said we had no points, however when I checked the Ralph's app, it confirmed I had 315 points. That's when I asked Cody for help. He asked for my rewards card number and crossed checked it with the phone number I entered at the gas tank. Oops, I entered the phone number wrong, ugh! Upon entering the correct number, the screen said I had .30 cents off! Thank you Cody for taking the time to help me out. Much appreciated!!! read more

I hate this place!!! I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Don't get gas here unless you want the merchant to charge you between $75-$100 (on top of the gas you purchase) on your debit card in error. Looks like they put a $100 hold on your card and then release it when the payment clears. Unfortunately, they forgot to return the holding fee on my card and it has been a week. I had to file a dispute with my bank which is a big headache. Get it together KROGER!!! read more

Had to annoy staff due to work request today. Staff was beyond understanding and made it painless.

Shit show! Super crazy most of the time. People all fighting to get to the pump. I don't get why they don't have arrows painted and have everyone flow in one direction. read more
