It took months just to get any kind of answer, and every time I called I was told something different. No one seemed to know what was going on, everyone sounded clueless, and despite calling multiple times I never got a call back. On top of that, all they offered me was a $40 store credit--which is basically the cost of the camera itself. That doesn't come close to replacing the memories I lost or the amount of time I spent trying to get answers. Super unprofessional. I'm extremely disappointed and I honestly never want to step into another Walgreens again. I wouldn't trust them with anything important.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get her name because her badge was worn near the bottom of her shirt and not visible. Her demeanor was snappy and dismissive. When I mentioned I had a manufacturer's coupon, she responded condescendingly and questioned whether I knew it had to be registered, which it already was. After showing her, she abruptly directed me to drop-off. In contrast, Charles at drop-off was welcoming, respectful, and took the time to explain alternative options for the cost as the manufacturers coupon was unable to be used. Thank you, Charles.

And they have the very nicest people working there, pharmacists and techs alike. Today I talked to "Sylvia," I thanked her for her sweet attention to my problem and her utter kindness! I told her that I would ALWAYS use this pharmacy, they are simply the BEST! When my husband was alive, we were forced to use mailed prescriptions and it was an absolute nightmare. One time I was there and the driver window waiting for my prescription and a lady pulled up the lane next to me and I could hear her screaming at the associate that she tried to call them several times and couldn't get a hold of anybody to verify that her daughter could get her medication so she had to drive down there but now I'm looking back. I can see why the lady was so angry and yelling. It's very frustrating to not receive adequate customer service.
