Almost every interaction feels uncomfortable because there is always an attitude, eye-rolling, or rude facial expressions when I ask simple questions or try to get help. As a customer, it honestly feels disrespectful and unnecessary. What upset me the most was seeing how my grandmother, who is in her 60s, was treated. She left crying after feeling yelled at by staff. No customer, especially an older person coming in for healthcare-related needs should leave feeling humiliated or afraid to ask questions. I understand pharmacies can be busy and stressful, but that does not excuse disrespectful behavior toward patients. I genuinely hope management or HR looks into how customers are being treated here because this has been an ongoing issue and the experience has been unacceptable.

The parking lot is easy to enter (exiting can be a bit tricky) and was clean and well-maintained--better than I expected based on a few earlier reviews. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the employee at the front of the store. At the pharmacy there was only one person ahead of me, and I was called up shortly after they finished. The pharmacy technician took a few extra moments locating my prescriptions because they had been filled on different days and were stored in separate areas. While she searched, Pharmacist Eugene stepped in to help me so she could assist the customers who had lined up behind me. Eugene has always been helpful whenever I've visited, and he's even taken the time to call me with answers to questions I've had in the past. This is a great CVS to use as your regular pharmacy location.

However, I was then told I had to get back in the line of more than 10 people because going directly to the counter would be considered cutting. I ended up wasting over an hour here because I came in with the impression that both of my prescriptions were ready. The communication and organization were extremely poor.

They have…read morealways had very long wait times via phone , but this time I called 4 times and waited on hold over 10 mins just to be hung up on each time by the automated system " experiencing issues" When the associate answered your phone to place me on hold, I couldn't even get a word out before the placed me on hold again. One time I was there and the driver window waiting for my prescription and a lady pulled up the lane next to me and I could hear her screaming at the associate that she tried to call them several times and couldn't get a hold of anybody to verify that her daughter could get her medication so she had to drive down there but now I'm looking back. I can see why the lady was so angry and yelling. It's very frustrating to not receive adequate customer service.
